El propietario además tampoco contesta. - I don't usually post negative reviews about accommodations, but in this case I'll make an exception. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. After arranging to meet the owner at a certain time for check-in, shortly before he sent me a video showing where the keys were (in a box) to pick them up, with no further explanation. No problem, even though it was a huge set of keys, with no indication of which one was the right one, and it took us a while to get in. He also didn't tell us how to access the parking lot, Wi-Fi, etc. After a while, he vaguely pointed out a parking space, which was also occupied... I called him again, sent him messages, but he didn't respond. It is also not possible through Booking.The house was partially uncleaned, with greasy cutlery and dishes stored away, the bed half made... anyway. We had to wash everything and make do without a parking space or Wi-Fi. After seven days (seven days!), he replied, simply asking if I needed anything, ignoring my messages. And finally, he gave me the number of the parking space (which was now empty) and the Wi-Fi password. The parking space must have been empty for several days. I don't understand this negligence in responding. Booking didn't pay much attention to my complaint either. The fact is that we were unable to use the services we had paid for (parking, Wi-Fi, cleaning, etc.) for most of our stay, when there was apparently no reason for this, other than that this gentleman didn't feel like responding... It was all very unfortunate. No suelo poner reseñas negativas sobre un alojamiento, pero en este caso haré una excepción. No me había ocurrido nunca lo que me ha pasado aquí. Después de quedar con el propietario a una hora para el check in, un poco antes me manda un video de donde están las llaves (un cajetín), para recogerlas, sin más explicación. Ningún problema, a pesar de que era un juego de llaves enorme, sin ninguna indicación de cual era la correcta, y nos costó un rato acceder. Tampoco nos indicaba como se accedía al parking, ni wifi, etc.. Tras un rato me indica, vagamente, una plaza de garaje, que además está ocupada... le vuelvo a llamar, le pongo mensajes, pero ya no me responde. A través de Booking tampoco es posible. La casa está parcialmente sin limpiar, cubertería y platos llenos de grasa guardados, cama a medio hacer... en fin. Tuvimos que lavarlo todo, y apañarnos sin plaza de garaje y sin wifi. Tras 7 días (7 días!) me responde, simplemente preguntado si necesitaba algo, sin hacer caso a los mensajes. Y, por fin, me indica el número de la plaza de garaje (ya estaba vacía) como el wifi. La plaza ha debido de estar varios días vacía, no entiendo esta dejadez a la hora de contestar. Booking tampoco me ha hecho mucho caso en la reclamación. El caso es que hemos estado casi todo el tiempo sin poder usar unos servicios que hemos pagado (garaje, wifi, limpieza..) cuando aparentemente no había ningún motivo, solo que a este señor no le apetecía contestar... Muy lamentable todo.
