• Annelies (10/5): Top adresje! - Wat een topuitzicht... elke avond kunnen genieten van de mooiste zonsondergangen en op het terrasje rustig zitten en boekje lezen. De slaapzetel lag super comfortabel (was wel lekker alleen dus had veel plek)! De communicatie met de verhuurder was super aangenaam - behulpzaam en flexibel! Dus ook daar een super dikke dankjewel voor! Goei douchke - een afwasmachine - in de keuken alles wat je nodig hebt... Nergens iets op aan te merken. Ook top tv - groot scherm - goede wifi - voldoende apps erop! Voor mij vanaf nu een vast adresje voor t´zeetje. Helemaal niks! Het was top top top!

• Leoni (7/5): Leuke locatie met ruimte voor verbetering - Prachtig uitzicht en fijne locatie. Minder goede matras, vuil en stof onder het bed en bovenop de kast. Weinig practisch keukentje. Geen warm water aan de wasbak in de badkamer.

• Gerard (8/5): Good location, host is easy to get in contact with by telephone or Whatsapp - Very good location with all the utilities you are used to at home. Kitchen, fridge, dish wasser, big flat screen tv (55 inch i think) and internet. Also a good thing for people like me who don't do heights, the apartment is on the second floor, so no need to feel anxious if you are afraid of heights. Beautiful view of the sea and you will get opportunities to take stunning photos of the sunset, right from the balcony. The chairs on the balcony are a good thing to have, to sit there in the afternoon or evening. Location pretty close to the coastal tram stop. Something like a 200 meter walk to the apartment. The beaches are nice and spacious. The usual supermarkets are quite far from this location; however, there is a small store called 'Rapallo' about 220 meters from the apartment, which should be adequate for the regular, everyday things you want/need to buy.
• Kathleen (9/5): - We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in deze studio. Het uitzicht is zalig en de omgeving rustig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en de communicatie met de verhuurder verloopt zeer vlot. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

• Lieve Putteman (8/5): - Het zeezicht als je de gordijnen opent, de zonsondergang zien op zee voor je de gordijnen sluit, ik had er alles wat ik nodig had voor een geweldig weekend aan zee en de zon was ook van de partij.

• Nadine (7/5): - Die tolle Lage und Ruhe, da ist wahrscheinlich nur im Sommer die Hölle los. Mir war nicht bewusst wie zugebaut alles ist. Das Sofabett ist nicht besonders bequem. Aber ist wohl Geschmackssache.

• Donny (8/5): - Fijn uitzicht en binnen enkele stappen op het strand. Studio heeft het meeste in huis om goed vooruit te kunnen. Keuken volledig, enkel snijplank ontbreekt. Prijs/kwaliteit prima als je zoekt naar een plek direct aan zee. Inchecken zonder host ter plekke verliep goed. Bij aankomst geen wc papier en vuilniszakken aanwezig (terwijl in omschrijving gevraagd wordt rommel mee te nemen na uitcheck). Contact gehad met host, deze kon deze niet leveren was het enige antwoord. Er wordt teveel uitgegaan van wat de gasten achterlaten, maar dit zijn basisvoorzieningen die aanwezig horen te zijn en wij nu zelf moesten regelen terwijl het al dinertijd was. Nu is het enkel verdienen voor de host en besparing op schoonmaker. Reden van accepteren is de wat lagere prijs ten opzichte van hotels, maar moet het daarom wel benoemen hier. Douche was niet constant van temperatuur. Schommelde elke 10 seconden tussen lauw en warm.

• Nathalie (9/5): Logement très correct 👍 - La situation sur la digue face à la mer. De la place pour stationner près de l’entrée de l'immeuble malgré l'affluence vu les fêtes de fin d’année (attention stationnement payant pendant les congés scolaires). Le studio est très cosy. La limitation du chauffage. En temps normal ok mais il y a eu tempête en mer et quelques courants d'air malgré l’isolation des châssis. L'équipement de la cuisine est vraiment très sommaire.

• Wim (8/5): Een rustgevende vakantie met een mooi uitzicht. - Leuke en rustige locatie met een mooi uitzicht. Je bent een beetje afhankelijk van de vorige huurders inzake de netheid en hygiëne, hierin hadden we pech.

• Frederik (9/5): Prima studio voor een kort verblijf aan zee - Het frontale zeezicht is de troef van deze studio. De ruimte lijkt beperkt maar is goed ingericht. De slaapzetel was verrassend comfortabel. Huisdieren zijn toegelaten, dit gaf voor ons de doorslag. Duidelijke communicatie met de gastheer. Keuken voldoende uitgerust (maar uiteraard niet zoals thuis), met nespresso-toestel. Het voeteinde van de zetel was losgekomen en stond tegen de muur, de wc-bril was langs 1 kant ook defect. Deze 2 zaken hebben onze beleving niet beïnvloed maar moeten wel gerepareerd worden.
• Kateryna (9/5): Nice place near the sea - A small but cozy place to stay for a couple of days, next to the sea with the wonderful sea view, nice host and you can find almost everything for the short stay. A lot of cafes nearby and a small shop where you can find necessary things in 5 minutes by walk. Only that I needed to bring my own towels and bed things, but I was notified about it. Also I took my own hairdryer.

• Veerle (10/5): - De host kon niet ter plaatse aanwezig zijn, maar geen probleem. Alles was uitermate goed gecommuniceerd. Hij was ook tijdens mijn verblijf direct te bereiken en gaf onmiddellijk antwoord. Vanuit een zeer comfortabel bed geniet je al 's morgens van een prachtig zicht op zee. En op het terras is het ook genieten. Je hoort ook geen enkel lawaai van buren. Ook geen toilet doorlopen. Zalig rustig. Één echte aanrader. 👍🥳 Niks op aan te merken.

• Maria (7/5): Nice but could have been better - What I liked most was the location of the apartment and the modern practical look, good for a couple of nights, the bathroom is tiny though but functional. The kitchen is fine but a few utensils more would make the world of difference like small cutting board, sharp knife, potato peeler, whisker etc. Nice little balcony with fantastic views. I was shocked to notice that the elivator didn't work, it was very disappointing that the owner failed to mention that there were works on the elivator elivators, luckily it was only the 02nd floor but with the dust and the noise it was all very disturbing, I would rate this a 0 out of 10
