• Felix (8/5): Good to very good - I liked the location. It was big and spacious. There were some small things like broken handles or hooks in bathrooms. The hot water was interrupted with cold water pouring in the middle of a shower showers

• Muhammad (6/5): Pleasant - We were a group of 8 people, and the apartment was located conveniently near Nizami Street. The apartment itself was spacious, with wide beds, plenty of pillows, and numerous cupboards — all of which were definite plus points. One good gesture from the management was allowing us an additional two hours for a late checkout, which we appreciated. The staff was not supportive. We had requested an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as our flight landed at 5:30 AM. Although the property manager initially assured us, the apartment was handed over to us at 2:00 PM. Despite the commitments mentioned on Booking.com, there was no hot water, which caused us a great deal of discomfort. There was also no gas for cooking and no housekeeping service. The apartment was clean when we arrived, but when we requested cleaning during our stay, we were asked to pay extra charges. Additionally, there was no microwave oven, and despite multiple follow-ups, the management did not resolve any of our issues. We are very disappointed with their service and overall attitude.
• Jozef (1/5): The worst experience - Nothing, different apartment I had hundreds of bookings reservations and this was the fail, the worst experience... they gave us different very dirty apartment, probably for any foreing workers, not from pictures, without any note. it seems like fraudsters, with more "luxury" appartments in Baku... Later answer, that original apartment was damage. After ask give money back, we do not have any feedback... stop discusion.... We did not sleep there and ordered new different appartment, we lost money, it is probably scam....be careful
