Хол , фае как можно еще назвать не знаю, но его нет , есть не большое кафе внутри. И терраса имеется маленькая. Нет лифта, лестница крутая В номере нет тапочек. Были 3 суток за все 3 суток так и не принесли тапочки хотя обещали в первый день.

- Manu aus LE (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Die Lage ist hervorragend um Erkundungen in Istanbul zu starten. Die Seitenstraße in dem das Hotel liegt ist Nachts schön ruhig. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem und schön groß. Die Klima auch schön leise und mordern. Guter Samsung Fernseher mit Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc. vorhanden. Frühstück war wunderbar, hin und wieder etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre evtl. nicht verkehrt. Die Steckdosen waren teilweise locker und die Dichtungen der Handbrause in der Dusche hatte auch ein Leck jedoch die Regendusche funktionierte tadellos. Abweichungen beim Frühstück kosten extra.

- Meland (7/5): Old /renewed building with no elevator - The comfortable bed. I booked 2 rooms for my family of 4. When we arrived at 10 pm they gave us a messy and dirty room. This was unacceptable. After that they gave us the rooms in different floors and my daughters were afraid to be alone in an other floor. There is no elevator in this building, so for me with a broken leg it was really difficult to go up and down through the stairs. Very small bathroom. Poor breakfast, same every day. Not a real Turkish.

The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect: in the middle of the shops, restaurants and cafe's but still so silent that we could sleep with the window open. Bathroom was quite small. You're steps away from all the buzz, bars, cafes, restaurants, but the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are massive, modern, and super comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, and Onur’s hospitality was next level. I planned to stay 2 nights and ended up staying 5. That says it all. Don’t think twice just book it absolutely nothing I didn't like. every this was just perfect

Even, there is coffee machine (famous brand) with capsules. Always replenishing water tea coffee. Comfortable bed. Very fast wifi connection. But the most you will like will be I bet the breakfast. That street is full of breakfast places and ground floor of hotel is serving as breakfast cafe too. So they are serving free breakfast from there. Everything is tasty high quality. They said they are supplying goods for breakfast from Anatolian villages and mostly organic and I believe it's true with such tastes. Also I guess such breakfast is 1/3 of room price if you eat out. As a final word about breakfast; special thanks to Ms. Yaren who served us everyday with a great smile and behaved like our good real friend:) Very sympathetic person. Now. Small warning for ppl who has problems with stairs in terms of health/age issues. Such hotels are renovation of old-city of Istanbul buildings. Maximum 2 3 floors without elevator and may not be for you. Also for ppl who likes to enjoy very big hotel bathrooms; with the same reason of old-city issue such hotels are not for you too. I have to say shower head was like magic stick and you feel like having massage:)) Anyway that's all enjoy your stay.

They even prepared breakfast for us while we waited, which was a lovely gesture. We were exhausted from our journey, and to our great appreciation, they arranged a room for us in a short time. The hotel staff was always there for us, even let us use a laptop on a short (it was actually immediate) notice, helpful with keys, with a later breakfast... The rooms were new, latest technology, great bathroom. everything neat and super clean. The location is also perfect, in the center of Besiktas but quite at night. Nothing, absolutely perfect.
- Airat (10/5): Nice and cozy place in the center of Beşiktaş. - It was a great one-week stay during our third visit to Istanbul. Since we were traveling with a little kid this time, we stayed in the Superior Family Room, the only one there. The place is a small hotel with just 5 or 6 suites. The baby needed to have a nap during the day, so we were looking for a more cozy and quiet place in this part of the city than typical bigger hotels with a lot of noise. And it was just perfect in comparison with the places we stayed at before in this regard. No noises from the corridor or street will bother your sleep. Everything was great. The breakfast is amazing. Rooms are cleaned every day. And the guys owning the place are always ready to help. ...and even a Playstation 5 in the room, which was quite surprising. Shame Istanbul is getting more and more expensive each year. Ready to go back there again and again. The only thing to mention is that it would be great to have a bigger bathroom, though it's not something that can be changed.
- Michaeldoncorleone (9/5): Excellent stay in a very central location of Besiktas - It was a wonderful stay at a prime location of Besiktas Breakfast Street. The room, bathroom were clean and they have changed the towels every day without me even asking for it. Also, one important thing for me was that they have a very comfortable and queen sized bed. I was actually quite hesitant to book the hotel since it is a new property but I'm happy I took the risk and in my next visit, most probably I'll stay here again. The property does not have an elevator and I think it'd be only downside to mention however, thankfully the staff takes care of all the luggages. One more thing to mention, I'd recommend them to add do not disturb papers or a system to notify cleaning ladies to know that the room is occupied. They tried to enter twice for cleaning because they thought there was no one in the room but I realised and kindly asked them to clean it another time.
