• Yvonne (7/5): Lovely appartment in a not so lovely block of flats - Modern apartment , very well equipped, clean, comfortable . Very comfortable bed, air conditioning with remote control . Everything you need for a self catering holiday. Owner was very considerate, quick to respond to query's. The apartment is in a block which is neglected and in need of maintenance. It is advertised as "Dream Vacation" which is somewhat deceiving as it I actually in Green Park apartments. Green Park apartments have poor reviews , there are several blocks making up the complex (non are called Dreams Vacation) the apartment is in block El CID and is poorly maintained and largely residential with a number of dogs living in the block. The apartment is directly facing the main road and is opposite an Irish pub which is extremely noisy at night and will disturb your sleep.
• Guiomar (6/5): La Habitación un 10- La comunidad un 2 - Estaba todo muy nuevo y limpio. La ubicación buena El residencial y la piscina dejan mucho que desear, está todo descuidado, destrozado y maltratado. No aprovechamos nada en el residencial estuvimos solo para dormir.

• Carl (1/5): Inside a fire risk building! be warned - Once we found the right apartment it was inside very pleasant and clean. However read below We arrived to find the apartment in what I would only describe as a health & safety hazard building! wires hanging out the ceiling, water dripping from the ceiling and just generally very untidy and dirty. The actual apartment was very clean inside but the external is a fire hazard waiting to happen
• Russ (10/5): Booked for a couple of days and stayed over a week! - Perfect for solo traveller or couple. Only thing was a washing machine would be useful if staying longer.

• Max (9/5): Superb - Located near San Miguel marina and not far from airport, that was most important to us. There is a pool inside the complex, big golf club nearby and plenty of restaurants around. A bit of noise because of the landing planes and from the Irish pub on the opposite side of the road, but it's not in the late night, so it wasn't problem.
• Galina (8/5): Very good - Nice small apartment. Very clean and comfortable. We did not meet the owner in person but they helped us a lot to find the place (the address on Booking is wrong). The walls of the house are very thin. So you will be the first to know whether your neighbors are celebrating something, or moving the furniture, or watching TV.
• Benjamin (8/5): a comfortable clean place in a lound neighborhood. still good value for the price - the appartment is very modern, clean and with airconditioning and heating. you have a little balcony. all in all you could not ask for more about the appartment itself. the area is somewhat loud. there is a loud bar accross the street where the guests can also look inside the place if you dont shut down the blinds. sometimes there are loud parties in the place itself but that seems to happen just once a week and is totally fine. its also somewhat far to walk to anywhere. and you can hear the planes landing
