- David (4/5): ? - the location was good. The apartment was nice the wifi was horrible it was in and out. I call when I arrived talk to someone told me to unplug the router so I did it came back on So I cancelled the work order. But 45 min later it went out again. by that time it was late and I didn't think I would get any response. I call the next morning and the person I spoke with was nice and put in a work order. I had to work but could not because I didn't have WIFI, I had to go to a cafe to do some work. I was leaving the next day After I checked out a person called me from the management company to ask me about the wifi. I told him that I had already checked out. He got a little rude by say well you canceled the order the day I got there and I told him that I put it back in the next morning because it was in and out all night and call after hours was not going to get a tech person to my apartment. They couldn't even get there the next day. So I told the RUDE person I hope you fix it before the next tenant arrives. They had a coffee machine but no coffee. Would I use this company again ... NO! I will go back to using LIMEHOME they are great!!!
- ANDRE (5/5): - A localização é boa assim como a infraestrutura do apartamento. Gostaria de saber antes que o quarto é no nível da rua. Tive que matar 2 baratas durante minha estadia. Nao necessariamente o lugar era sujo, mas sendo no nivel da rua.... ficamos mais expostos a esse tipo de situação chata.
