• laura (10/5): Great for the family! - Fantastic! Loved the fact it had everything we needed! Great large airer to dry all our swimming kit. Having coffee, tea, and milk included was a bonus after a long day out exploring.

Place had a comfortable bed, good lounge and everything you want in a kitchen as well laundry facilities which is onsite. Came early the first day, not a problem, they were amazing to allow me in and store my cold stuff in the fridge as well. Can't wait, already booked again. Internet drops in and out and kept hitting my head against the shower rail.

Handy having your own washing machine. Highly recommend Blue Ocean Fish and Chips - just a short walk from the unit. It was a little dated but didn’t affect our stay. Even though the bathroom was big the shower was tiny.

• Linda (8/5): - Liked how accommodation was close to everything. Staff friendly. Room clean. Adequate linen, clean towels and kitchen items I didn't like the oven . It took hours to cook a pototoe bake and once cooked it was cooked unevenly. Cook top not much good either. Its takes away the experience of the nice hotel room.

• Nienke (9/5): Happy holidays! - We voelden ons heel erg welkom door de relaxte praatjes met Kyra en Mark. We hebben genoten van alle dieren die rond de huisjes scharrelen waaronder een eend en een kangoeroe moeder met jong. Het huisje is heel compleet. We hebben flink wat gezien van de omgeving, mede door de boottrip op de rivier met Augusta River Tours. Het kraanwater smaakte nogal naar chloor en ik had wat moeite met de kranen in de douche, maar verder was alles tiptop in orde.

We were able to walk to shops and walked along boardwal - Even though the building is old the units have been renovated and had everything we needed to provide a very comfortable 2 night stay. We had access to a brand new front loader washing machine so we were able to do some much needed washing & hang them on the big clothes rack provided. The kitchen appliances are all new. Loved the charger point provided next to the bed, I could charge multiple devices at once which was so handy.

• Barbara (10/5): Exceptional - The units look old on the outside. But on the inside it was very comfortable and cosy. They provided 1 Lt of the most delicious milk plenty of tea coffee and sugar, also salt and pepper in grinders. The wildlife out side was a bonus kangaroo's ducks and chickens add to the country feel.

Great set up with everything we needed and comfortable, clean and close to shops with awesome handmade dumplings just next door! The only complaint is the shower size but for a few days it's doable.

Mark and Kyra were quite active around the property during the day and are a wealth of knowledge on the town and some of the spots that might not be on your map...

We acknowledge that we let an animal enter our apartment when we shouldn’t have but feel that the owner could have handled things in a calmer way rather than yell out loud abuse at us from the doorway of our apartment.

Communication from the owners was outstanding. Everything that we needed was supplied and was of good quality. Our apartment was very clean and very comfortable. Parking is provided right outside the apartment door.
