• Syed (8/5): Very good - The location is great very near to the KLCC... The bathroom floor is very slippery and very dangerous for visitor. And the entire house floor is not so clean, there is hair every where.

The unit was very clean and well-maintained exactly like the photos. The rooftop view was absolutely stunning, especially at night with the Petronas Twin Towers beautifully lit up. The space felt very private and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The facilities in the building were top-notch, including the gym, pool, and common areas. Everything was modern and in excellent condition. The host was also very friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and hassle-free. -

• Niamh (5/5): Passable - Good location & facilities in the complex with 2 pools & gym! Check in & out service was very strange and no real system or communication between the hosts. Room had rubbish left in it from previous guests and I expressed this to host and stated house keeping would be there at a specific time and 4 hours later they still weren’t there!

• Yahia (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent to discover the city, the appartement very spacious, The person at the checkin requested 200 MYR as caution, the day of the check out, i waited more than 30mn calling him (he asked the check out time the night before) he never showed up and i had to leave to the airport. I never received my caution money

• Kim (1/5): Really disappointed - There was a lot of cockroaches in my room . I contacted the owner but said he couldn’t do anything . Didn’t want to refund us so we can go to another hotel . Impossible to sleep in that hotel so we lost one night . The night after he changed us room and it was better. Not professional at all as he left us one night without solution.

• Klcc (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice room. Everything is within reach like Twin Towers and Kell Tower. It takes only 2 minutes to walk from this building to the Twin Towers. The room is very nice and very clean. The furniture is new and very nice design. The staff is very kind hearted and helped me a lot. Thank you for giving me a very nice single room.
