• Claire (10/5): We had the most amazing stay here celebrating the marriage of our daughter. It was the most perfect week , in the most p - The man feature from the villa is obviously the surrounding view- the pictures don’t do it justice - it is incredible! The pool, the sauna , the hot tub, the bar, the outside seating area - absolutely amazing . The attention to detail in the villa is also exceptional - high quality and everything you could wish for. Nothing - except having to leave. It wasn’t a problem for us - but you definitely have to have a car - there is nothing within walking distance of the villa .

• soroush (10/5): Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einer perfekt ausgestatteten Villa mit außergewöhnlichem Service - Die Villa: WAHNSINN! - Zimmer: Großzügig, geräumig und mit großen Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. - Bäder: Mit Ausnahme eines Zimmers haben alle Räume ein eigenes Bad samt WC. - Klimaanlage: Jeder Raum verfügt über eine eigene Klimaanlage, sodass eine individuelle Temperaturregelung möglich ist. - Wohn- & Esszimmer: Sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet – ideal für gemütliche Abende. - Küche: Optisch zwar nicht ganz mein Stil, aber groß und perfekt ausgestattet. Beim Kochen haben wir wirklich nichts vermisst – fast wie zu Hause. Sogar Gewürze waren vorhanden. - Schwimmbad: Ein absoluter Traum! Das Wasser war im Dezember natürlich etwas kalt, aber der Ausblick über den Pool aufs Meer und die Umgebung war pure Entspannung. - Sitzecke: Groß genug für uns alle (8 Personen) und sehr komfortabel möbliert. - Grillecke: Top ausgestattet, inklusive fließendem Wasser/Waschbecken und einer Lampe für den Grillbereich. - Sauna & Jacuzzi: Fast neu, modern und perfekt durchdacht platziert. Wir waren jeden Tag drin. - Barecke: Haben wir kaum genutzt, aber besonders im Sommer sicher genial – ausgestattet mit eigenem Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. - Musikanlage: Draußen Lautsprecher mit Tablet-Steuerung, drinnen zusätzlich ein JBL-Lautsprecher. Für eine kleine Party würde das locker reichen. 😉 Lage - Einsam, sehr ruhig, ohne direkte Nachbarn. Die Villa liegt auf einem Hügel und bietet einen fantastischen, ungestörten Ausblick. Das Einzige, womit wir immer wieder zu kämpfen hatten, war das Warmwasser in der Dusche. Das betrifft allerdings nur die kälteren Monate und ist Jammern auf höchstem Zufriedenheitsniveau.

Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna sind zusammen perfekte Wellness. Schwimmen im großen Infinity Pool war unser Highlight. Alle Zimmer mit separaten Bädern sind großzügig und sauber. Das Team von Matteo ist über WhatsApp immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu viert eine Woche da und haben jeden Moment genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!
• Pavlo (10/5): Boys trip. - Exceptional location. Not a neighbour in 3km radius. Amazing cliff at the end of the villa. Amazing beds and pillows, didn't have a better sleep in Cyprus. Speakers, Sauna, Jacuzzi, table tennis, pool and a big kitchen.

The views were stunning Great location to Pissouri and the local restaurants and bars The pool was fantastic, an infinity style, an the outside seating areas for throughout the day were perfect The hot tub was a new fun edition for the kids, we didn't use the sauna The outside bar was great, especially for the kids to make mocktails all day The loungers were really comfy The bedrooms were a good size, air con in each The beds were too soft, our preference, not everyone's The air con was quite noisy in the bedrooms, 1 room was a quiet new unit but it leaked, which they are fixing The birds diving into the windows early was crazy, a problem the owners are trying to overcome with the mirrored windows

The setting is beautiful with sea views and not overlooked by anything so very private. The hot tub and sauna are great recent additions which really add a lot to the experience. Everything is exactly as you see in the photos and overall it is excellent value for money. Highly recommended! Absolutely nothing!
