• Maxime (3/5): - Pas grand chose à part le fait que ce soit proche de l'aéroport. La chambre était grande et plus rassurante que l'extérieure. Hôtel très vétuste, insalubre avec des déchets dans les couloirs, des travaux pas terminés. La salle de bain n'était pas hyper propre. Arrivée très tardive dans la nuit, nous étions fatigués et l'accueil était inexistant.

• Zoe (7/5): - This served us well as a place to relax and refresh while we had a long wait before our flight. The bedroom and bathroom were fine. Good value for money. Staff could sometimes be hard to locate but we always managed to find someone in the end. Communication wasn't great on their end (we had enquired about the airport shuttle but no one ever got back to me - only when I was asking how to pay did they contact me back)

• Khalid (8/5): - The apartment housekeeping team is excellent; however, the property owner is either arrogant or unwell. He does not make the effort to answer calls and sometimes hangs up mid-conversation, which makes it difficult to find the address or reach the property. The apartments themselves are clean and well-maintained. They are conveniently located near the airport, with plenty of restaurants and facilities in the surrounding area. Note: If you decide to book, the entrance is through Al Forsan Buildings 7, not Al Forsan Buildings 8. Attempts to contact the owner via the number listed on Booking.com are unlikely to be helpful, so it is better to call the housekeeping team under the following number directly: 01090796059 the property owner hadn't make the effort to answer calls and sometimes hangs up mid-conversation, which makes it difficult to find the address or reach the property.

• Dorothy (10/5): Take a chance on this very affordable property! - I was worried a little with the price but saw the good rankings. I gave it a try and was not disappointed. They arranged for a transfer to and from the airport. It was literally a block away from cafes and a Starbucks. There was a neighborhood across the street with a pharmacy. I was greeted upon arrival and the room had everything I needed! AC, comfortable bed and hot water! There was no battery in the remote but that was no problem. If you are looking for a hotel with amenities, this is not fo ryou. But it is CLOSE to the airport and a great place to rest your head for overnight and catch your connection the next day! Noise from highway but it is Cairo and that can't be helped!!

The location was perfect for us; nice restaurants nearby, close to the airport and it was easy to find an Uber for our early flight. There is no shower curtain or door, and though we tried to be as careful as if it was our own home, two people over two days easily turn the floor into a small disaster. Other than that, the shower was nice and warm!

While basic, it serves its purpose well for a short overnight stay The 'luxury' label is entirely misleading. The room had no windows and offered zero views of the skyline as advertised. Furthermore, the shower was broken and lacked a curtain, causing the entire bathroom to flood during use

• Natalia (3/5): At your own risk - It is very close to the airport so it’s convenient if you need to fly early the next day. It is okay for the price you pay. At a first glance it was “clean” but if you looked closer the bed was full of hairs. We even found a nail on our bed. It was freshly painted so the whole apartment smelled like paint. We needed to wake up at 5:00 am for an early flight and there was no water.

Le grand lit était très confortable.l hôte nous avait laissé 3 bouteilles d eau et du café et thé pour le matin. Pour partir c est simple on met dans la boîte à clé . L immeuble en lui même est sale et en travaux . Avant de voir l appartement nous avions un peu peur .. la salle de bain de l appartement n est pas comme sur les photos .. plus vétuste. Mais ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuit avant de reprendre un avion ..

• Danuše (1/5): Varování !!! Můj nejhorší zážitek z ubytování. Měla jsem okamžitě zavolat policii !!! - Lokalita ubytování je blízko letiště. Příjemný pokoj s pohodlnými postelemi. Signál WiFi vůbec nefunguje. Silný hluk z blízké dálnice. Ubytování se nachází za jiným domem na konci tmavé a neosvětlené uličky. Ubytování je v přízemí a okno, které vede do špinavého dvora se nedá ani pořádně zavřít a nemá žádné zabezpečení. Chci ale všechny VAROVAT !!! na nepřípustné chování majitele nebo správce, který při mém večerním příchodu nebyl k zastižení a to ani přes WhatsApp, a který si s použitím náhradní karty neváhal přijít po 23.hodině do mého pokoje ve kterém jsem já už spala pro doplatek ve výši 12 dolarů !!!

• Sarah (7/5): Great place for a quick airport layover - The host was kind, and upgraded my room for free. There were construction sounds which made it difficult to rest. I also had to wait a while in the reception area to check in

Le lieu est insalubre, immeuble en travaux, et l’appartement était en finition, rien qui n’allait sans parler de la saleté des lieux quand on y fait attention. Je ne vous conseille pas forcément cet établissement. Heureusement qu’on était juste de passage pour 1 nuit car arrivée tardive durant la nuit.

• Attila (1/5): - The main advantage of this accommodation is its close proximity to the airport, which can be convenient for a short stay or a late arrival. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue during our stay. While the bed linen seemed acceptable, most other areas did not meet our expectations in terms of hygiene. It was also unclear whether parts of the property were under renovation, as there was construction debris in several areas. Additionally, we encountered unpleasant conditions in the common areas, and overall the environment did not feel well-maintained. There was also noticeable noise from outside traffic, although this became less of a concern compared to the other issues. We chose this accommodation mainly for its location near the airport and only stayed for one night, but based on our experience, we would likely choose a different option next time.
