- Dalia (1/5): غير راضية👎🏻 - انا دائما اسكن في هذا المكان وبجميع فروعه وكنت انبسط من النظافة والهدوء والخدمة كل شي اتغييير اول شي السرير كان مكسور وغيرولي الغرفة بس برضو ليش تدخلوني في غرفة سريرها مكسور ثاني شي الخدمة سيئة اذا طلبتهم اي شي حتى لو مويا 3 ساعات ويكرهوني في الدقيقة اللي طلبت فيها + الازعاج مافي اي عوازل تسمع كل شي حتى لما ينفتح باب الغرفة اللي جنبك .. السرير واضح اللحاف قديم جدا .. ع العموم للاسف لانه اخذ سمعه حلوة خلاص ماصار زي قبل .. ماانصح👎🏻

- Valentina (5/5): - I arrived at 7 pm and told them at least 12 hours before my arrival time to make sure everything is ok. When I arrived my studio was not ready. They sent me to another location with no information in an uber, nobody was awaiting for me and had to wait around 20 min outside on the street. They arrange another place was a room. I agreed to stay one night because was already late. But cancel the stay after.

- Niveen (8/5): I would recommend and book again , if i want to stay close to zamalek and i want to stay for longer periods - If you like zamalek, this is an ideal location. Perfect for working on line. Spacious room, and very clean.

- Gustavo Camilo (8/5): Location El Cairo 5 stars - La habitacion queda en un lugar muy bien ubicado en el cairo, cerca van a encontrar muchos restaurantes y el puente que conecta con el downtown del cairo, la habitacion es muy limpia, cuenta con aire acondicionado, el baño es muy limpio. Las personas que le abren a uno la puerta suelen tardar un tiempo en abrir es lo unico malo

- Iulia (8/5): Great potential to be a 10/10 - Beautiful restored buildings with balconies and garden on a charming and quiet street in Zamalek. Very responsive staff. Great value for money. Cleanliness is a 7/10 Rooms and bathrooms need a deep clean. Stains on walls, doors, curtains, floors. Replace linted bedsheets that scratch the skin. Staff in the office are loud at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

There was no customer service or services such as shampoo and drinking water, and many supplies were missing. Also, the employees did not provide clear directions for entering and exiting the room or for getting keys.
- Mohammad (9/5): Superb - The location is central to all attractions in Cairo. Easy to access by Subway (Green Line 3) which is a new renovated line. The staff is very friendly. Very quiet which is a major plus in Busy Cairo. I would stay there again in the future. There is no name of the apartment complex in the outside so you need to text them to meet you and guide to the apartment.

- Ahmed (1/5): Not a pleasant or friendly experience - The location When I first arrived the staff were extremely unprofessional, there were no dedicated person to hand me the room key, etc. I met one of the cleaning staff who tried to contact the receptionist (somewhere) to come and meet me. Her reply was (oh no let him go there) didn’t even get to meet the person or have the friendly introduction to the space. The room wasn’t ready upon my arrival, my room was placed next to the back of house area with loud nonstop conversations. I have asked the team to kindly lower the noise so I can sleep or kindly switch my room but nothing happened. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

- Vivienne (10/5): Our sanctuary in Zamalek - Brassbell was our sanctuary on arrival to a very large and busy Cairo. Zamalek is a wonderful location to stay. We always felt safe when out and about, plenty of good meal options, and it is very quiet. We slept very well. The streets around Brassbell have trees, which are lovely, when you are in the city. It is a central location for travelling to the special places in and around Cairo you can visit, such as Giza, GEM, and old Cairo. The apartment was perfect, everything we needed was there, and it was very comfortable. The apartment has plenty of space and a great shower in a roomy bathroom. It has a small kitchen and it is great to have a fridge to keep food and water cold. Air-conditioning was excellent, too. The staff were very responsive to a couple of things that needed fixing during our stay. We appreciated this very much. The apartment was very clean, and we had housekeeping come in (for no extra charge) during our stay to freshen it up again. We stayed 5 nights and would highly recommend Brassbell Zamalek as a place to stay in Cairo. It would be useful if the apartments had a street number and name on the street frontage. Some of our tour drivers and Uber drivers weren't sure if they were in the correct place. Another chair (so two chairs) in the apartment would be good.

- Marco (10/5): Cozy Stay in Quiet Zamalek - I stayed for 3 nights in this cozy apartment in Zamalek and absolutely loved it. The area is one of the best in Cairo—safe, quiet, and peaceful, with no traffic or city noise. You can genuinely sleep like a baby here. The apartment itself was comfortable and inviting, a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly attentive and ready to help with any request. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm and pleasant stay in Cairo. The bathroom was quite small and had no windows, so after two showers, it started to smell a bit musty. Also, there was no shower curtain, which made the whole bathroom floor wet every time.
