Saulriets no lodžijas. Apartamentos pieejams viss nepieciešamais sadzīvē. Viegla komunikācija ar apartamentu saimnieku,saziņa jebkurā jautājumā.

• Tiina (10/5): Ihana loma meren rannalla. - Kaunis merinäköala oli parasta. Majoitus oli edullinen. Asuntoon oli helppo kulkea koodilukon vuoksi eikä avainta tarvittu. Makuuhuone on tilava ja siellä on hyvät säilytystilat: kaapit ja laatikot. Keittiö/olohuone on ihan sopiva kahdelle mutta ruokailu on mahdollista vain matalan olohuoneen pöydän ääressä. Parvekkeella on hyvä pöytä ja tuolit ruokailua varten. Keittiössä on kaikki, mitä lomalla tarvitaan. Asunto sijaitsee meren rannalla sopivan matkan päässä Durresin keskustasta. Kaikki palvelut löytyvät lähistöltä. Kylpyhuoneessa kalusteiden sijoittelu voisi olla parempi. Kaikki tarvittava löytyy, mutta wc istuin on ahtaassa paikassa. Astianpesukone olisi kiva lisä.
• Adam P. (9/5): Great apartament in great location. - Fantastic time spent in a apartment next to the Durres seafront. Very good location, great host Dimitri and very clean, well equipped flat. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Durres. Internet connection could be better, but it wasn’t a big issue.

He welcomed me and suggested a great ground-floor restaurant Familia in the very same building. I warmly recommend this apartment. Nothing really!

• Martin (10/5): Très bon séjour dans un appartement qui rend l’expérience plus agréable encore. - L’appartement de Dimitri est fait pour passer un excellent séjour. Le logement est très bien équipé, central pour les zones de détente, confortable et surtout la vue est magnifique ! En outre, Dimitri, l’hôte, a tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour, en nous arrangeant l’arrivée à l’horaire que nous souhaitions, en nous raccompagnant à Tirana et en répondant à toutes les questions que l’on a pu avoir. • Julia (7/5): Grimy in Durrës - with a wonderful view - The proximity to beach and restaurants is amazing. It’s quite a list: first of all there is no swimming pool as indicated on booking.com. Parking is on the street not necessarily outside apartment but could be streets away. Owner was helpful in obtaining park and brining bags to apartment. We were advised that we could use the pool at nearby hotel for 10 Euros but this cost is actually 30 Euros!! The apartment was very unkempt and dirty and not in a state that you would normally expect! There was one folded towel in the bedroom and others hanging in the bathroom (all mismatched and random, like they were ones people had left behind) and a bit damp - which didn’t lead me to believe that they were clean. We put them all through the wash to make sure!! I am not a fussy person, but this was unacceptable. On top of this the toilet was dirty, windows were smudged, there was debris from other visitors or other people who live there just around the place. The bedding was old and I am not sure that is was clean also - so that was washed as well. There were also wet sheets and pillowcases on a drying rack in the porch!!! All this aside we did have a nice stay once we were comfortable with the cleaning - but this is not something you should have to do!! It wouldn’t take much to make this a really nice place to stay with proper cleaning and new towels, sheets etc….

• Ahmet (9/5): Superb - Location. It was on the beach and a wonderful sea view. Staff was very helpful and always reachable. The place of the toilet was too small. There were so many unnecessary things in the apartment and untidy.

Extremely well equipped kitchen (which I didn't need), very comfortable bed (which I needed :)). Fabulous seaview! Dimitri is also a very nice and helpful person, communication was swift. Nothing comes to my mind, even when pressed.

• Olga (10/5): If you are looking for a nice apartment with a great location- this one is what you need! Highly recommend! - I really enjoyed staying here. An apartment has everything that person might need during staying. Kitchen, everything to cook, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, TV. But most of all is, of course, the view from the apartment! Every morning I woke up and went to the balcony to look into the amazing sea view🥰 The owner was great, answered all the questions and was extremely helpful! Thank you for that. There was no such a thing as.
• Artens (10/5): Awesome experience!! - I stayed in this apartment and it was awesome! The house was super clean, had a kitchen with everything I needed, strong WIFI and very easy to find parking. The beds were really comfortable. I would love to come again in the future, whenever I visit Durres. Definitely recommend! Everything was excellent!

Any questions or queries was answered promptly.. There was a few issues regarding cleanliness,but was sorted promptly.. nothing was too much trouble for Dimitri..a nice ,polite man .
• Máté (10/5): Beautiful Sea View Apartment - A very well-located apartment with a stunning sea view that truly captivates you. The apartment includes a kitchen-living room and a bedroom. The balcony door from the living room leads to a closed terrace, which is the perfect spot to watch the sunset in the evening. The host is very kind and helpful, and speaks good English, so communication was smooth. He even picked us up from the airport and Tirana, which made our transportation in Albania much easier. I highly recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely book here again next time!
• Erik (9/5): Great location, great host! - Dimitri is a great, reasonable, easygoing and helpful host! I arrived quite early at the Port of Durrës (8AM) and there were still other guests in the apartment. As most accommodations have check-ins from somewhere halfway the afternoon, I was prepared to wait for quite of hours. However, Dimitri managed to clean the apartment quickly, picked me up from the Port and let me in around 10.30AM. It was my first time in Albania and Dimitri provided me with a brief introduction how to get around, how the busses work (or not work ;)), where to get groceries, bread, coffee etc. That was just great! The last day, he even drove me to Tirana for a very reasonable additional price, which kept me away from tiring negotiations with random taxi drivers! Many thanks again! I'm 1.80m and did not face serious issues with the toilet space, but I do recognize (as other reviews) that it can be a small challenge when you're a tall person. Other than that, no comments from my side. Generally speaking I was rather a bit disappointed by the variation of restaurants in Durrës itself. It's all pizza, kebab, pasta and seafood. But that's on Durrës, not the apartment :)

• Tedi (10/5): Wow ! I really enjoyed my stay at this very beautiful apartment indeed. Even though I checked in at the very last minute - I enjoyed the sea view as I woke up in the morning. Very comfortable and excellent quality/ price ratio. There’s nothing that won’t work well!
• Rudi (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment close to the seaside. Very friendly and helpful host. Also very good food in the friendly restaurant below the apartment. The apartment was great and we had some great daytrips out of Durrës. Durres itself is only for those who like beaches packed with people, which was not our cup of tea.
• Martina (7/5): Good - The host is exceptionally helpful and even guided me the last bit of the way to the hotel. He also drove me downtown so I could see the Amphitheater, recommended a restaurant and then drove me back to the apartment. He also offers airport transfer at a better rate than taxis. He was very responsive and always easy to reach. The apartment is directly at the beach, from the balcony you can see the whole promenade. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was possible directly behind the building. The kitchen is well equipped, there is even a microwave. The bed was very large and comfortable and the aircon in the living room worked well. You also have a TV with Netflix. The bathroom was a little cramped for my stature, there isn't much space between the toilet and the shower wall. The shower area, could use a little de-Calc treatment, but it was otherwise clean.
• Leszek (5/5): Great location but let down by unclean apartment. - The location was magnificent a stones throw from seaside. Our host was lovely helped with language. The property just wasn’t cleaned after previous people and who knows how many others. Filthy bathroom, broken toilet seat , empty toilet roll thrown on floor stained toilet. Half empty bottle of Fanta in bedroom draw. Wet towels and sheets on arrival so couldn’t shower. Dirty sponge in kitchen sink. Used loafer in shower as well as used cake of soap left in shower. Very disheartening. Off putting Lift your game. This property was unsuitable for booking.com
• Gjon (10/5): Exceptional - Great location directly on the beach 🏝️.The view is incredibly amazing 🤩. I loved staying at the balcony and enjoying the sound of the waves 🌊. The apartment was clean and spacious! The restaurant downstairs is very good ,offers traditional food and also sea food/good pasta 🍝. The host is incredible good and very helpful with all our needs .Definitely will come back for sure !

There is a Restaurant Familja in the block and the food is amazing, the staff as well. Please check this restaurant. Dimitri is very nice, friendly and helpful host. He helped us with the transport from the airport to the apartment and also from the apartment to Tirana city. He also responded very fast and was willing to help with everything. I highly recommended him and his apartment! Great people in Albania and our stay was amazing. We will come back for sure and choose Dimitri’s apartment! Thank you! 🤗 Nothing - all perfect

• Klaudia (7/5): Good - Location is the best adventage here. The flat is big, it has living room, bedroom, toilet and the area like a closed balcony with a sea view. There is everything what you need in a flat. The host is the most friendly and helpful person I have ever met. That’s a bit plus. I loved the sea view. Unfortunately it was not cleaned at all, I felt like the only thing which was cleaned was the bed sheets. All the other stuff remaining. I felt like somebody was living there, they changed bad sheets and gave me the flat not cleaner. That was a big minus for this. Everywhere plenty stuff, dirt and dust.

My criteria were 1) not too far from the airport (we had an early afternoon flight the next day) 2) nice, comfy and affordable, and 3) if possible, close to the seaside, to hear the sound of the waves from the apartment. My efforts were fruitful and I found exactly what I was looking for, directly on the beach! The kindness of Dimitri, the owner was an extra bonus, he was very helpful. Thanks a lot!

• Christian (8/5): Very good - Extremely friendly host that even came picking me up at the bus station. Lovely apartment in front of the sea, you’ll love it! You should ask the host the keys of the common gate too in order to avoid getting closed inside or outside the building.
• Rosemary (10/5): Excellent, would rebook here if I come back to Durres. - Incredible location, great restaurants all around, sun set directly out in front of you, a supermarket right nearby and also a bus stop, was just fantastic. The host, Dimitri, was also really nice and helpful with advice for great restaurants, how to use the bus, and pickup from and to the airport. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! Great beach too, which the apartment was literally right on, and they have a fabulous track right there for running or walking by the beach. Was so good that I extended my stay by two nights instead of visiting Tirana like I'd originally planned. All good!

Terrific location and really large so you can spread right out. Dimitri was such a wonderful host and incredibly kind to me - there was nothing he wouldn’t help with which I appreciated so much. He went above and beyond to help me work out the bus system (it’s hard in Albania!). Having a host as kind and thoughtful as Dimitri was a breath of fresh air after travelling for six weeks. It wasn’t just a lovely place to stay - it was such a pleasure having someone who genuinely cares so much about the experience of his guests.
