Poorly equipped, had to buy basics for cleaning etc because despite 2 weeks of rental no mid stay cleaning was provided. Stuff like scissors, a strainer was also not available

• genevieve (8/5): - La propreté, la bonne isolation de l'appartement, le confort, la situation proche du tram . La boîte à clé au niveau du sol pour l'appartement 305. Il fallait se coucher par terre pour entrer le code.
• Gilda (6/5): - La pulizia era pessima. Abbiamo richiesto il cambio della biancheria poiché le lenzuola e i piumoni erano pieni di capelli e peli. Dopo il cambio la situazione è migliorata di poco. Gli standard igienici sono abbastanza bassi. Fra l’altro abbiamo avuto prurito e reazioni allergiche durante il soggiorno.

• Teemu (7/5): Odotuksia vastaava hyvä huoneisto - Hotellilta oli lyhyt matka ratikkapysäkille ja kauppakeskukseen. Myös kävellen pääsee melko nopeasti vaikkapa vanhaan kaupunkiin niin kuin muuallekin merkittävimpiin nähtävyyksiin Prahassa. Ajaa täydellisesti asiansa huoneena jossa käydään vain suihkussa, nukkumassa, syömässä ja lataamassa puhelinta. Kahvinkeitin olisi voinut olla perinteinen suodatinkahvinkeitin eikä Nescafen kapselikone, jolla tehty kahvi on yrjöttävää. Alaoveen minulla ei ollut mitään lätkää vastaavaa enkä huoneen avaimella ainakaan saanut alaovea auki joten sisäänpääsy edellytti aina pitkän koodin naputtamista koodilaitteeseen, joka annettiin sähköpostitse ennen majoittumista.

• Safety (1/5): - ⚠️ Be careful with this accommodation and host! The photos posted on Booking.com do not match the actual accommodation at all. The apartment was dirty when we arrived. There were no cleaning tools available (no broom, no dustpan, etc.). The kitchen utensils mentioned in the listing are almost nonexistent: only a small frying pan and a small pot, both damaged and chipped. There were also only two spoons and two forks, which makes it practically impossible to cook properly. In addition, some of the chairs are broken, which makes them unsafe and uncomfortable to use. In the bathroom, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the drains, which was very unpleasant. Another negative point: there are no available parking spaces nearby, which makes things even more difficult. Overall, I had a very bad stay in this building. No solution was offered despite the problems encountered. The host takes the payment but does not seem concerned about the inconveniences experienced by guests. Considering the price I paid, it is very expensive for the quality provided.
• Megh (10/5): - I've stayed there twice and I love it. The location is excellent, near a shopping mall, with easy access to everywhere. The building is new, has an elevator, and check-in and check-out are easy. The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness is impeccable. I highly recommend it.
• AIKATERINI (8/5): - Το δωμάτιο βρισκόταν κοντα στο κέντρο με το τραμ. Μας έδωσαν το δωμάτιο νωρίτερα από το check in. Μύριζε άσχημα η αποχετευση του μπάνιου. Ο χώρος του δωματίου ηταν λίγο μικρός, ευτυχώς δεν ειχαμε μεγαλες βαλίτσες γιατί δε ξέρω αν θα χωραγαν.

• Matilda (7/5): Celkovo príjemný pobyt, no sú veci, na ktorých by sa dalo zapracovať. - Celkovo to bol veľmi príjemný pobyt. Čisté, upratané a moderné prostredie, kuchyňa bola plne vybavená, dobrá lokalita s príjemným okolím. Trochu nás sklamalo, že sme objednávali izbu s "extra veľkou manželskou posteľou", no keď sme prišli, tak sme našli akurát rozkladací gauč. Nebol nepohodlný, len nás to zaskočilo, pretože to nebolo úplne to, za čo sme zaplatili. Keď sme ohľadom toho písali majiteľom, odpovede sme sa nedočkali ani po niekoľkých dňoch. Taktiež boli vo vybavení uvedené aj toaletné potreby, no v kúpeľni sme našli iba dve prázdne nádoby od mydla na ruky a sprchového gélu - museli sme si všetko dokúpiť, takisto aj tablety do umývačky, kedže sme nepočítali s tým, že to tam nie je zahrnuté. (Toaletný papier a uteráky nepočítam.) A tiež boli pri rezervácii uvedené "streamovavie služby", ako napr. Netflix, no v realite tam bola iba aplikácia na televízii - prihlásiť si človek aj tak musel svoj účet (ktorý sme my nemali). Čo by nebol až taký problém, no bol to jeden z dôvodov prečo sme nakoniec zvolili tento byt, takže nás to dosť zamrzelo, že sme si nakoniec nemohli ani ten film pozrieť.

Before we arrive the city i wrote the owner 3 times and let them know how was my check in time and before a month while i booked noted about my check in time, Unfortunately no one told us the rules of check in, At night we reached the apartment they wrote that it is unaviable to check in at night. And the owner blocked me on whatsapp.So the service was extremely bad.Person who spoke to us was so rude.
• SEGURA (10/5): - Apparemment très sympa avec un coin cuisine très apprécié avec le lave-vaisselle ainsi que le lave-linge également ! Le seul point "négatif" est que c'est une grand lit avec deux petites couettes mais très chaude et agréable !
• Oleg (9/5): Нам сподобалось, приїдемо ще. - Коли нарешті отримали інструкцію, далі все було зрозуміло, але змерзли як цуценя. Квартира загалом залишила дуже гарне враження. Відмінне розташування - зручно добиратися, поруч магазини та транспорт. Квартира добре укомплектована: було багато корисних речей для повсякденного життя, нічого не довелося докуповувати, посуду на кухні було достатньо. Техніка у хорошому стані, все працювало справно. В решті проживання було комфортним. Було написано, що у помешканні нас зустрінуть, але цього не відбулося і у час зазначений у бронюванні ніхто не надіслав інструкцію що до поселення. Потрібно було нагадувати, що ми чекаємо поселення біля дверей помешкання. Пароль від WiFi потрібно додатково запитувати у господаря, набагато простіше щоб він був у помешкані написаний у привітальному листі. Зв'язок з господарем не миттевий, відповідь потрібно чекати, приклад відповідь на пароль від WiFi прийшла десь за годину. З невеликих мінусів - не найкраща звукоізоляція (з вулиці), а також іноді виникав неприємний запах у ванній через трубопровод, але це було недовго і не сильно заважало.

• Pan (5/5): Disappointed - The only positive point was the location, which was fairly convenient. The room was not clean, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, similar to a drain, which never went away. No kitchenware or basic utensils were provided. The bed was a fold-out bed, and the bedding did not feel clean either. I tried to request a late checkout until 12 pm, but no one responded at all. In fact, I was unable to reach the host or find anyone responsible for the property.

• José Eduardo (1/5): Praga é uma cidade lindíssima. A experiência com a MyMozart Residence by Rentez foi péssima. - Nada. Na confirmação da reserva dizia que alguém iria ter comigo ao local do apartamento para me entregar as chaves. Liguei doze (12) vezes para o nº de telefone indicado, sem que tivessem atendido. A primeira chamada tocou até desligar. A 2ª e seguintes tocou uma vez e passou a dar o toque de interrompido (o meu nº fora bloqueado). Enviei mensagem por WhatsApp para o telefone do 'host', pedindo assistência, mas não recebi resposta. Liguei para esse nº do telefone da minha mulher e a primeira tentativa chamou até desligar; à 2ª tentativa o nº também já tinha sido bloqueado. Convencido de que tinha sido enganado, dirigi-me ao hotel mais próximo (NH Prague City) e obtive alojamento para uma noite, por €123,11. Uma vez no quarto do hotel (1443) liguei o computador e percebi que o 'host' me tinha enviado um email, às 04:13 horas, com os códigos para entrar no prédio e no quarto. No dia seguinte, o segundo da estadia (sábado, dia 08) dirigimo-nos ao apartamento e verificámos que o mesmo se mostrava pouco limpo (imenso pó acumulado debaixo do sofá da sala e da cama, no quarto; algumas prateleiras e outras superfícies com bastante pó, o lençol da cama dava a ideia de não ter sido engomado não parecia lavado de fresco), o jogo de toalhas era reduzido ao mínimo (uma única toalha de rosto e mãos, p. ex), as janelas do apartamento (especialmente a da sala) permitiam a entrada de imenso ruído, quer das sirenes das inúmeras ambulâncias (deve haver um hospital perto), quer do rolamento dos muitos veículos que, a toda a hora, circulam na via rápida situada frente ao apartamento, ao nível do 8º andar. O apartamento é muitíssimo ruidoso. O manípulo interior da porta do WC está solto e caiu ao chão. O apartamento, por vezes (quando a máquina de lavar loiça está a funcionar, mas não só), cheira a canos. O colchão da cama é bom, mas a inexistência de alternativa aos edredons (bastante quentes) tornou muito difícil conseguir um sono descansado.

• Max (5/5): Grade noch ausreichend- wiederkommen würden wir definitiv nicht. - Sehr gute Lage, Bus/Straßenbahnlinien praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Nette Dachterasse Von außen ein schönes Gebäude. Das Apartment selbst war leider relativ schmutzig. Die Handtücher hatten große Flecken, die Couch sowie die Bettlaken Löcher. Es gab kein Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine. Die Einbauküche haben wir nicht benutzt, weil das Zubehör ebenfalls verschmutzt war. Das WLAN konnten wir nicht nutzen, da der Anbieter auf Chatnachrichten nicht reagiert hat. Insgesamt schade, Potential ist vorhanden.

• Audur (8/5): - It was a neat and nice, cleverly arranged room with most of the kitchen utensils and equipment one needs for a short stay. The mattress was quite uncomfortable, and there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the shower and drains. Additionally, the location—situated between two highways and overlooking a third—is obviously far from ideal.

The apartment had a coffee machine but no capsules, a kettle but no tea, and a washing machine without any detergent. Guests staying only for a few days cannot really use these appliances, as they won’t buy a whole pack of coffee, tea, or laundry detergent. In addition, the apartment was not cleaned properly.

No cooffee there and the coffee machine was very dirty, the old used capsule still here. Many dust in the house, and the vacuum cleaner full of dust can't use anymore. The check-in and checkout were smooth, the room was small but well furnished, window blinds worked pretty well. The overall cleanliness was poor. The bathroom smelled of old water (my guess is that the shower drain was open), a few dishes, spoons we used were dirty (didn't use the big pans and pots, so can't tell), the bed frame had cat hairs and overall a not so clean mattress. The room was noisy but this was just due to the busy location. Without air conditioning, we had to sleep with the window open and it was noisy all night. I'd suggest providing a fan, so next guests can sleep with windows closed.

There was no mention about “fold up” bed in the description, I was expecting a classic bed. It would be nice if the hôtel could provide some extra cutlery in the kitchen, would be nice to have basic amenities like some olive oil, salt/pepper… in the kitchen. I do not know who is to blame, but the address mentioned on booking com was not complete

• Conor (5/5): It's ok - Location was great, close to tram and tube station. The building seemed very safe with pin at front door for entry. The photos are off-putting, the bed is actually a pull down bed and the sofa collapses underneath. You are essentially in a single room. The window can't be left open to cool the apt down when you sleep as the traffic is too loud. There's no other way to cool down the room (no air con). Not even the basics (eg: a washing sponge) were left to clean dishes or a single tablet for the dishwasher.

There was some street noise, and when we opened the windows, a noticeable amount of dust came in. Also, there was no visible Wi-Fi password provided in the apartment, and the host responded quite slowly when we asked for it, which caused some inconvenience.

• Norbert (4/5): Your typical place when a company runs apartments as a side business, but has no experience in it - The apartment is in a good location, close to a large shopping mall and many restaurants. Andél metro station is in close proximity. Communication with the hosts are extremely poor. It seems like AI is generating their messages and they do not even read and respond to anything you ask of them (invoice, parking). This was the same case when reaching out to a colleague of theirs on the provided phone number, about requesting an invoice for my company which still to this day they were not able to present... No furniture on the balcony although the appt we stayed at had a massive one, only dirt. Inside the appt it's medium clean, I was able to see stains from the previous guests. In general everything looks okayish from the outside, but once you start staying there for a couple of days it becomes uncomfortable and irritating.

• Josef (8/5): Good place overall - The building is well located and not far from the metro and trams. You can get on foot to the river. The value was good too. We booked two facilities- a studio and an apartment for 3. The studio was rather small but ok (the kitchen was lacking glass and wine glasses which were in the bigger apartment). There's a noise from outside so we were ventilating the rooms during the day. Keep in mind that there are no coffee capsules and no shampoo/shower gel. Also, in both showers, the drain smelled a little bit. We were outside for most of the time, so we were quite happy with this place.

• Olga (8/5): Very good - Location is good, there is a subway station near and a big trading center. The internet is good, there is a washing machine, fridge and coffee maker, it is warm inside. The bed is pretty good, it is a transformer. The room is very small, I had to hang the curtains myself, without them it was very uncomfortable and noisy. The floor was a bit dirty, I had to clean it myself, so are the shelves and the windows (at least inside they should be clean). There is a coffee machine, but there are no coffee capsules. There is no washing powder, it would be nice to have it for at least 1-2 washes. For this money I expected better service. Location - near the crossroads, window to the street, very noisy. The office building in front is pretty close, you can see everything, so are they. But a bit of city view also is available
• Begum (8/5): Very good - The location was very good. The facilities were very sufficient and it was a modern living space. The person concerned was very sweet, it was a very secure building. It was clean but not enough. The bed was a little uncomfortable, the pillows were very thin and were slipping between the mattresses, it was a little uncomfortable. If these can be improved, the area will be a perfect place to stay.

There were a lot of nice things in the kitchen such as salt, tea, olive oil, species, a bottle of water. With the windows closed, it was quiet in the apartment, despite the windows faced a busy street. The responsive owners - quickly and clearly answered all questions. A bit of a strange set of dishes for two people: 3 forks, but one glass for wine and no teaspoons.

• Pamela (1/5): Avoid avoid avoid - The location was awesome. Really close to everything, but quiet at the same time. On the day of arrival,(we arrived late in the afternoon) we only had 1 bedding and towel set prepared. Upon contacting the host they told us to go to the other room and take it from there, which I think was unacceptable for the price we were paying. When we entered the other room we realized that the standard of our room is way lower and ours wasn't well prepared at all. I paid extra money to upgrade the room, so I could have a patio and the patio happened to be on the 10th floor - which I was informed about later. Not sure why I got charged more for something publicly accessible... Convertible sofa bed was not secured properly and It dropped on my head when I tried to sit on it. Bedding was covered in yellow stains and black marks. I contacted the host multiple times to receive any type of compensation, but it took them 3 weeks messaging me back and forth to get it sorted - and all that for not even 10 quid
• Adam (9/5): Superb - There was everything we needed. The apartment is cozy. Location was nice, metro, shop, restaurants, bakeries within 10 minutes walking. Quiet and nice area. There could be coffee for the coffee machine. :)

• Vaclav (4/5): Globally would presented better equipment for money which I'm paid ( in February - 360, EUR-two days - llittle provided kitchen - be missing potty on coffee, in bath - room two bath towel,but but one towel for two men, beds tilt - little comfortable. Be missing driver on television later we're got pots on coffee and towel.
• Quentin (9/5): Comfortable stay at central location - The place is very modern and comfortable. The host was very helpful. Despite the lack of picture of the bed, the bed is very comfortable. The description of the property would be improved with a picture of the bed. Only minor points of improvements. The coordination for the check-in was a bit harder than expected, but largely because of my organisation. Having one key per guest would have been much more comfortable too.
