• Ivana (9/5): - Krásný, čistý apartmán nedaleko centra. Bezproblémový příjezd a odjezd, jen trošku hlučnější čtvrť. Ideální pro cesty bez auta. Parkování v okolí je problém.
• Hyungjun (8/5): - The security was good and quiet. The location was good. It was nice to walk about 6 minutes to the tram and Tesco was also 6 minutes on foot. First of all, the price was reasonable. There was no other information. But you don't have to look at the information. The biggest weakness is that it teaches you how to get there an hour or two before check-in on the day of check-in, the entrance password, and how to find the house key. If you had known in advance due to internet and battery issues, you would have had less trouble, but as a traveler, the internet was unstable and there was no battery. And even though I asked for information in advance, my reply was slow and it wasn't difficult, so I said I would let you know when I was ready, which was a bit disappointing. Travelers also had to know the route and how to get in beforehand, but those parts were regrettable.

• Mary (9/5): - На сайте не указан адрес полностью и не был выслан по приезду по электронной почте. Оказалось, что указан был индекс, а мы думали это номер дома (150). Менеджер сказал, что все гости едут по неправильному адресу. Тогда зачем так делать? Укажите на сайте правильный адрес! Гости же тратят время, силы и деньги на дополнительное такси и звонки менеджеру!

But the missing equipment is the washing machine for those who stay for more days The location is very good near the old town and 15 minutes by walking to the river There is no washing machine. • Lina (7/5): Čia svečiai nelabai gerbiami - Patogi vieta, netoli senamiesčio, netoliese prekybos centrai. Nors pastatas yra šalia judrios gatvės, uždarius langą gatvės triukšmo beveik nesigirdi. Apartamentuose yra visa, kas būtina keliautojui. Keliauju dažnai ir daug, bet tokio požiūrio į klientą iki šiol dar neteko matyti. Kadangi iš Vilniaus nėra tiesioginių skrydžių arba skrydžio kaina akivaizdžiai per didelė, pasirinkau prieinamą keliavimo būdą - traukiniu iki Varšuvos, o iš ten iki Prahos autobusu. Kelionė labai išvargino, Prahoje atsidūriau 8 val. ryte. Įsiregistravimas į šiuos apartamentus tik nuo 14 val. Pateikiau užklausą savininkei, ar galima būtų įsiregistruoti viena valanda anksčiau. Gavau neigiamą atsakymą. Buvau pasiruošusi apmokėti tą papildomą valandą, bet priėmiau neigiamą atsakymą ir šiaip ne taip pratempiau iki 14:00. Šeimininkė turbūt palaikė mane visiškai nepatikima kliente, kuri pažeis draudimą, tad instrukcijas, kaip patekti į pastatą ir apartamentus atsiuntė likus 4 minutėms iki 14:00 val. Bijojo, matyt, kad neduok dieve, ateisiu valanda ar pusvalandžiu anksčiau. Bet tai, kad prie instrukcijų buvo parašyta, jog nenaudotume apartamentuose laikomų valymo priemonių, šokiravo. Čia kaip: ji galvojo, kad aš į Prahą valyti jos apartamentų atvykau, ar kad ketinu persipilti dalį priemonių ir jas parsivežti namo?! Kokios čia insinuacijos?! Gal ir turėjo svečių iš tam tikros šalies, kur tiesiog "garbės reikalas" nugvelbti ką nors iš viešbučio, bet kuo čia dėta aš, lietuvė? Mane tai labai užgavo. Beje, nežinau, ar samdo kažką, ar pati valo, bet tarp lovos ir sienos su langu voliojosi tumulas dulkių ir tamsių plaukų. Visa kita buvo gerai išvalyta. Į šiuos apartamentus niekada negrįšiu ir savo draugams nerekomenduosiu.

• Olha (10/5): Чудово! - Зручне розташування, недалеко від старого міста. Громадський транспорт поруч. Завжди доступний, без довгих очікувань ( трамвай, метро чи автобус) Все сподобалося!!!! Але було б ще краще, якщо б була праска та пральна машина.
• Natalia (9/5): Отличный апартамент! - Отличная квартира в новострое! В 5 минутах ходьбы остановка трамвая, в 10 - торговый центр. В квартире было все необходимое и даже больше! Кровать очень удобная. Кухня с микроволновкой, кофемашиной, посудомоечной машиной, посудой. Отличная шумоизоляция! Рядом трасса, но с закрытым окном полная тишина в квартире. Также был кондиционер - для лета просто маст хэв! Остались очень довольны проживанием! Персонал показался немного безразличным. Инструкции по заселению очень чёткие и понятные, но пришли только за час до заселения. Хотелось бы пораньше, как минимум за сутки, пока ещё есть стабильная связь.

Good communication We couldn't get the air con to go, was okay to leave window open during the day but too noisy at night so got a bit hot. The bed was average, could do with more pillows.
• Helena (8/5): If not the air issue I’d book it again - *the area close to Ujezd and Petrin Tower; *clean and well-designed apartment; *comfortable bed and nicely equipped, new bathroom; *lack of fresh air when the window is closed; *constant noise (also at night) from the cars of the busy street when the window is open; *could not feel the effect from the air conditioning.

• Daniel (9/5): An almost perfect place - Totally clean, modern design, new. Busy street around bed (mattress) could be a lot better.
• Simon (10/5): Clean with everything you need and in a good location - The apartment was clean and spacious. Plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. There was no curtain, just an electronic blind which was fine for me. All the usual appliances such as hob, oven, microwave, dish washer, kettle and fridge freezer. Towels, shampoo and soap provided. There’s a smart TV so you could sign into your own accounts if you wanted. WiFi is good with 245 down and 24 up on an old iPhone 13. Shower was good and the bed comfortable enough for me. It was an Ikea memory foam mattress. There are a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop within a minutes walk. 10 minutes away (straight line walk) is the Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre and all the surrounding shops and eateries including McDonalds, KFC and Burger King. I personally didn’t use the buses or trams as I was happy to walk the 40 mins to the old/new town/lesser town. Tram stop is outside the mall if needed. I found finding the apartment building easy. Clear directions given by owner on the check in day. Right next to Green Point building. Not relevant to the booking but if you’re from the UK and have a starling bank account (may apply to other UK banks too), you can use KB bank ATMs for free cash withdrawals (April 2025 anyway). I tried 2 other banks before finding this one and they wanted 100-150czk withdrawal fee. 99% of places take card but you’ll find the odd one or two which don’t. Very happy with the stay and would use again.
• Santeri (8/5): Very good - Cozy and spacious apartment with good equipment. Good location, close by is many restaurants and markets, also tram and metro network is good.

• Jim (9/5): Nice Modern Studio in Prague 5 - This it is a lovely little studio some 3km from the city. It’s in a new building with lift, spotlessly clean and fairly quiet (a lot of traffic noise but good windows). Everything you need is there for a short stay (except a tea towel, a toaster and a washing machine). Good communication with the management. Very good WiFi signal. A shopping centre, tram, metro, restaurants - all of this is approx 500m or a 5-min walk. I have no complaints but here is some additional information: If trouble finding the place, simply locate the Green Point in Prague 5 - this is a tall round building just round the corner from the studio.

• Kieran (9/5): Very good apartment - - Very hospitable host who let me check out a little later due to my flight times. Prompt responses to messages. - Modern, clean apartment in safe building. Good sized for a studio. - Plenty of utensils, cups, plates etc. Also some sugar etc. - Large fridge with icebox. - Window can be opened fully. - Good shower - Fair price for what you get - Most of the city sights are within 30 to 45 minutes walk. Shopping centre, large Tesco, supermarket, take aways and McDonalds, KFC etc all within 10 minutes walk. - Difficult to find the property and correct entrance door when arriving. Would be best to give the building name (MyMozart) in the instructions and on the booking.com page and send photos of the door. Also, the generic address on the Booking.com page for the property meant I gave incorrect directions to the uber driver. - There are no curtains so the room is bright from early.
