• Belen (4/5): We totally don't recomend this apartment - Beds, shower and location were the only right in the apartment. Trying to find the key in this apartment was like "find to get into the room". We contacted with the people from the reservation and they gave us the wrong code. After half an hour we got into the apartment (late at night and getting crazy for the kids and the cold) with the surprise that we couldn't lock the door from inside so we had to sleep, with our 12 years old kids, the two nights wit the door open (from outside it was able to be opened) because after telling us the code we didn't have any answer from the responsables of the apartment!!!!!! The coffe machine is Dolce gusto and it is broken!!!! Again no answer about it, so more money to have a coffe for breakfast (we rented an apartment just to save money in lunch and dinner). The door knobs are broken as well. There is only one radiator working. Tray's oven are very small so it is more diffiult to use it because they fall down. The worst was the no answer about the door for the insecurity we felt for the kids. .
• Mzoon (6/5): The place is not suitable for families. - Property was clean and in good location. The main issue was its only stairs and we have very heavy luggage they should have writen that it doesn’t have lifts it was very hard to move our luggage to the third floor with having a baby. Also to add the apartment didn’t have washing machine or air-conditioning as promised.
