• Arrizabalaga (10/5): - Hanna m'a donné de très bons conseils avant et durant mon séjour. Elle a été aux petits soins avec moi. L'ensemble du personnel est extrêmement serviable. La chambre est bien aménagée et confortable. Elle dispose de peu de lumière car donne sur un petit puits de lumière, mais je n'y étais que pour dormir. L hôtel est très très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied.
• Jana (4/5): Sehr enttäuschend, keine Empfehlung - Das einzig positive ist nur die Lage, das ist innerhalb der Old City aber nicht schwer Ich habe zuvor in Hostels geschlafen und wollte vor dem Rückflug ein Hotelzimmer nehmen um alles wieder zu sortieren und Ruhe zu haben. Im Hostel wäre ich besser aufgehoben gewesen. Ich habe eine Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht um dann festzustellen, dass es ein Fenster in den Flurschacht ist, also keine frische Luft. Die Klimaanlage sah aus wie 20 Jahre alt. Sie war super laut, nur noch wenige Einstellungen möglich. Für ein Zimmer ohne Fenster zu teuer. Frühstück war lachhaft.

Les chambres dites supérieures qui sont en réalité les plus petites de l'établissement (mais alors supérieures à quoi ??!). Le changement de comportement de notre hôtesse lorsque nous avons indiqué avoir déjà organisé notre séjour et que nous ne retiendrons pas les offres d'activités proposées. Nous avons tous ressenti un froid après notre refus de prestations complémentaires. Dommage, cela nous a mis mal à l'aise. Établissement un peu bruyant.

It is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions and close enough to the lively nightlife area, while still being far enough away that you do not hear any noise at night. The staff were also incredibly helpful and supportive, especially when assisting me with organizing a tour to Ha Long Bay.

• Dennis (4/5): Luxury prices without luxury amenities - Great location and robust air conditioning. Friendly receptionist Way more expensive than surrounding areas. At these huge prices breakfast should be included at the very least. Not convenient to go in and out after midnight.

Fast alles gussläufig erreichbar. Ich habe Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht und 3- Bettzimmer bekommen. Dadurch war das Zimmer total klein, kaum Platz fürs Gepäck und ins Bett ging es nur über meinen Partner.

Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel war sauber und innen stets ruhig. Vorort im Parklane Central Hanoi Hotel konnten verschiedene Tagestouren gebucht werden. Meine Tour in die Halong Bucht war wunderschön, gut und pünktlich organisiert. Wir hat alles gut gefallen. Freundliches Personal, saubere ruhige Zimmer und gutes Frühstück mit frischzubereiten Omelette. Möglichkeit nach den Auschecken das Gepäck noch aufzubewahren.

• SERGEY (10/5): Настоящий Вьетнам - Прекрасный отель, расположенный в олдтауне буквально в пяти минутах ходьбы от озера Хоанкьем. Все магазинчики, лавочки, все улицы Старого города как на ладони. Сам район настолько колоритный, что ощущаешь полное погружение в повседневную жизнь столичных жителей 🤠При этом мой номер был расположен так, что шума 36 улиц слышно не было, приходишь в номер и полноценно отдыхаешь 👍. Завтраки комбинированные. Горячее блюдо заказываешь по меню, холодные закуски, сок, фрукты в форме шведского стола. Фрукты были каждый день. Огромное спасибо персоналу и, в частности, Анне за радушный приём, это очень ценно. После такого хочется ещё раз приехать:) Отсутствие гардероба или шкафа, куда можно повесить одежду. Просто была вешалка с плечиками. Это единственное, что можно отметить как небольшой минус. В остальном всё было идеально.

• Richard (10/5): Exceeded all expectations! - This hotel is a hidden gem at the cost! Excellent location right in the heart of Hanoi old quarter. On arrival my room was upgraded and though it may look dated; the bed was extremely comfortable, the AC & Wi-Fi worked, shower was hot & powerful and there was a safe in the room. Given it's location and having a room next to reception, it was very quiet! The staff are outstanding and cannot do enough! They stored our luggage after checkout, arranged a very reasonably costed taxi to the Airport and even carried our luggage. Would definitely stay here again!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful as they arranged the sleep bus company to pick us up from hotel when she knows that we are heading to Sapa next day by sleep bus. Because location is at the city area, it was very noisy with the horns from the car and motorcycle. The horn sound will be till 12am and around monrning 6am start again.

A 5 minuti dalla caotica Beer Street, ma posto in una via, dove dalle 10 di sera alle 9 del mattino le attività chiudono le saracinesche, quindi si dorme molto bene. Colazione a scelta tra uova, toast, zuppa, con buffet di frutta, bevande, marmellate e cereali. Ottima! La camera ha rispettato le nostre aspettative, il cambio asciugamani e pulizia giornaliero. Il personale super disponibile per prenotazioni, taxi, info, ecc... consigliato!

Very convenient for walking to the train street, water dolls theater, coffee places The staff is excellent! Very friendly and helpful! Amazing ladies The room I was staying was kinda old. From a perspective of a western world citizen (especially those traveling for the first time to Asia) could be an unpleasant surprise.

De plus la fenêtre donnait sur le couloir et la chambre était pas du tout insonorisée. Pour un petit budget et un court séjour ça va.
