• Dmytro Papeta (7/5): - Location is perfect. In the most popular street in Sofia. The apartment is new and very nice with perfect furniture and good household appliances. Check-in was after 16:00. I asked in advance whether early check-in was possible, but the owner said no. We arrived at the apartment after 18:00, and it had not been cleaned. There was garbage, dirt, unmade beds, and the bed linen had not been changed. I contacted the owner, and a cleaner arrived later. However, the cleaner threw away our personal items: toothbrushes, a comb, and toothpaste. This is unacceptable. A few days later, the owner came to the apartment to take cleaning supplies for another apartment. He did not inform me about his visit in advance. He simply entered the apartment. I have a lot of experience with rentals, and this behavior is not normal.

It is fully equipped with modern cooking appliances and is well-suited for a small family. The bathroom includes a bidet. I highly recommend this accommodation. The landlords are known for their helpfulness and attentiveness to clients comfort. لا شيء nothing

• Rozaliya (9/5): - Всичко в апартамента е почти чисто ново. Не липсва нищо за престоя ви. Крис беше много любезен и отзивчив. Водата в банята не изтича лесно. В резултат на това става едно малко наводнение. Ако не внимавате ще излезе и в коридора. Плюс това имаше няколко хлебарки. Остъклената врата на външната врата на хола води в нищото, в бездна. Да внимавате особено ако пристигнете вечер. Но собственика каза че ще се погрижи за всичко.

• נעמה ירמיהו (1/5): A FRAUD!!!! BEWARE!!!!! - Except the location everything else was just TERRIBLE! It was written that the place was comfortably suitable for 4 people and that it has a double bed and a sofa bed, when we got there there was only a small double bed and a narrow sofa that is not even suitable for ONE person to sleep on, sleeping on that sofa was an uncomfortable nightmare! the sofa does NOT open into a double bed! And they didn’t even put sheets on the sofa(we had to do it ourselves). THERE IS is absolutely NO PLACE for a 4th person to sleep in this apartment . This tiny apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people and NOT MORE than that, unless you want to sleep on the floor which would also be a problem since the apartment is so tiny. Sleeping in that apartment ( family of 4) for 4 days was the most uncomfortable experience we have ever had!! WE REALLY FELT DECIEVED!!!! In addition to that the HOST asked us to leave 150 BGN deposit money and promised to give it back up to 5 days later but in reality I had to chase after him for about 2 weeks(every time he had a different excuse) and than he said that he will have to DEDUCT from the deposit money because we used too many sheets!!!! No one told us beforehand that there was a limit on how many sheets we can use!!! He only gave us back about half of the deposit money! We travel a lot and this is definitely the WORST experience we have ever had!!! It really makes me SAD to come across people like that and really makes me not want to go back to Bulgaria! BEWARE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!

• Clarissa (8/5): Overall great value in a wonderful location. - Amazing location, and excellent value for money! The host was very responsive and helpful and really accomodating with our requests. Was right in the middle of the city and overall fantastic price with everything we needed. Shower did not drain very well and was not super clean. The toilet also struggled to flush properly. We had issues with the hot water but this was not the fault of the host but rather the council and ended up coming back during our stay.

• Antipe (10/5): Soggiorno rilassante e piacevole - Appartamento pulito, comodo, interni nuovi. Al centro di Sofia, sulla via principale, a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni e vicino a metro. Silenzioso nonostante l'appartamento sia sulla via dei locali. Sicuro. Non potevo trovare appartamento migliore per il mio soggiorno.
• Rebeka (8/5): Very good stay in a cozy apartmant - The location was perfect, so close to everything. Metro is also nearby. A lot of shops and restaurantes in Vitosha bulevard so you have many choices to choose from. The apartment has everything you need. There isn’t much natural light but the good lighting makes the place look brighter. There was a small problem with flusher, it takes longer to fill up again so you need to wait longer to use it again. Also the water in the shower was slowly going through the drain so it fills up pretty quickly but it wasn’t overflowing.

• Maria (10/5): Excellent choice for accommodation in central Sofia. - The apt was very clean, warm, quiet and everything inside was new and is well thought out to provide guests a pleasurable stay. It included all toiletries and even washing machine detergents. It's situated on Vitosha street where lots of shops, restaurants/cafes and mini markets are at your doorstep. Chris, who welcomed us to the apt was very helpful and at hand if we needed anything. There was nothing not to like about the place.

• Susana (10/5): Best location and comfortable apartment - Modern and comfortable apartment. It has absolutely everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good heating system. Plenty hot water from the shower. The apartment is decorated with impecable taste. The view from the apartment is not the best. As everybody smokes in Sofia, sometimes the smoke entered the apartment .somehow.

• Antoniya (10/5): Brilliant, we will come again - The location is absolutely perfect - the most central pedestrial street in Sofia, yet very quiet and secluded with entrance on the main street but rooms and windows on the back of the building - very quiet! It is 2min walk to the Metro. It is surrounded by great reataurants shops and cultural sights It is also reasonably sized for a central flat with all ammenities in the kitchen and a nice bathroom We liked everything
