• Jackson (3/5): It was convenient due to going to see the rugby at the stadium but that’s about it, certainly wasn’t worth the price of - The view was okay and the service was good The room had mould on the walls and roof, the pipes in the bathroom smelt like sewerage water which stunk out the whole apartment, had to leave the door to the verandah open most of the time because the horrible smell would stink out the room. It wasn’t very pleasant at all. Dirty air con vents and room was also smaller than seen in photos. Wasn’t worth the price of the stay.

Was there for medical procedure and they really looked after us with early check in and late check out. Room and facilities were great. The only thing I found was in the shower there was no shelf to put anything as after medical procedure I couldn't bend down to put things on the floor, like the soap container.

Kettle was not clean and had black residue in the bottom of it. Lounge was average with upholstery buttons missing TVs didn't work properly and WiFi would not stay connected Cooktop was severely chipped. For a relatively new apartment block this place was disappointing. Oh and the room you order may be changed at the establishments discretion.

• Caitlin (8/5): Easy location to hospital - Super close to the hospital, clean, spacious and easy to get to. No options for larger cars, even after I had emailed there was no response about it just that I had to go park my car further down then street in parking that didn’t fit my car. There was no option to forfeit my park for an outside visitors park or anything. Little stressful when my child was in hospital. Tv remote was broken which made it hard to use at times as well.

The room could have been a lot cleaner - and the vacuum filter had not been cleaned for ages (see foto of water in sink)! Also, there was limited cutlery & dishes, a 'toy' microwave , no stove ... Then the occupant of the room above was a heavy smoker - despite No Smoking signs everywhere ! So we complained & were told that the unit in question was managed by someone else so they (the front office) couldn't do anything .... And some of the other apartments had noisy occupants seemingly with scant regard for peace & quiet - once again nothing was said or done by local on site "management". Not good enough imo. And then we didn't have a 2nd key/garage opener .(supposedly "on order") - very inconvenient with me being locked out early 1 morning before the office staff arrived....

• Warren Butler (7/5): Apart from the noise disturbance, all was ok. - everything - except very noisy neighbours We called reception numerous times about the neighbour's TV blaring on full volume, despite repeated efforts at knocking on their door to quieten down. Each time we called, we were told "we are dealing with the matter and will send security over to assist." This never happened. Extremely disappointing since we didn't get much sleep as a result.

• Hannah (3/5): For the high amount of money we paid we expected something else... - When we checked-in we could get a room with a parking slot, we didn't booked it in advance as we thought we can maybe park in the area of the accommodation but it was unfortunately not possible to do so. So it was nice to have the possibility to buy a room with a parking slot when checking-in. Unfortunately, our room was not really clean. The floor was quite dirty and immediately darkened/soiled our socks at the beginning of our stay. In addition, a dark liquid was leaking out of the wall in the bathroom. Furthermore, the air conditioner started dripping during use, so that water was constantly dripping onto the kitchenette and the floor. The bed blanket was dirty as well. We also had problems with the water in the accommodation. We used the kitchen right at the beginning of our stay and the water smelled strange. We rinsed bottles with it, and after rinsing they smelled very bad. We used the kitchen water for cooking as well as for drinking and unfortunately got stomach problems from it. We reached out to the accommodation cause we wanted to shorten our stay but it was not possible to shorten and get our money back. Therefore we stayed at the place but had again and again a weird feeling about the water. Both the water in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom had a bad smell now and then. So we decided not to use it for drinking or cooking. It is forbidden to smoke in the building or on the balconies but still a lot of other people do it, so there was some smoke smell and it was sometimes kinda noisy cause people were screaming.

Also appeared Wi-Fi had been updated recently as the instructions provided were completely not applicable. We could see the new SID however; no password was provided. As the location was only staffed until 5 and we had to be on the road before they arrived in the morning none of our issues could be addressed.

Well equipped but you have to wash everything before using, because it was super dirty with hair and dust inside of the dishes. Bed is not too comfortable. There were also min 2 cockroaches in the room when I arrived. I would say it was not worth the money.
