• Carrasco Morel (5/5): Buen lugar, cómodo, pero falló el aseo. - La ubicación caminable al barrio más turístico de Valparaíso y que el edificio es nuevo, muy agradable, conserje amable y anfitriona preocupada y empática. Tuvimos muy mala suerte con el aseo, vaso quebrado y vidrios quebrados en el piso, cajas con pizza en el horno, sucio el refrigerador. Baño y cocina impecables, aparentemente hicieron el aseo solo de estas áreas, apurados. Falta toallero en baño. En cuanto a cubiertos y platos de la cocina son escasos, con platos gigantes y poco cómodos. Probablemente lo del aseo fue un tema puntual, y mala suerte que además los ocupantes anteriores tenían malas costumbres.
• Maria Soledad (1/5): - No me aloje, el loft me envió mensaje el mismo 2 de abril, llegué a Valparaiso y debí buscar otro hotel. Había pagado mi estadía por exigencia del loft. Creo que deberían ser mas transparentes ya que te cobran cuando llegas al alojamiento y no debería ser antes de ir. Me hicieron la devolución pero no fue agradable. No aloje

• Bernarda (10/5): Valparaiso, ciudad colorida con movimiento - La ubicación excelente. Cerca de restaurantes, bares. El transporte público pasa delante del edificio. La cochera amplia y segura. No tengo nada que decir.

• Paul (10/5): Un paraíso en Cerro Alegre - El lugar es muy bonito en un sector muy seguro, cercano a todo, buena movilidad, transporte justo en frente. El sitio súper cuidado, y con todo el equipamiento requerido para unos cuantos días No puedo decir nada que no me haya gustado

• Javiera Z (10/5): Excelente alojamiento - El alojamiento es muy cómodo, limpio y tal como se ve en las imágenes. Tiene una muy buena ubicación, en un sector tranquilo y cerca de varios atractivos turísticos. Es posible recorrer los cerros caminando desde ahí. Eve una anfitriona preocupada y atenta a las consultas, con muy buena disposición. Sólo molesta un poco que las cortinas no sean black out o más gruesas, ya que la luz exterior entra en la noche. Sin embargo, igualmente permite descansar.

• Floridalma (9/5): We loved the place. It had the necessary to stay there. - The place was secure. The apartment was spacious and clean. Good and safe location to walk around at night time. I don’t know if I should mention this small issue. The electric system is so different that we need adapters in order to charge our phones. We received 2 adapters from the host but they didn’t work. We stayed the night with uncharged phones. Next day we went out to buy one adapter and we were able to charge our phones.

• Nicholas (8/5): Great Apartment with Parking just above Valparaiso - Great apartment for Valparaiso - very well located above the main area. The apartment was a good size with all necessary facilities. Good wifi, reasonably comfortably bed and underground parking. There was a washing machine in the complex ($1500/1.5USD). Eve, the owner, was great and really helpful - a really nice and kind person. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay in the apartment again. Everything was fine.
• Alison (10/5): amazing amazing - What a fantastic little apartment in a perfect location. Can’t fault anything it was clean had everything we needed and in a gated complex which made us feel very safe. Thanks Eve and please anyone looking for a place to stay this is it 😊
• Louise (7/5): Many street art graphics, very nice shops and very helpful residents who speak un poco English! - The owner picked us up at the bus station. It is a gated condominium complex located near many small, but well stocked groceries, restaurants, bus stops and funiculars. It was fun walking down Cerro Alegre but the walk back up is hard: take the bus since it is very, very cheap! In my opinion, Valparaiso has a big problem with its dog population! They barked all night so that we could not sleep with the window open and we had to constantly look where we stepped. Please note that I like dogs very much but here the owners need to be more responsible.
