Guest Reviews

- Marcello (6/5): Pleasant - Nice quiet studio, furnitures a bit tired, bulbs blown off in the steps area, but we didn't mind. 5 minutes from mijas
- Richard (8/5): A good place to relax, nice & quiet. - Good size for a single occupancy. Outside space a benefit. Good sized television, lots of available channels.

- Morton (9/5): Superb -
- Charlotte (1/5): Forget it ! - it is the fault of booking.com, who does not care for travellers but supports the side of proprietors only, that guys like those proprietors (?, them?, really?) can advertise their crap because no one cares to know the truth once some douchebags rated it good.
The truth is this flat is just a fitted garage. the way to the shower goes over stairs that are so bad you can break every bone in your body if you’re so lucky. the kitchen does NOT have a kettle. The bed linen and the towel come with that inherent stink that is in laundry that may have been washed many times but never well enough to get rid of sweat and filth completely, so it has become permanent and stinks like homeless people do. I used the washing machine once. It sounded okay from afar, but when I returned the whole bathroom floor was under water THROUGH NO FAULT OF MINE. However, I used the stinking towel to soak it up. the “terrace” is that 6 square meter strip that one normally has to drive from the street onto one*s property to get into the garage. That is what they made their “terrace”, right at the street, and unfortunately in an angle to the sun that allows only 2 hours of sunlight per day and only at your face if you huddle in one corner of this “terrace”: the rest of the body remains in the shade. The advertised “swimming pool” can not even be seen: maybe they have one but from your flat/garage you can not even see one, let alone you get to enjoy it. The owner is a bully, Spanish, and how much their “friendly” is heartfelt you should be able to guess if you should live locally for a while. the list goes on and on, it does not help you that the surrounding urbanisation area would actually be nice: if you live wall to wall with such a host you are better off elsewhere!
