Olajumoke (10/5): Amazing experience. - the accommodation exceeded expectation. For the affordable price, i wasn't sure what to expect. But everything was great. room service, lobby staff were so helpful. Even when i asked for rice at breakfast, the Chef 047 made sure there was rice on the menu the next morning. The location is also very central in Guangzhou and short taxi distance from most of our tour spots. Overall Experience was great Nothing.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer, großes und gutes Frühstück. Ein ganz besonders großes Dankeschön an das Personal an der Rezeption! Wir hatten circa zwei Wochen vorher ein Paket mit China Post versendet, dass leider etwas verloren gegangen ist. Da wir aber kein chinesisch sprechen, haben wir das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption um Hilfe gebeten. Sie haben sich mit der China Post in Kontakt gesetzt und alles dafür getan, dass unser Paket gefunden wurde und wieder zu uns zurück gelangt ist. Sie haben mehrfach die China Post kontaktiert und alles in die Wege geleitet und uns anschließend den direkten Kontakt weitergeleitet.

Lavandería autoservicio y gimnasio a disposición de los huéspedes. El hecho de que esté dentro de un centro comercial resulta un tanto extraño, y la ubicación no es la mejor (aunque la parada de metro al lado compensa bastante).

The hotel is connected to the shopping center that’s on a whole big 4 square block. So the Didi maybe confused on which side to drop you off. The hotel was clean. It was confusing at first on how to get to the front desk. Take the elevator to the 6th floor. Free washing. Breakfast was good. The Internet didn’t work for my phone. That was sad. The rooms are lovely and spacious

Есть нюансы с самим номером. Санузел расположен непосредственно в прихожей. Причем туалет и дущевая в разных местах, что очень неудобно с точки зрения гигиены. К тому же отсутствует перегородка с жилой зоной, что тоже странно. Особенно, если вы путешествуете не с семьей, а с коллегами. Несколько вешалок для одежды и ни одной полки или ящика. Вещи приходиться раскладывать по всему номеру. Ощущение, что ты на вещевом рынке.

Приложение приводит к противоположной стороне ТЦ, в котором отель расположен. Прямого подъезда такси к отелю нет.

Sharmane (9/5): Enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend. - I liked the cleanliness, having access to a gym (albeit limited machines), free breakfast. The rooms were massive and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I had the best sleep every night. The train station is also a short walk away from the hotel. I don’t necessarily dislike it, but the location is a bit far from the main attractions within the city. Although like I said, the metro train station is close enough therefore the commute is easy.

При этом отсутствует дверь или перегородка между прихожей и жилой зоной, а дверь в туалет полу-прозрачная, что весьма странно. Отсутствие полотенец среднего размера для лица. Отсутствие крючков в ванной. Некуда повесить ни халаты, ни полотенца. Нет шкафов, ящиков и полок для хранения одежды и других вещей. Отсутствие сейфа!!! Отсутствие кофеварки или кофемашины в номере.

If you take the metro it is convenient to get to anywhere, but if you do ride hailing, the cabs/cars don't always find their way into the premise and you got to walk out to the main road. Taxi or DIDI could not find the location, and I have to cancel the shopping plans due to non-availability of local transport. There is no staff to take my baggage in the room. I had to take it to level 6 of shopping center ( reception) and then to level 11 in my room. It is not at all good.

Yelena (8/5): - Большие комнаты, расположение отличное Завтраки невкусные, мне и ребенку 10 лет не понравилось. Наш номер находился на 11 этаже, и запахи от курения возле лифта попадали в номер, была плохая вентиляция.

Michael Wimmer (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung zu einem guten Preis. - Ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück nach chinesischem Maß eher eine 3 - ich fands gut. in den normalen Zimmern ist der WC-Bereich so klein, daß man für verschiedene Tätigkeiten, die Tür öffnen musste. Bei den größeren Zimmern ist das nicht der Fall

Leopold (10/5): Great surprise - Such a great surprise. First of all they surprise us by upgrading our rooms just to be next to each other. The staff always kind an helpful. The rooms wow. The hotel is in a mall full of shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast, with various choices. Very close to the metro station. The best hotel for these money I stayed in. I have nothing to dislike.

elisa (9/5): Great location and comfortable rooms. - Rooms are really big and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. Location is great with lots of good restaurants nearby and close to metro station. The gym lacks more equipment, there are just some weights, 2 treadmills and a bike. Also, the pictures showed seams that there are a gaming room within the hotel, jo, this is just nearby and there is a extra fee to use those.
