Жили в семейном номере, т.е. между двумя номерами была дверь проходящий. Нам было очень удобно. Кровати удобные👍🏼. На следующий день у двоих было день рождения. У меня и моей подруги, нас не поздравили, никаких комплиментов ни внимание. В столовой выбора нет еды, ни каши утром. Очень скудный завтрак. Мужчина кажется управляющий, нам показалось , как будто следил кто сколько берет и ест, убирались со стола , даже когда еще сидели. В номере унитаз убирались плохо, темный осадок внутри, было не приятно ходить по нужде. Не было банных мелких принадлежностей, но салфеток обычных. Воду давали только по спросу. В следующий раз не вернемся.

El plato de ducha estaba roto e inundaba el resto del baño e incluso la habitación. Pedimos cambio de habitación y en la otra habitación tenían el mismo problema. Lo mas lamentable es que es un fallo conocido y a pesar de ello nos entregaron las habitaciones en ese estado.

• Anisoara (9/5): - First of all, the communication and support provided by the hotel staff were exceptional, 10 points for all of them ;). I would especially like to thank Mr. Eser Ayozan, who helped us resolve an issue that arose during the booking process on Booking.com. This was not our first stay here, and we will certainly return in the future. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which made our stay even more pleasant. We stayed in a room with a balcony, which was spacious enough for two people and maintained with impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast might not be as varied as in previous years, but it was still tasty, well-organized, and more than enough to start the day right.

Din pacate noaptea se aud toate sunetele posibile din baia vecinilor inclusiv scurgerea de la toaletele de la etajele superioare. Recomand dopuri de urechi.

Efectiv stau printre vasele de unde se procura mâncarea și își fac de treaba (de exemplu una din angajate rupea o salata în bucătele cu mainile și o aruncau într-un bol din care trebuia sa ne servim) ca ți-e și rușine sa mai iei ceva.

Попросила работника рецепции вызвать такси в аэропорт и специально уточнила чтоб я платила по таксиметру. Он вызвал такси , про оплату соврал нагло, я переспросила еще раз когда садиламь в такси что оплата по таксиметру, он ответил не волнуйтесь. Когда приехала в аэропорт таксист заявил что плата с отеля фиксированная. Используйте UBER

It is a friendly neighbourhood and it is close to Sultanahmet. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Mert at the reception was very nice and he took care of everything and was always in a good mood. Also Marianne was very helpful on the phone and whatsapp. Everything was great.

• Aigul (9/5): - Расположение отличное! в шаговой доступности как к центральной площади Султанахмет, нде располодены мечети Султанахмет (Голубая мечеть), мечеть Айя София и дворец Топкапы . Пешим ходом 20-25 минут. По пути можно зайти на Гранд Базар. А также в шаговой доступности район Лалели (для шопоголиков). Завтраки хорошие, все что нужно и ничего лишнего. Вежливый персонал. Уборка каждый день. Удобная кровать и свежее постельное белье. Очень удобно, что в тихом месте расположен, чуть дальше от района Лалели и нет базарной суеты. Убрала 1 балл, так как небольшие проблемы с сантехникой, но персонал очень внимательный и по приходу в номер после экскурсии или шопинга всегда устраняли по умолчанию.

• Christian (7/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, zu empfehlen für einen Kurztrip nach IST. - Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das touristische Zentrum HagaSofia etc. sind zu Fuß in ca 30 min zu erreichen. Mit der Straßenbahn (5 Min Fußweg entfernt) ca. 15 min. Frühstück war orientalisch gehalten es gab aber alles was für ein ordentliches Frühstück erforderlich ist. Preis/Leistung absolut ok. Schade war, das die Lobby keinen Tresen o.ä. als Empfang verwendet sondern einen alten Holzschreibtisch. Dies war im ersten Moment verstörend, war aber wirklich das einzige was man "monieren" könnte. Für Europäer ungewohnt.

• randa (1/5): מקום האירוח לא היה קשוב לצרכים שלנו למשל אנחנו 3 זוגות נתנו לנו חדר של משפחה עם דלת באמצע ועוד חדר נפרד צמוד למרות שביקש - לא אהבנו שום דבר במקום האירוח החדרים קטנים מאוד אין מקום לשים שטיח תפילה ולהתפלל המיטה גרועה בלויה ישנה כל תזוזה על המיטה משמיעה קולות של כל הברגים במיטה מלבד פקידת הקבלה מלק שהיתה מוכנה לעזור וכל הזמן עם חיוך שאר הצוות גרועים כל מה שדיברו בחדר הסמוך שמענו ברור , אין פרטיות

• Chames (10/5): Exceptionnel ! - Un séjour absolument exceptionnel à l’hôtel Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Grand Bazaar . Toute l’équipe est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables : toujours souriante, attentionnée et très serviable. De nombreux gestes commerciaux ont été faits, ce qui montre à quel point l’hôtel prend réellement soin de sa clientèle. Nous voyagions avec des enfants et arrivions très tôt le matin. Malgré cela, ils ont tout fait pour nous faciliter le séjour et nous ont permis d’accéder à notre chambre bien avant l’heure officielle de 14h, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement excellent, vraiment top à tous les niveaux. Un immense merci à Atakan, Ali, Aynour, Melike, Mariama et Eseer pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur bienveillance. Grâce à eux et à toute l’équipe, notre séjour a été parfait. Nous recommandons l’hôtel Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Grand Bazaar les yeux fermés et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
