- PANTELIS (1/5): Άσχημη εμπειρία! - Η ζήτηση μου από την Booking ήταν για δύο άτομα , ΔΥΟ δωμάτια. Επιλέγω το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και πληρώνω άμεσα ( χωρίς δυνατότητα ακύρωσης από τη Booking!). Έρχεται μετά την κράτηση , δεν θυμάμαι ακριβώς πότε, μήνυμα από τον διαχειριστή προφανώς του καταλύματος, ότι αν χρησιμοποιήσω το δεύτερο δωμάτιο ,θα πρέπει να πληρώσω επί πλέον 15€/ανά διανυκτέρευση. Επί πλέον και ένα τέλος περιβαλλοντικό ! Μόλις λαμβάνω αυτό το μήνυμα , τους γράφω ΑΜΕΣΩΣ να ακυρώσουν την κράτηση, γιατί ΔΕΝ ΣΥΜΦΩΝΩ με τους επιπλέον όρους! Ταυτόχρονα στέλνω μήνυμα στη BOOKING και τους επεξηγώ όλα τα παραπάνω. Μου απαντά η Booking και μου λέει ότι διαφοροποιήθηκε η κράτηση σας και δεν θα πληρώσω τα επιπλέον ! Αποτέλεσμα!! Ο Διαχειριστής κλείδωσε το δεύτερο δωμάτιο και δύο μεγάλοι άνδρες, εγώ με το γιο μου , αναγκαστήκαμε να κοιμηθούμε σε ένα κρεββάτι! Βγάλτε τα συμπεράσματα σας!!Απαράδεκτοι!!

- Emese (10/5): I would recommend. You have everything what you need for a nice time in Athen. - Great communication with the owner. Well equipped . Modern, clean. Suits even 5 person. 5-10 min walk to a great beach and supermarket, only 15 min from the old town by car. We used Uber for that, roughly 12-14€/ride. I would recommend to keep a mopping set for the bathroom.
