• Marion (9/5): Zum Wohlfühlen - Sehr geräumige, schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung, in der man sich wie zuhause fühlen kann. Die Küche verfügt über Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und ist auch sonst wirklich tiptop ausgestattet. Es mangelt weder an Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen, noch an Küchenwerkzeug, Gewürzen, Müllsäcken, Spülmaschinentabs und dergleichen. Selbst Essig, Öl, Zucker, Kaffeekapseln und Kaffeesahne sind vorhanden. Generell ist die Ausstattung wirklich durchdacht und lässt (fast) keine Wünsche offen. Passend zur Waschmaschine im Bad stehen auch Waschmittelpods, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett bereit. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Unterhalb der Wohnung ist eine sehr gute Pizzeria, direkt gegenüber eine tolle Bäckerei, die auch sonntags geöffnet hat. Die Wohnung bzw der dazugehörige Parkplatz war anfangs schwer zu finden, weil an der Straße nichts angeschrieben ist und auch den Anrainern (direkten Nachbarn) sagte der Name "Yuva Homes" nichts. Ein Kleiderschrank oder zumindest ein zusätzliches Regal, Kommode oÄ. wäre noch schön, damit man im Wohn-/Schlafraum mehr Platz hat, um die persönlichen Sachen zu verstauen. Es gibt leider auch kein Gefrierfach und keine Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig (hält sich aber in Grenzen) und wir hatten leider das Pech, dass in der Wohnung nebenan hier und da gehämmert und gebohrt wurde.
• Dov Gazit (8/5): The apartment itself is nice and well-equipped, but there is NO air conditioning in reality! - The apartment itself is spacious, pleasant, and clean, leaving a positive first impression. The kitchen is generously equipped and truly impressive - we found coffee capsules, spices, oil, and various electrical appliances that made our stay much easier. The bathroom is large and comfortable, with quality soap and towels, and the washing machine includes detergent capsules - an excellent touch for longer stays. The main issue is that the apartment is advertised with air conditioning, but there is NO air conditioning in reality! This is very misleading. During the hot days we stayed (30-35°C/86-95°F), the apartment was extremely hot and the existing fan didn't help at all. This significantly impacted our comfort during the stay. Additionally, we encountered technical problems: several electrical outlets in the kitchen are not working properly, and the bathroom light is flickering and needs replacement. We reported all issues to the property managers.
