• 蓉 (9/5): 整体都还挺好的，很方便，楼下有很多餐厅，街角那家的炖牛尾非常棒 - 房屋离太阳门广场很近，到景点都很方便，特别是位置非常好，坐地铁建议直接到太阳门广场Sol站，如果到另一个地铁站没有电梯，从地铁出来提行李要走很长的楼梯，房间整体都挺好，房主很热情，设施也很齐全，我们有做饭吃也很方便 唯一的问题是，浴室的下水水流的很慢，有点积水

• FERNANDA (9/5): Muy recomendable. - Realmente me pareció genial todo, menos el precio que lo vi algo caro, pero todo estupendo. La amabilidad de Juan Carlos, la luminosidad del apartamento, la ubicación, camas muy cómodas ... todo. Se podría poner alguna silla en el dormitorio. Nosotros metimos la de la terraza.

• Claire (10/5): Great location amongst the rooftops of Madrid - Fantastic attic apartment that was i. A great location, good facilities and comfortable bed. Nice welcome pack of pastries and wine. Good host who took time to show us how to use everything. The only small thing was the shower tray which filled with water and you had to wait for it to empty before opening the shower door so it didn’t flood the bathroom - I think maybe there is a blockage somewhere

• MartinCLondon (10/5): An absolute pleasure to stay here - The location is unbeatable. Vibey part of Madrid and walkable to the East and West attractions. The owners were amazingly helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed It was all good. No complaints at all. Just a tip. It's a historical building. If you have 3 or 4 mobiles or iPads that need charging at the same time , bring a double plug adapter.

Hay súpermercados cerca con excelente provisión de productos de primera calidad . Hay bares pintorescos en los alrededores . El dto es súper silencioso . Todos los ambientes climatizados perfectamente . Verónica es Muy amable . Sin dudas fue una gran experiencia No hubo puntos que no me gustaran .
• Miriam Elisabet (10/5): - La ubicación del ático es increíble. A pasos de la Plaza Mayor, de la Gran Vía y de la Puerta del sol. Hay restaurantes fabulosos saliendo del edificio. Verónica es estupenda y siempre disponible si la necesitas. Seguramente que volveremos.

• Hernandez (7/5): Une ambiance et un espace excellent mais l’ascenseur doit être revu car le service complet n’est de ce fait pas rendu! - L’emplacement, un électroménager neuf et fonctionnel, une ambiance saine et la propreté des lieux est très satisfaisante, et de plus la propriétaire super sympa et pleine d’attentions. Surtout un ascenseur qui n’a pas fonctionné durant tout le séjour et nous avons dû monter 5 étages avec nos courses! Ce qui avouons-le a gâché un peu le séjour après des journées de longues marches.

The entrance to the building requires a separate key, which keeps the lobby very clean and safe. The elevator, though small, works perfectly. The apartment has a great location, a clean and cozy space, and everything you might need was provided - from coffee for the morning to laundry capsules. • Carl (8/5): You can walk everywhere in central Madrid with hundreds of bars, restaurants and shops close by. Plus the Sol metro sta - The location was excellent,and it was quite nice to have a patio. The living space was very comfortable and filled with light. The apartment was exceptionally well stocked with pastries, juice, milk and yogurt. The primary bedroom and bathroom are small, but well ventilated. There is late night street noise from the nearby restaurants and bars, but the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment away from the noise.
• Sanivez (10/5): Best place in Madrid - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Victor was very accommodating with our needs and always responded quickly. Huge and very comfortable sofa, making it like a queen size bed. Beds and linens comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything you'd need, if you decide to cook. And the location...you CANNOT have it better. Everything was walking distance. Lots of cafés, restaurants, bars, souvenirs shops, etc. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we come to Madrid. It even has a terrace!!! Clean, clean, clean 👌 🤔🤔🤔🤔, I can't think of anything.
• Gillian (9/5): Stay in Las Letras - I loved the way the apartment was so central and had easy access to everywhere. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was so clean. Our host was so helpful and accommodating. There was a bottle of wine left for us, lovely touch! Also orange juice and some breakfast essentials! The apartment was a bit smaller than it looks in the photo but we were out so much it really didn't matter. It was a little pricey but we had a room each which made up for it.

• Josefmarie (3/5): Poor - great location, equipment, furnishings of the apartment 1. Apartment was cold -the outside temperatures were low (3°C) and so similar was the temperature in the apartment also (probably the apartment is not sufficiently insulated...). On the first day, we contacted the host because the apartment was cold. The host assured us that the heating was functioning properly, that it had been tested, and met all required certifications. However, the problem was that the heating only worked during specific intervals—specifically from 11:30 AM to the evening—and did not function at all overnight or in the morning. Despite our repeated complaints, the host did nothing to resolve this issue. In the mornings, it was so cold in the apartment that we had to wear jackets, hats, and socks to stay warm. 2. Poor Communication from the Host: The host explained that the heating was centrally controlled and there was nothing he could do about it. However, there was no mention on the Booking.com listing that the apartment would be cold overnight and in the morning. This is u nacceptable, especially for families with small children or individuals who may be ill. 3. Suggestion for Improvement: The apartment could be significantly improved by adding a portable heater to allow heating in the morning. This simple addition would ensure a much more pleasant and comfortable stay for future guests.
• K (10/5): Perfect location and host for a perfect girls trip to Madrid. - Our flat in Las Letras was perfect for three. We appreciated the extra touches from the host, who left us a carton of milk, some breakfast muffins, and orange juice. The flat was clean and quiet! We loved the little patio area, and you can't beat the location. I'll definitely book this again when I am in Madrid. An extra charger with USB would be great in case someone forgot theirs but otherwise not necessary at all.

• Sarah (10/5): A great location; light, bright, clean and quiet - with a lovely little terrace. - A really light and clean flat, with lovely hosts - thank you Carmen and Don Juan. They met us to hand over the keys, share their welcoming gifts of wine, breakfast pastries, milk and juice - and were readily in touch via WhatsApp throughout our stay. The apartment is located in a quiet little street, just off the attractive Plaza Santa Ana, with lots of very good bars and tapas restaurants to enjoy. It is within walking distance of all the central city sights, museums and theatres (the famous 1911 flamenco bar is literally across the street) and the charming little roof terrace is a tranquil place to enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the sun. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madrid.

• Karen (10/5): I loved my stay here and plan on staying here again it was absolutely perfect! - I loved everything about my stay – my experience here in this lovely apartment with the loveliest landlord! These people were in touch with me from the time I booked all the way through my departure. They met with me, had a lovely little things around the apartment that you don’t find in most places, such as coffee and milk, and juice. They provided a phone number for me to call if I needed anything and responded immediately if I had any questions or comments and had many beautiful suggestions to make to make our stay lovely. These people became friends and I plan on staying in touch and staying here again in the future. The penthouse is absolutely perfect, it has a beautiful view and it is 10 to 20 minutes away from every single major site and the city center. There’s countless restaurants and the area this apartment is in is absolutely ideal and the nicest of the neighborhoods that I’ve been through and I’ve been all over Madrid this week. there’s an elevator as the apartment is on the fifth floor for those who don’t like to take stairs. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about these people and this apartment I loved it and them! Fabulous! There is not one thing that I did not like about this property and it was so inexpensive, especially for the tremendous value! It’s perfect!
• Dp1956 (8/5): Should be 5* due to location/size/comfort - A very bright spacious apartment with a rooftop deck and lots of windows. Nice comfortable beds and furniture. Location close to everything Madrid has to offer and grocery stores/small markets in the Atocha neighborhood. Has everything you nerd in the modern (small) kitchen and bathroom. Elevator. Owners respond quickly. Blocked drain in shower with long hair, also in the carpets. Cleaning service makes everything look nice but... More than 24 hours without a shower, plumbers don't work on a Sunday (really?). Requested a small compensation but was told they could not (really?) On a cool/cold windy day it's quite chilly but in the sun very warm.

A lot of restaurant choices in the area and an easy 5 minute walk to Puerta del Sol. Air conditioning worked very well. The hosts, Carmen and her husband, were lovely and welcoming, they even left for us a bottle of wine and breakfast foods and drinks.

Nice dining/living area with lots of windows. A/C worked well. Happy to have an elevator for 5th floor. Shower drained slowly so some water accumulated on shower floor. Apartment overall very clean, but some attention is needed under the master bed (I dropped my lip balm and it rolled under the bed).

Everything was right: the smell, the facilities, the brightness, the furniture, the comfort, the cleaning. The hosts were not only super nice but also kind enough to allow an early check-in. I would definitely come back.
