• Susanne (8/5): Suite mit Patio - Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll, das Personal sehr freundlich und super sauber Unsere Suite war ganz neu aber irgendwie nicht 100% fertig . Kein TV, kein WLAN, leider auch nichts für Kaffee und Tee. Dass das Frühstück nicht im Hotel sondern in ein Café in der Nähe ausgelagert ist, das ist beim Buchen nicht ersichtlich. Dort ist das Personal extrem unfreundlich. Schade
• Kathrin (8/5): Schöne , zentrale Unterkunft, aber Frühstück nicht vor Ort und Internet/Telefonverbindung schwierig - Sehr zentral gelegen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ausstattung gut und sehr sauber. WLAN nicht funktioniert und auch das normale Telefonnetz funktioniert nur sehr schlecht. Im oberen Bereich des Appartments gar nicht. Frühstück nicht wie auf Booking und Homepage angegeben in der Unterkunft, sondern in 2 Cafés. Dort gab es nur einen Kaffee/ Tee und 2 Mehlspeisen oder 2 Mehlspeisen und einen Kaffee/ Tee. Kein Obst, Saft , Brot , Schinken etc. Das eine Cafe an der Hauptdurchzugsstrasse sehr unfreundlich und öffnet nicht bereits um 7.00 Uhr , wie es im Internet steht, sondern erst um 7.30. Ist unpraktisch, wenn man einen Ausflug plant und früh frühstücken muss. Wir endeten mit Frühstück to go. Zweites Cafe liegt abseits , sehr freundlich, aber gleiches Essensangebot.

• Loeta (2/5): Certainly not as shown on Booking.com - The "breakfast" was a coupon to go to a café around the corner to get a coffee or juice and a croissant. We had a lot of trouble arranging to drop off our suitcases at the hotel because it was locked and no one ever answered. A man helped us by calling the "Director", who finally let us in to drop off our luggage and register. The room had an upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom which would not work for us. He switched us to a much smaller room with queen bed, even though we paid for a king bed junior suite. After that, we never saw anyone, ever at the hotel. Service was non existent.

Eugenio, très disponible, donne toutes les informations dont vous aurez besoin. Les lieux sont propres et entretenus et si souci, c’est très rapidement réglé. Le petit déjeuner (deux boissons et une viennoiserie ou une part de salé) est servi à l’extérieur : excellent! Problème de wifi. À priori, c’est l’ensemble du quartier qui était concerné.

Vriendelijke eigenaar; goede communicatie via Whatsapp; prima ontbijt in een zeer nabijgelegen pasticcieria; hygiënisch/schoon, prima douche en goed bed. • Jaq (6/5): A stinky stay! - Once inside the building, the unit was very clean. Very nice furnishings. Towels and bedding were good quality. The manager provided detailed instructions for getting from the train station to the unit. While the unit was very nice and met our immediate needs, the sewage smell coming from the bathroom and shower was absolutely disgusting. The walk from metro on a cold day is not pleasant. We were downtown for one reason, NYE celebration. Fireworks debris was on our balconies to include a spent bullet casing. The paid for breakfast was not adequate. We were given a card to walk to a street pastry location. A drink and an item (sweet or savory) was the breakfast. No inside seating, so everyone stood around the window eating a croissant and a caffe. Select a non-breakfast room and save money. I wish I had done a little more research.

• Ilaria (10/5): Fantastico e tutto perfetto, Eugenio una persona squisita e gentilissima. - La struttura è moderna e ben tenuta, gli arredamenti ed in generale la camera che abbiamo prenotato era semplicemente bellissima, spaziosa e luminosa. Il bagno veramente bello ed il fatto che la camera si trovava in un soppalco dove si raggiungeva con le scale l’ho trovato veramente geniale e innovativo. All’interno c’era tutto ció che serviva come carta igienica (che non è scontata), shampoo, sapone per il corpo e phon. Ció che mi é piaciuto di più è l’architettura ed il gusto nell’arredamento, oltre alla gentilezza e disponibilità del receptionist. Struttura nuova e pulita dotata di ogni comfort addirittura c’è una stanza dove si puo’ lasciare i bagagli prima della partenza ed anche un piccolo salottino “esterno” con tavolini per potersi sedere e fumare in tranquillità. È stato tutto perfetto, nessuna nota negativa, forse solo il fatto che il balcone affaccia direttamente sul piazzale centrale della palazzina e quindi se si lasciano le tende aperte si ha poca privacy

• din (5/5): Room sewage smell - Location in Centro storico. Eugenio is welcoming. The room was clean and heavily perfumed, especially the bathroom. However, after the shower on the first night, a terrible, foul smell of sewage started rising from the toilet/drain. ​After we wrote to the manager, he came in the morning to "check the smell" and offered to move us to a different room. I did not appreciate it when he laughed after I told him I had to sleep with a cover over my nose just to survive the stench. It was not funny at all. ​He moved us to another room, but made sure to give us the feeling that he was doing us a "favor" giving us a bigger room that's supposed to cost us an additional charge, and that our demand to address the unbearable pipe smell was exaggerated. ​We were then moved to a different room, which, even after a short shower, was also flooded with a foul, stinking sewage odor from its toilet/drain. The entire second floor was filled with the stench. ​At this point, we simply gave up, as moving to a third room probably wouldn't solve the building's underlying plumbing issues, which the owner is surely aware of—we saw additional reviews about the smell on Booking.com in retrospect. ​In short, the experience severely impacted our stay and also brought out unflattering and unkind sides of the host, who failed to take responsibility and apologize.

• Claudia (10/5): Grossartige Unterkunft im Herzen von Neapel! - Die Zimmer befinden sich mitten im Centro Storico in einem wunderschönen alten Haus mit tollem Innenhof. Die Lage ist top, innerhalb von wenigen Metern ist man mitten im Treiben zwischen Bars und Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Trotzdem ist es in der Unterkunft ruhig. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, auf zwei Etagen, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war grossartig, hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns super Tips gegeben für die Stadt. Zudem immer erreichbar für Fragen per Whatsapp. Nichts... :)

• Минчо (10/5): - This was our second time staying in the gentile suite (in the span of our 5 day vacation) and we were in a different building close to the first one, managed by the same host. He was as helpful and welcoming as always and provided a great pizzeria recommendation for us, even made the reservation on the phone. Our room was huge. There was a really nice open terrace with a common area for coffee and water. Every time we had a question the host responded quickly even in odd hours. If you're staying in the historic center of Naples this is the best place to be!

We did not have breakfast but there was free coffee available. There is a chance to leave luggages there after the check out. Good location! The place was hard to find at first, but we did get good directions with pictures.

Its location is a huge plus—just a short walk to the heart of the old city center. This made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly friendly and supportive, always available to help with any questions or recommendations. One thing to note is that taxis are not allowed to enter the area between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM due to traffic regulations in Naples, so plan your transportation accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the charm of Napoli!

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo, difficile trovare di meglio. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza del proprietario, il Sig. Eugenio: una persona squisita, gentile e sempre disponibile. Ha saputo soddisfare ogni mia richiesta con estrema cortesia, contribuendo a rendere il mio soggiorno breve ma assolutamente perfetto. Sarà senza dubbio il mio punto di riferimento ogni volta che tornerò a Napoli. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un alloggio autentico, confortevole e gestito con passione.
