• Michelle (9/5): Nice wee break in Caloundra - Location was perfect, the apartment is tastefully furnished with all the bits and pieces you’ll need for a relaxing break. Beds and pillows were nice , good quality towels, when we had a query the host responded quickly. Lovely run just over the road along the waterfront. Great spot for r&r My hubby and I like to watch movies and the two seater couch dipped in the middle with 2 people on it and I got a back ache. Okay for 1
• Amelia (10/5): One of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed at. Will definitely be staying again. - The layout and style of the property was exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment was so comfortable but also so spacious. Every little need was thought out and executed beautifully from kitchen to bedding items and stuff for children to a lots of extra blankets, pillows and a lux fridge. Location and view unbeatable and instructions to support stay super easy to follow.

I also loved the quiet location that is close to the main beach, the amazing view, and the cleanliness of the apartment. Nothing!

The unit was beautifully styled making it feel like home and had every convenience/ appliance I needed - including games and puzzles. The puzzle beat me... who makes circular puzzles?

• Sharon (9/5): Comfortable Apartment close to Beaches & Restaurants - Very comfortable & spacious apartment. Walking distance to beaches & restaurants. Not soundproof but was quiet to sleep especially in the back rooms. The binoculars were handy for whale watching. Kitchen well stocked and we made use of the washing machine. Overall a lovely stay. The windows were quite dirty which was a shame as the view is beautiful
• Laura (10/5): Beautiful unit in a great location - The unit was modern and more beautifully appointed than most hotel rooms, and included a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The kitchen included a fridge, oven, dishwasher and multiple appliances including toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, sandwich press, etc. We didn't have to ask for anything during our 10 day stay because the unit was so well stocked with toiletries and consumables. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and had ceiling fans and A/C. There was plenty of wardrobe space to unpack clothes. The building was secure and very quiet throughout our stay. There are fantastic views of the water from the balcony and living areas. We loved having breakfast on the balcony every day watching the water and spotting whales. Great location just 10 minutes walk from Kings Beach, 15 minutes walk to Shelly Beach, 30 minutes walk to Caloundra. The coastal walk is lovely and the local beaches are fantastic.

• Michelle (10/5): beautiful stay, great time, - Everything - the decor was spectacular, position beautiful, clean, easy check in check out. They were kind enough to extend the checkout time for us due to a family medical situation. I can't wait to go back there again I am scraping the bottom of the barrel here, but maybe a little more cupboard space for our food. The cupboards are beautifully equipped with everything you need to cook, but other than the fridge not much cupboard space for shopping. It wasn't really a problem I just took the toaster out of the cupboard haha

• Carol (1/5): These are really sick individuals and I would steer clear of them. ethnic discrimiination - Location was quiet and private, oceanfront with a walk to shops and surf club. When we arrived someone in the flat had left prawn residue around the bin in the flat which required a clean and the smell was present in that area. Also while we were out on the first night someone accessed the flat and scrawled prawn juice all over the kitchen bench. Luckily I noticed before we put any of our bags in it. I reported this to the owners but they did not reply to one word of this complaint then or at any time I restated it, making me think that they must have been compliant in the joke. I will not be using Booking,com again for this reason. I hope you feel safe in these premises, I no longer do and am happy to spend my money somewhere else.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Superb - The property was spotlessly clean, the decor and furnishings were well thought out. You could spend all time on the balcony watching the sea. Short walk along the sea to the town centre so a combination of peace and quiet but with easy access to local facilities. Only tiny thought which we may have missed on the joining instructions was to specify how to open garages doors

• Susan (9/5): Loved our stay and the service and assistance provided was excellent. - A bottle of Rose was there to greet us on arrival. Apartment is in a great location with a wonderful outlook to the ocean and immediate access to a great walking path. A really comfortable apartment with a large television and well separated bedrooms. Tim Tam's delivered later with extra towels were most welcomed. Had the misfortune to hire an electric car for our stay - which fortunately we were able to charge overnight in the resident's garage. Had difficulty replacing keys in the security box at end of stay - a very minor complaint.
