• Rafael (4/5): Todo bien hasta que surgio el problema de la gotera. A partir de ahi un desastre. - No hay desayuno. La ubicacion no esta mal. Tuvimos un problema que nos hizo perder una mañana entera. Hubo una gotera y el dueño del apartamento tardo 5 horas en venir a verla. Al llegar nos dijo que no podia hacer nada y que esperasemos a que llegase el tecnico del seguro. Nos negamos a perder mas tiempo y nos fuimos sin esperar al tecnico. Si vengo a Madrid de visita 4 dias no estoy dispuesto a perder un dia entero por un problema que yo no he causado. Esperamos por parte de booking o del apartamento una compensacion por ese tiempo perdido.

• Sobkowski (9/5): Very nice apartment - Very good location. Two metro stations close to the apartment. Good neighbourhood. A few supermarkets around. Warm and cosy apartment. It was big enough for two adults and two children. Very big sofa bed. There was a washing machine but there was no washing liquid or powder. The dishwasher wasn't working. There was only one bin bag available so we had to use a shopping bag for rubbish

• Diana (5/5): Buen apartamento que necesita cuidados para mejorar - El apartamento esta en un lugar muy tranquilo y alejado de turismo. Pero a la vez muy cerca de restaurantes, bares y farmacias locales. El metro está a 10 mins caminando y es justo la línea que te lleva a Sol. Me gustó mucho la cercanía a matadero y a el parque Madrid rio. El lugar es espacioso, tiene closets muy grandes por lo que puedes guardar maletas y todas tus cosas sin problemas. El baño/ ducha también están muy bien. El apartamento se siente descuidado. Creo que con un poco de atención al detalle podrían mejorar muchisimo la experiencia y estadía de la gente. Una de las razones por las que elegimos el apartamento era por la cantidad de ventanas para que entrara luz. Lamentablemente el apartamento está localizado a pie de calle donde pasa mucha gente, y tuvimos que dejar las cortinas enrollables bajadas todo el tiempo. Estos son algunos de los puntos que sugiero podrían mejorar: - creo que deberían de adaptarse al tiempo de estadía de los huéspedes. Nosotros estuvimos 2 semanas y solo nos dejaron 1 rollo de papel, un frasco de jabón de manos semi vacío, y 1 juego de sábanas y toallas. Pedimos al staff si me podían proporcionar un juego extra, ya que obviamente queríamos lavar toallas y sábanas durante ese tiempo y me dijeron que lamentablemente no era posible. - el piso no estaba limpio al entrar. Las esquinas tienen polvo, el compartimento donde están los artículos de limpieza estaba mojado y con musgo, hay una pared con moho en la sala, etc. - se necesita un felpudo en la entrada para evitar entrar al piso con tierra, agua, incluso lodo, con esta época de lluvias. - los artículos de cocina en general están en muy mal estado. Hay cucharas rotas, y de diferentes juegos de utensilios, y otros estaban sucios. Las ollas están en pésimo estado, con el teflon ya destruido y cochambre. - cuando llegamos al apartamento a las 10 de la noche, el calentador de agua no funcionaba por lo que no pudimos encender la calefacción. Fue un momento muy frustrante ya que estábamos a 0 grados. Nos pusimos en contacto con el equipo de Clabao y si nos escucharon a nuestro problema, pero no nos dieron respuesta de cómo resolverlo. Tuvimos que buscar en Youtube cómo arreglarlo.
• Sabrina (7/5): Todo bien excepto la ducha - El apartamento está muy bien equipado, es tranquilo, todo muy limpio y con buena ubicación. También nos gustó el poder descansar y disfrutar del ambiente de la piscina. Queríamos agradecer a Booking por la compensación por el problema de la ducha. Fue imposible ducharnos durante toda la estancia ya que no se podía regular la temperatura del agua que salía o ardiendo o helada. Esto fue aún más problemático por el calor que hacía.
• Sonja (5/5): Disappointing that on arrival we did not have access to pool or outside patio, despite advertised. - The apartment was nicely spaced and convenient for travelling a family of four. Air conditioned worked, which was a plus as Madrid was very hot that weekend. The booking said that there was a pool and access to an outside patio. When we arrived we found out that the pool was closed off for the season and that we had no key to the patio, so we could not use the outside area as the door was locked. We were not told in advance and upon contacting the hotel, we were just told sorry - that is a decision by the community building... I don't doubt that this was the case, but we were not informed prior of this risk and we it was very disappointing, as Madrid was very hot that weekend and we had chosen the apartment because of these options! In addition, we only had towels for 2 travelers, meaning that our kids of 9 and 12 years old had to use the very small hair/hand towels and didnt have proper size towels to use after showering... We did give this feedback to the host during the weekend, but were not offered any compensation or anything... So, while we actually liked the apartment itself we would not trust the description of what you get and we would therefore not book again or recommend. You sold us something that you didnt deliver.
• Lucía (4/5): - Las humedades. Las grietas de las paredes. La baldosa del suelo sobresaliendo. Las telas de araña en los techos. No poder poner la calefacción cuando yo quisiese, estando a -2 grados. La gotera del baño. Las manillas de los armarios totalmente sueltas. El radiador descolgado.

• Lorena (8/5): Bien - Estética, colchón cómodo, comunicación con la agencia muy fácil, mobiliario moderno y nuevo Había tope de 23,5 grados en la calefacción, se podría subir un poco más ya que es un bajo y había una humedad en una pared

• Iker (9/5): Un encanto de apartamento - Limpio , moderno y muy acogedor. Un lugar perfecto para descansar, me encantó la domótica que tienen instalada y que sea planta baja. No puedo decir nada malo del apartamento, por poner un pero que es difícil aparcar gratuitamente por la zona.
• Iker (10/5): Un piso limpio y perfecto para 4 personas - El piso estaba impecablemente limpio y muy bien cuidado. Resultó muy cómodo y espacioso para nuestro grupo de 4 amigos, ideal para disfrutar la estancia juntos. ¡Lo recomendamos sin duda! Todo estuvo bien, no hubo nada que realmente no nos gustara.
• NICCOLO' (7/5): Appartamento Smart zona vicino al centro - La casa è comoda a piano terra senza scale o ascensore. La posizione buona in poco tempo si raggiunge il centro. La fermata della metropolitana a 5 minuti a piedi La proprietà non ci ha fornito la culla per il bebè che avevamo concordato che ci fosse. Quando siamo arrivati pur avendo prenotato per 4 c’era solo un letto fatto quello matrimoniale. Il divano letto abbiamo dovuto comporlo noi e le lenzuola erano sporche. Dopo 2 giorni è diversi solleciti ci hanno portato delle lenzuola pulite per il divano letto

• Bruno (8/5): - Apartamento localizado perto a um parque...super tranquilo e perfeito para descobrir Madrid.
• Millie (7/5): Iskold pool - Beliggenhed. Tæt på gode spisesteder og supermarkeder. Køkkenet er fint udstyret, god skabsplads. Personale svarer hurtigt. God plads til tøj. Vaskemaskine. Møbler mv.. er generelt pænt og rent. Vi lejede stedet pga. poolen, men vandet var iskold. Vi prøvede flere forskellige tidspunkter, men det var det samme. Vi opgav derfor at bruge den. Der er en løs flise i soveværelset, rengøringen glemte udstyr på badeværelset, ikke noget sæbe/shampoo i bruser, kun 3 ruller toiletpapir til 3 mennesker i 9 dage (vi måtte selv købe mere), meget lydt, når der er gæster på 1. sal (de vækkede os når de kom hjem klokken 3 om natten, ingen dør mellem de 2 værelser, hvilket er besværligt når man har forskellige sengetider. Ikke noget vaskepulver til vaskemaskine. Aircondition i soveværelset virkede ikke, og det var ikke muligt at låse dør til terrasse, hvilket er upraktisk, da døren kan åbnes udefra. Vi kontaktede ikke personalet, da vi ikke ville bruge vores ferie på at vente på udbedring af aircon.

• Denys (9/5): Superb - Apartment is very practical with a fully equipped kitchen. The neighbourhood is very nice with lots of transportation options available around. The bed is comfortable, the place is spacious and well-lit. I travel a lot and it's one of my favourites. Unfortunately the pool was closed and there was no indication - I was really looking forward to enjoying it.
• Aleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - Spent 2 wonderful weeks in the apartment. Everything was great! The location is perfect - calm and not crowded street, close to a metro station of a circle line 6. All the basic stores and pharmacies are also very close to the location. Everything was clean and working properly. Highly recommend!

• Gabriel (6/5): Modern apartment poorly supplied - Modern apartment with small working desk space. No bathroom soap or toilet paper. Had to buy our own. Heater in bedroom remote wasnt working. Slow response from staff.
