• Iryna (9/5): Superb - I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It’s beautifully decorated — you can tell that a designer was involved in planning the space. The apartment is located in a good central area of London, yet it’s very quiet, as the windows face a peaceful inner courtyard with a small garden. It was easy to sleep with the windows open, and I even saw squirrels hopping around outside. The atmosphere feels authentic and thoughtfully designed. The lighting system is very convenient, with automatic on/off features. The bathroom is small but comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen is charming and well equipped — although I didn’t need to cook during my stay. The apartment offers excellent value for money. I felt completely at ease and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in London. Another big advantage is how close it is to Victoria Station — just a short walk, no taxi needed, which makes planning your time very easy. The host was very kind and helpful, offering great advice throughout my stay. Highly recommended. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be a bit of initial confusion when checking in — I didn’t immediately understand where to find the key. But to be fair, I had just arrived after a flight, it was unusually hot in the city, and I might not have been at my sharpest! Once I re-read the instructions, everything was perfectly clear.

The apartment is spotless, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze. Its location is excellent—close to the city center and metro, with grocery stores like Tesco and street food nearby. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, adding to the overall convenience. A lovely touch was the power adapter waiting for me, just what I needed after forgetting mine—such thoughtful hospitality!

It offers comfort, cleanliness, practicality and for me the location was just perfect. It is situated within a nice and quiet neighbourhood along with this you have all local amenities nearby and further more you are a very short walk from some of the most historic landmarks that London have to offer. A perfect overall property within a brilliant location.
• Josipa (5/5): Passable - The location is great and the host is great and always ready to help The bed creaks, the mattress is very uncomfortable, the pillows are bad, and we didn't get enough sleep, which is the most important thing for us on a trip. The room does not have a TV, but there is a TV where the kitchen is and you can only watch it if you sit on the chairs where it is very uncomfortable. The location is very good and so is the host, which in my opinion is the only thing that has a plus and a better rating. The apartment should be cleaned more thoroughly.
