• Victor (6/5): So and so - Pretty good location ,close to the beach. Nice terraces. Not very clean . Hair on the bed, smelly towels and very stained. Hard to keep warm in winter. There are air conditioning units but they are not enough.

• Nato (4/5): disappointed 😞 - location was fantastic The apartment was total disappointed; apartment was dirty and amanities were poor: 1. the entrance door is hardly opening 2. air conditioner wasn’t working properly in this heat - and it’s impossible to stay in flat (after few days of whriting they send someone and clean it and it helped a little 3. toilet was dirty 4. there was almost nothing in kitchenette: only one pan and few glasses and plates 5. walls are moldy 6. everything is old and dirty (used dish washing claud, flor cloth - everything)
• M.balint (9/5): Relaxing vacation in beautiful Larnaka - The apartment is big and comfortable for a family,or group of friends. It has basic equipment for relaxing vacation. Everything what you need, clean sheets and towels, comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. The kitchen has basic cutlery and dishes for quick meals, and washing machine. The bathroom is very basic, (maybe a little upgrade will be useful) but everything is functioning well. Highspeed WiFi available in every room. Two huge balconies with tables and chairs,and the laundry rack The big plus is AC in every room. The location is very good, less then 15 minutes from Finikoudes Beach and the main Promenade. Just across the street is very good bakery, you're practically cover for breakfast and lunch,very convenient for families with children, so you can relax and enjoy in stress-free vacation. The comunication with the host is very smooth via WhatsApp. We'll definitely comeback.

• Alex (7/5): Spacious apartment in the central location. - check in check out was excellent, they have a lockbox near the entrance. Has 2 huge balconies, the apartment itself is huge as well, So if you plan to stay indoors, unlike me, go for this appt. There was mold all over the appt, which is understandable because of the high humidity, but is something that needs to be addressed.

• May-che (1/5): I strongly advise you not to rent this apartment! - The view from one of the balconies was solid. When we entered the apartment it was not cleaned. The huge cockroaches were crawling all over when we entered. There were dirt, hair, and sand all over the apartment, and on the balconies. The air conditioner was set to turn off after a while so it was not able to cool off the apartment well. The air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms at all. I was not able to sleep there during the night because of the heat. The light in another room was not working well. There were not enough glasses and cups, and there were some bad knives too, so it made our drinking and eating more difficult. The apartment wasn't that close to the beach, there weren't many stores or supermarkets around and we had to walk a lot to get to some necessary facilities to buy food and drinks. The shower was clogged and dirty. I had to unclog and clean it before we showered. We didn't see the landlord at all but we know we rented another apartment from the same agency, whose name is Duplex Comfort Apartments, and they scammed us for the keys, canceled the apartment, and didn't refund it. They didn't leave the keys for us in another apartment and then blamed us for the late arrival even though we said we will arrive after check-in time and they agreed. Then they refused to refund us one day because we couldn't enter the apartment in the first 24 hours. Then they canceled it and blamed us so they wouldn't have to refund anything. I don't recommend their apartments and this agency at all.

• Gvantsa (10/5): Great apartment, low price - The apartment was great. Everything was in line with expectations and one might even say better. It was close to the beach, shops and a 24 hour food court which was very convenient for us. The only difficulty was the phone chargers, which didn't turn out to be appropriate, but that was easily resolved. We bought them there, in the market

• Jan (6/5): Pleasant - The rooms were spacious. The apartment was only slightly cleaned and needs refurbishment. No parking provided (only paid city parking). Telephone communication is a bit difficult.
• Anthony (9/5): Superb - The location was good and there was a car park with the entrance to the car park opposite the apartment, which was very handy. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we couldn't have been happier, will be rebooking again in the future. Thanks. I may have missed this but the info on how to collect the keys wasn't evident or communicated to us prior to our visit. But once we found a phone number the staff were helpful and friendly. Just need to put the info on how to obtain the keys which will stop any confusion. If there is info on this and I have missed it, apologies and I will remove this part of the review.

• Kristina (7/5): Big spacious apartment, bit cold in winter. - Brilliant location - short walk to the main promenade, nice bakery just in front of the apartment. 2 balconies and furniture in them. Big kitchen and all the apartment is spacious and bright. 1 bed is broken, TV - not working. Very basic equipment in the kitchen - didn't even find a simple bigger bowl for salad. You need to unplug the fridge in order to use the microvave (it is a matter of an additional socket to be bought), no light in one of the rooms - I didn't bother to run and buy a bulb - it was holyday anyway...No instructions how to switch on hot water - took time to figure out how it works - you need to press a button somewhere and do it regularly like once an hour. Very cold and no additional blankets - slept with all clothes on - I didn't know most houses in Cyprus don't have heating, There is an air conditioning which blows warm air, but then again took ages to figure out how it works and then it blows the warm wind to your face keeping skin dry and if you switch off it is cold again:) very cold floor-tiles, so bring warm socks:) can't imagine a baby playing on such a cold floor, so perhaps wouldn't recommend to bring small kids to this apartment during winter season.

• Viara (10/5): Large and cosy, a perfect place to stay! - We looked for a place to stay in the very las moment and we got really lucky to find Off Course Seaview Apartment. Very large and cosy flat with a public parking just in front of it. Perfect place to stay! everything was fine
• Predrag (7/5): Apartment somewhere in between - Nice, big apartment at great location (just some 10min by foot to the beach) with a lot of grocery stores and bakeries in the neighbourhood.. A lot of things i didn't like...fridge was almost dying, full of ice inside..no tv remote so no watching tv (owner told me to look for a remote somewhere around the room, there was no remote), no toiletries even though it is said that they provide it..only one spare toilet paper roll.. not providing adapters for electricity (only one would be nice to have after arrival).. All in all, not bad place but there is a lot of space for improvement.
• Vida (10/5): above expectations for the price - the host were very nice and always available throu whatsapp and booking app, they sent me all the details i might be needing before i even reach them ! checking in/out went smooth ! fully equipped ( cups, oven, stove, fridge, washing machine, dishes and dish soap, cooking needs, knifes and so ), rooms are also clean and neat , has a hair dryer, ironer and spacious closets.. loved the two balconies alot ! location is perfect, there is a wide parking area near and too many food options
