The building is currently undergoing elevator installation, so there may be some disturbances during your stay. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Raúl (1/5): - No me gustó nd No es como se ve en las imágenes, falta de limpieza, pelos en las camas, falta de pintura. Cada vez que salía tenía inconvenientes para ingresar cambiaban los códigos de entrada de las puertas, vive una mala experiencia, quedo sin ganas de no volver, no recomiendo este lugar para descansar. En las fotos hay una casa y la realidad es otra. Me parece una falta de respeto

- Daniel (1/5): Je n'y reviens plus, sauf un appartement en meilleure condition - Les appartements sont très bien situé dans Madrid et près de ma famille. Metro, magasins, théâtre, restaurants, etc... Très facile pour démarrer une journée et se déplacer en métro. C'est dans les sous-sols La salle de bain est très, très petite. ( je fais 1m87 100kg sportif) Le WC fuit par l'arrière. Le lit double dans la plus grande chambre est inconfortable, on s'enfonce vers le milieu. J'ai très vite compris que c'est la planche qui fait office de sommier qui est déjà déformée vu la fine épaisseur. Alors le plus grave pour moi, c'est qu'il y avait du salpêtre un peu partout et surtout dans la chambre. (voir photos) Etant allergique à çà, j'ai du prendre un antihistaminique dès la première nuit ! Le lendemain nous avons quitté cet appartement alors que nous avions tout de même 4 nuits à passer!!! Heureusement j'ai de la famille qui nous a accueilli chez eux !
- Bormu (5/5): Queja - Ubicacion, limpieza Habia material de construccion y herramientas a la entrada del edificio y pasillos. Para acceder a la clave para entrar tuve que llenar para Charming un formulario muy complicado, tanto asi que tuvimos que pedir ayuda en una oficina de turismo y a ellos les costo media hora y dijeron que nunca habian visto nada parecido y que les parecia un timo. Estuvimos obligados a dejar una fianza de 250€ despues de haber pagado por las dos noches. La puerta del dormitorio pequeño no se podia cerrar

- Reinaldo de Alencar Paes (5/5): Não gostei de terem me cobrado uma calção de 250,00 euros sem aviso prévio dessa exigência - Após a reserva e pagamento pelo Booking, entramos em contato co o anfritião na véspera para pegar o código de acesso, onde foi exigido o preenchimento dos dados em um aplicativo e um depósito de 250,00 euros, era par ter sido avisado antes dessa exigência. Não gostei, causou transtorno ter que fazer isso no meio da viagem.

- Neil (7/5): Had a great 6 days in Madrid, it is a good base near the center - Metro Delicias and indoor market 1 minute walk ! Aircon and double glazing meant our stay in March was cosy. Kitchen has good equipment for a longer stay, fridge microwave hob, kettle and toaster, cutlery, corkscrew, plates cups glasses and bowls. Both beds nice and firm, clean bedding and towels. Difficulty accessing street door using the app. Keys in apartment work fine though. Basement access well described by the host, but still a little weird at first 😅
- Maria (7/5): it was all right, we only used the place to sleep at night after enjoying Madrid during the day - Location, it is very close to Delicias Metro station. A supermarket across the street. Nice bed linens and towels. Instant hot water delivery. When we first arrived, we were given a digital key to enter the building, but it didn't work. The bathroom had a broken showerhead holder and toilet paper holder. The day before we arrived, we were told that the flat was in the basement of an old building, so we had to go down narrow stairs to get to it. The owner has to post that in the description; it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The flat smelled strongly of mold.
