• Daria (10/5): - This apartment is simply amazing! I stayed here with my mom and grandparents and our whole family is absolutely thrilled. The place looks way better in real life than in the photos! It is super clean, cozy and very warm. Elisa is just awesome! She constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. And when she found out I was flying in for m birthday, she arranged such a wonderful surprise for me! She prepared snacks, drinks, lovely gifts and a beautiful card. I was in shock and so touched. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and hospitality. We highly recommend this place!

The terrace was a real highlight: peaceful, and perfect for relaxing, having breakfast, or for sunbathing What impressed us most was Elisa’s generosity, she even offered to let us stay a few extra days free of charge due to the bad weather. Unfortunately, we had to return home because of work commitments, but we truly appreciated the gesture. Overall, this was a flawless experience, and we would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens. We would love to return in the future

The apartment is beautifully equipped with great attention to every detail — you can really feel the care that has gone into making guests comfortable. A special thank you to the wonderful host, Elisa, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you might need, and the fantastic terrace was one of our favorite spots to relax. The location is also amazing — just a 5-minute walk from the sea, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beach and the surrounding area. Odpisywała bardzo szybko, doradzała. Super. Polecam. My byliśmy zwiedzać więc te miejsce super ale na opalanie z dziećmi również. Apartament jak na zdjęciach Nie ma takiej rzeczy
• Alina Ioana (10/5): Great stay! - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a lot having breakfast or evening drinks on the large terrace. It is also close to the beach, grocery store and the tram which connects you easily with the city center. Elisa is a wonderful host. She shared with us very useful information, great restaurant tips and even left books and toys for my 6 year old. She made our stay truly memorable.
• Christian (10/5): Wunderschöne und gleichzeitig funktionäre Wohnung mit traumhafter Dachterrasse. - Die Dachterasse war ein Traum, riesig und sehr schön gestaltet - perfekt zum Frühstücken. Die Wohnung selber eine sehr gelungene Kombination aus Holzmöbeln und modernem Design. Wir sind nur 5 Minuten zu einem öffentlichen Strand gelaufen. Die Vermieterin ist mega nett und super hilfsbereit. Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafes sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür und ein Café ist auch direkt gegenüber.Außerdem hat man wirklich alles Nötige da: Zahnpasta und Bürste, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffekapseln, griechische Spezialitäten, Wasser, Mikrowelle und Backofen..... Absolut gar nichts!
• Madelon (10/5): Wonderful stay, well looked-after, would recommend! - We had such a wonderful stay. The apartment is so spacious and the rooftop terrace is amazing, we spent a lot of time up there having breakfast, drinking a glass of wine or reading a book. Elisa and her family really did think of everything - in fact I tried to think of what else they can add but couldn’t think of anything! So nice to not have to bring or buy basics such as olive oil, beach towels, basic toiletries and to have a kitchen that’s fully equipped with knifes that actually cut and good quality pans that are clean. We really appreciated the welcome package as our flight was quite delayed and we arrived late and tired. Elisa was always ready to answer any questions via WhatsApp. The location is great if you’re looking for a combination of a city and beach trip - the tram stops really close-by. We’d start with a relaxed morning enjoying the terrace or going for a run or walk down the beachfront and go into town for the afternoon and evening. Also highly recommend the airport transfer GoCabTransfers with Paul. Very friendly, punctual and overall a pleasant experience. All in all, would recommend!

The balcony is amazing, decorated with plants, and was ideal for the cozy evening coffee gathering after the beach. The host provided absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay: cutlery, cups, an iron, a coffee machine, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, towels, and much more. We were truly impressed with the attention to detail and preparation. The host, Elisa, is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. She always stayed in touch, ready to answer any questions, and her tips and recommendations helped us a lot in planning our vacation. The beaches are within walking distance, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. Shops are nearby, and the neighborhood is lovely. The host, Elisa, takes exceptional care of her guests, ensuring every detail is perfect. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a truly relaxing stay. The highlight, without a doubt, is the massive terrace, bathed in sunshine and offering a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend! The location of Beach Rooftop Athens Riviera is perfect, with everything you could need nearby. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and all essentials are just steps away. The tram stop is very close, and the nearest beach is only a 5-minute walk, all on flat ground. Couldn’t ask for more convenience! A major advantage is that the area around Beach Rooftop Athens Riviera is fully developed, so there’s no unexpected noise or dust from construction. Being on the top floor ensures a peaceful stay, and with no major roads nearby, it’s incredibly quiet and serene. Perfect for relaxation! The only slight downside is the church bell near the windows that rings at 8 a.m. However, it’s a great excuse to head to the beach early and enjoy the tranquility there too! :-)

• Nemanja (10/5): Best Stay We've Ever Had - By far the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. It's incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and features a stunning wraparound terrace that gives you the entire floor to yourself. The location is fantastic – everything you need is right nearby: supermarkets, cafés, a bakery, and more. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, along with tram and bus stations that connect easily to both the center of Athens and the beautiful beaches of Glyfada. The neighborhood is full of greenery, with plenty of playgrounds for children. Elisa also recommended a lovely nearby park with restaurants that have play areas and plenty of shade – perfect for spending time outdoors with a toddler during the day. Elisa is a great host – warm, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. She helped us arrange a reliable airport transfer, made sure we had a crib ready for our toddler, and even welcomed us with a huge selection of toys for both the apartment and the beach. The place was fully stocked with food, drinks, fresh fruit, and all the essentials for a truly relaxing and easy stay. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy. We’ll definitely be coming back – absolutely deserves an 11/10!!! Sending a special greeting to Elisa and her husband! 😊

I would especially like to highlight the incredible balcony – it’s spacious yet cozy. On the terrace, you feel as if you’re in a second apartment. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything you could want is provided. Very close to the Trams. The beach, local supermarket and bakery are right round the corner. They couldn't have been more helpful. Brilliant location, close to lovely beaches and easy to get into Athens. The local area also has a lot going in and again everything you need. One of the best holiday apartments I've stayed in. Nothing.

• Cynthia (10/5): A coastal gem in Athens! - We booked this place a week ahead of our stay and were so pleasantly surprised. The host Elisa was very welcoming and helpful. She went out of her way to check on us daily, recommend places suitable for kids, sent useful recos, etc... The place is charming and comfortable. Our kids felt right at home. Location is also very nice with an easy 3min walk to the closest tram station that connects you to downtown and also the coast. The beach is just a 5min walk away. The terrasse must be the best part of this apartment! Highly recommend it
