• Nagy (7/5): Összességében rövid időre 4 főnek megfelelt. - Tágas terek, tv, külön volt a wc, terasz, felszerelt konyha és közel a központhoz. Nem volt hozzá ingyenes parkoló, bútorok nem illenek össze és nem jó állapotúak, az egyik ágytámla nem is volt odarögzítve. Nem lehetett elég jól befűteni.

• Katalin (7/5): Nagy szerencsélye a szállásnak az elhelyezkedése és az ára. - Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás a vár lábánál.Nagyon jó az ár. Sok aprónak tűnő dolog ami kellemetlenséget okozott.Például nem volt se vízforraló se pedig egy darab edény ,hogy lehessen teát főzni.A szomszèdban 7 óra 30-kor kezdtek fúrni.Valamint a tisztaság is lehett volna nagyobb(büdös a fürdő,a konyhaajtó mögött tiszta pókháló és koszos a sütő és rúzsfoltos a pohár.Ja és kontakt hibás a kábel. Ìgy csak könyvekkel feltámasztva indult el a TV.(fél óra szerelgetés után) Pedig mindezek könnyen kezelhetőek lennének.

• Мария (7/5): Отлично местоположение и трудно и много скъпо паркиране на автомобила - Отличното местоположение! Всичко необходимо е на пешеходно разстояние! Възможност да паркираш за кратко докато си свалиш багажа.Тих район. Още доста може да се желае по отношение на хигиената ..Липсват достатъчно хавлии и завивки..Невъзможно е да се паркира за цял ден в близост до мястото за настаняване. Цената за паркиране на автомобила може да надхвърли цената за настаняване в обекта ! ! !

• Rita (3/5): Nem ajánlom - Elhelyezkedése a városban Az ágy nagy volt a matrac kényelmes. Nem lehet parkolni a szállásnál, sokkal messzeb találtunk szabad parkolot. A lakás elég elhanyagolt ráférne egy felújitás hamár kiadják. /alap egy wc-be a wc papír/ Az ágynemü tiszta de a mérete inkáb gyerek.

• Michal (6/5): - Kousek do centra, velký prostorný byt. Super okna do vnitrobloku, balkón super. Nefunkční pračka, zatuchlé lůžkoviny i ručníky. Celkově špatně větrano. Mě astmatikovi to dělalo problém, druhý den intenzivního větrání byl o poznání lepší. Chtělo by to vyměnit proležené matrace.

• Aurika (8/5): Thank you, great experience! - Great location, easy to access old city. Clean and quiet apartment. Excellent for family, up to two couples or group of friends. No toiletries, no hair-dryer.
• Danuta (1/5): Terrible - Unfortunately the stay was very bad. Everything is dirty, moldy coffee machine in the kitchen, old food in the microwave, clothes under the bed. Bed linen dirty, torn and worn. It was impossible to cook. Broken electrical outlet dangerous to life.

• Brad (8/5): Clean, good location. No problems. - Apartment had everything that was needed. Big spacious bedrooms, kitchen, coffee machine. Older but clean and quiet. Easy access and early entry. Couldn’t work out the TV but that is not really a problem.
• Joana (8/5): Very good - The kitchen was fully functional. The neighborhood is nice. There were clean towels for all the guests. The main bedroom bed is kind of broken, the owner just stuffed with wood pieces under it to keep it from falling apart. The curtains are not sliding on the rods. The shower curtain is barely functioning. There was no soap. The bed prepared for a baby is just a couch. The parking is very hard to navigate. The price is lower than some other bookings in Brno but I feel like it's not the best value. It worked fine for one night and for the price.

Double bedroom good size and a proper double bed in the living room as well as a 3 seater sofa. Could have done with a little more in the kitchen like a tea towel and kitchen towels

• Nikolaos (4/5): Disappointing - It is close to the center and pretty large The towels and sheets smelt quite bad and had lint on them, there was dust in quite a few places like cupboards and closets and the beds where pretty uncomfortable. Fore the price it's not really worth it. Also something that is not the apartments fault but the parking outside is veeery expensive (1 euro per hour) so if you stay more than a couple of nights it gets ridiculous.

• Kuzma (4/5): We don't recommend! - The keys was easy to pick up. Wi-Fi is good. There was no parking. It was not possible to find a free parking space on the street nearby at 21.00. I was looking for an accommodation with a parking space, but the website provided this false information, because this accommodation does not have a parking space. We had to find a parking space ourselves in the neighborhood. It was not easy and very nervous to do it. The search for a parking spot took about an hour. We found a parking lot far from the apartment. The shower in the apartment was dirty, the towels also smelled bad, no freshness. The price is high and the quality is low.
• Maria (5/5): Passable - Good localization, clear instructions how to get to the apartament. Big fridge, Poor cleanliness. Floors - ok, table tops- ok. However, the carpet was dirty. Drawers in the kitchen-dirty. Towels - bad smell etc.

• Slađana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is good organised. Two separate bad rooms. Very good content. Comfortable for family. Location is top! Max 10 min by walk from Centre square. For any recommendation.

• István (8/5): Quiet place, great location! - Direct and fast contact with the host. Great location, 5 minutes walk to town, right below Spilberk. Small shop, bakery nearby. Very quiet. The apartment was comfortable, the kitchen was a bit small, but adequately equipped. The staircase was being renovated, but it was not disturbing. Toilet and bathroom were clean, but could use a little renovation.

• Faruk (6/5): Great apartment, no hot water, host promised, then did not reimburse. - Great location. Nice neighbourhood, close to the center. The beds were comfy and the apartment was spacious, the temperature is very pleasant even during the hot summer days. The two bedrooms have a blocked door between each other, through which sound can move easily. The TV did not have many channels on it. There was no hot water at all, which I would say was the worst part. The host promised to reimburse us, but after messaging them about it for about two weeks, they decided to ghost us.

• Jaromír (7/5): Super location. Flat was not 100% clean and equipped. - Good location. Support from the facility provider. Flat would deserve some investments. It was not clean and some things were not working. Bathroom was quite destroyed. Table on the balcony completely broken. Bedsheets were not 100% clean. Hallway in front of the flat was really really dirty and stinky.
• Anonymous (2/5): there are better apartments to stay with the same amount of money in Burno! - only the location the property was very dirty ! There was a cleaner who supposedly cleaned the apartment but the apartment was very dirty inside the cupboards and at the rooms furniture! there were not all the facilities as included in booking! outside of the main door, there was a whole mess of woods, very dirty! there was not hot water and the owner said there was a problem with the hot water after we got into the room (we had no idea about it) , so we did not wash properly for three days because the water was very cold! the owner only compensated less than half of the money that we paid and it is not fair after all this disaster stay! we stayed in other properties with the same value of money and the apartments were completely new and the owners were very polite ! so make sure you stay in another property !

• Valentina (9/5): Superb - First of all - amazing balkony. Very pleasant for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Second of all - lovely surrounding area and Zelený Trh only a few minutes away. Big bedrooms, basic kitchen equipment, spacious. The shower is a bit uncomfortable: there's a giant shower curtain you can easily trip on and no shelves for shampoo/shower gel. The WC door gets a bit stuck. The quality of pillows, covers and bed linen is not amazing.

• Andrea (8/5): Convenient falt near city center. - It’s really close to city center so it was very convenient, we could reach everything by foot and in a few minutes. The furniture is not really in the quality as shown in the pictures. The bedgrid was broken in one spot, the bedsheet was torn but essentially it was clean and we enjoyed our stay.
