Ahmed (7/5): - L'emplacement est impeccable en plein centre historique de Malaga y a toutes les commodités L'appartement pas vraiment adapté a une famille de 4 personnes deux adultes et deux enfants c'est plutôt adapté pour 2 adultes et peut-être un enfant mais pas 4 et plus aussi l'agence qui gère l'appartement avec qui j'étais en contact par WhatsApp c'était pas top la communication passe très mal parceque moi je parle pas espagnol donc je traduis mais eux surtout au début ils veuvent même pas faire l'effort pour traduire et ils font pas l'effort pour comprendre réellement les besoins du client en gros j'ai pas aimé la personne qui a traité avec moi sur WhatsApp

Blisko restauracje. Pięknie. Łazienka juz by wymagała odświeżenia. Trudności z wejściem do apartamentu, ale nauczyłam sie jak otwierać drzwi. Nie działa piekarnik.

Jocelyn (3/5): If you are a party animal who needs no sleep....book this. If not, don't. - It was clean and the bed comfortable. Access a nightmare. Over reliance on unfamiliar technology. In the end, an occupant of the block gave us access. We had contact with host but message stated..don't use WhatsApp after 8pm. We used the phone number given and it all got very confused . Once in, we found the floor to ceiling metal shutter in the bedroom could be pulled up. .but then rolled back down. Bedroom remained dark and airless (we reported the fault). Worse to come: the short street has 5..6? late night bars (2am) one directly under the apartment. There may be an even later club nearby as at the weekend we were woken by partygoers singing and shouting in the street, 6am. If that wasn't enough. The bar opposite takes delivery of new stock around 7am with noise of empty beer casks being swapped...crates of empty bottles being loaded onto pallets. Frankly, Booking, we deserve a credit in our account. It was so bad we took a break and went across to Córdoba. Paid for a night over there and then came back

Anna (3/5): Nightmare stay, terrible host - Location is great The bed was terrible, too small for two people, very uncomfortable. Not soundproof, when the neighbours move a chair, it sounded like a thunder in the apartment. No extension cords. Besides this, the host required full prepayment over some third party service, so better to have a virtual single-use credit card for your safety. Another ridiculous thing, according to the invoice, they charge 60€ cleaning fee, but request you to bring away the trash few streets away. My question what they charge 60€ then for was ignored.

Aneta (1/5): This is a SCAM - There was nothing I like it. You can't like such a horrible place. It's a scam, and please do not book this place! Definitely, this is not what I booked and paid. Photos are fake, nothing to do with reality. Absolutely awful place, dirty, mould in, dirty and smelly duvet and pillows, cocroaches in kitchen, horrible smell, cooker not working properly, not possible to cook anything, toilet not flushing. Overpriced, party's all over in building. Not safe. Place isn't what is described on booking. Owner rude and very unhelpful. DO Not Book. The worst place I stayed in Spain in the last 20 years.

Large comfortable beds, plenty of room in the apartment. It can get a bit noisy at night, not if you close the windows and draw the curtains.
Ruslan (9/5): Nice place in the heart of Malaga old town - Nice place in the heart of old city. Close to ALL sightseeings in old town of Malaga + 15-20 min to the Malagueta beach. Fully working kitchen. Even there are couple of restaurants on the street - it was quiet in apartments. Double bed was a bit narrow.

We noticed a small hole in the ceiling. Moreover everytime the upper neighbors tooks a shower, water would come down our bathroom walls and the floor would be flooded. In addition the air conditioning would leak water sometimes

Bill (9/5): Restaurants are all excellent , people are friendly , beaches great , and an extreme clean city . - A taxi was waiting at the airport and there was someone at the apartment to open the front door. Some would say the noise , but the city in general is full of life . Fortunately , they installed double glass doors that block out sound completely if you prefer .
Cezara (8/5): nice little apartment in the city center - - very good location in the city centre, close to all major points of interest (such as restaurants, the Alcazaba, museums, the beach, public transportation); - pretty well equipped - with all the appliances you might need. - as others mentioned, there are some bars downstairs and can be noisy at night; however, I wore earplugs and had no problem with that; - the key from the building entrance does not work well, and needs some time getting used to; might be a more general problem though, since I met somebody else in the building who had the same problem with their key. I mentioned this to the host, and so hopefully they might be able to fix this issue

Filip (6/5): Pleasant - Location in the city center not far from the touristic attractions and the coast! Friendly host with clear instructions (keybox, code, where to put our luggage...) A great place, good communication and yet a poor rating. Some smaller concerns: small shower cabin; pans in the kitchen but no pots to cook. Mayor concern (for a light sleeper with kid): in the area of Malaga where we were staying is (a lot of) noise in the streets until 6 or 7am. We where there for one week in February and there were at least three neighbours on the floors above us making quiet a noise during the night after going out. One group of Dutch tourists where quiet after a few bounces on the door (2am), but the last group (last night) - during the basketball copa del rey - were very noisy all night long. Other people went to their room(s) to ask them to shut up, but that only resulted in even more noise A L L N I G H T L O N G until 7am. We had some unpleasant experiences with younger people without respect for other tourists or locals. I guess this happens all the time in this district (and has nothing to do with the owner of the appartments), but for us this was the last time in the center of Malaga...

Tila78 (7/5): Holiday in Malaga - Location was as good as it gets! Size was ok for two adults and two kids. Shower was a bit small, and also hot because of the AC unit behind the wall. Ac was not enough for the bedrooms, living room stayed cool enough though. Beds should be changed at some point, they had quite a hole in the middle already.. The apartment was nice, but a bit outdated, could be great with small improvements. Outside noise did not bother, but neighbours above were yelling and singing through the night, and smoking MJ.

Milena (7/5): A sparkling clean place in great location - The very warm welcome from Jose; the central location; the immaculately clean property; the comfortable sofa in the living room. The bed mattress had a dent on the side towards the door which made sleeping for one of us very uncomfortable. The street noise from people and the fights between a couple near by, which broke off twice in the middle of the night when we were there. The kitchen could have been organised better. In order to plug in the kettle and the coffee machine, you had to move the microwave oven away. There was no sponge.

Radłowska (9/5): I recommend stay in Apartamentos Juan de Padilla :) - The location is just perfect! It is in the center of Malaga! The flat was really nice and friendly (tea, coffee, jam, butter, etc. in the kitchen; cosmetics in the bathroom), the host was very helpful. The biggest plus is the location - it takes just few minutes to get to most popular places, you have few shops just around the corner, the main street and the Plaza de la constitución is very near. The flat itself is very nice with beds, sofa, TV and it is really nice just to stay there and sit. The communication with the host was perfect as well. It is indeed quite noisy, because there are several pubs just under the window, but with ear plugs it's doable to sleep ;)

Shee (9/5): GREAT LOCATION! - Location - great, close to everywhere and within walking distance. The staff - Maria was very helpful and great in communication throughout our 2-week stay. The apartment we stayed looked very different from the website, which was a bit disappointing.
