- Barry (9/5): Quiet Almeria - Location. Well equipped apartment. Parts of the floorboards in the kitchen and bathroom are crumbling due to water damage sometime in the past and unquestionably need replacing. This is a shame, as it spoils an otherwise very good apartment.

- Wackett (8/5): Good quiet location and great access in and out, some updating is required to the flooring. - It was in a very good location as very close to bars restaurants and shops and easy to get in and out as it’s totally step free. The building is also quite quiet as is the location so all good in that respect. The flooring throughout the apartment was damaged and difficult to walk on it places. It’s in desperate need of repair or replacement. The shower itself is good but the shower outlet was heavily blocked with hair and soap residue, so we had to clean this so the water would drain out, to stop the shower tray from leaking.

- Alcalá Alda (4/5): Muy mal estado - La ubicación El mantenimiento. El suelo estaba muy mal. levantadas las lamas de la tarima, posiblemente por alguna avería de agua. Rematados los bodes con cinta de embalar y pegamento, con riesgo de lesionarte si vas descalzo o en calcetines. Deberían avisar de esta circunstancia cuando lo alquilas. Muy escaso menaje de cocina. Ninguna olla o sartén. Y de lo demás muy escaso. El store del dormitorio roto.

Close to several of the "must see" tourist sites. And right on the edge of a dining / shopping district. Could not have hoped for a better location for our visit. Well equipped kitchen, including a kettle. Streaming TV. Shout out to the staff lady in the laundry. So helpful, so happy, so friendly. Always made us smile. I missed the registration email, making check-in / WiFi more challenging. All my own fault, would have gone smoothly otherwise.

- luca (6/5): Perfect position, nice apartment and host, unhealthy smoke - Excellent position, good facilities and super kind host who assisted straight upon arrival for additional blankets The apartment was heavily smelling of cigarette smoke. We stayed three days during January 2026 and left all the windows open all the time during the day but the situation did not improve much. We have highlighted this inconvenience to the host upon arrival but the only answer we got was that she cannot do anything if guests do not respect the house rules...
- Steve (9/5): - Communication with the host was excellent through the booking.com app. The location is really good for exploring the city on foot, and very close to a number of restaurants. Will book it again when we next visit Almaria. Only criticism would be one of the doors in the kitchen needs attention as the hinge has come loose and one of the doors overlooking the street didn't shut properly. Not an issue as it did lock and we were on the second floor

Le manque d'information pour prendre possession de nos appartements. N'ayant reçu aucun message via l'application ni aucun mail pour la remise des clés, nous étions persuadés qu'il y aurait quelqu'un à l'accueil. Mais en fait non. Nous avons dû chercher 1 numéro sur Booking et appeler pour savoir quels étaient nos appartements... nous avons eu une vraie frayeur

- Rosa María (7/5): Bien pero la limpieza puede mejorar - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de lugares de interés y de la avenida comercial. La calle es tranquila y el apartamento es cómodo. Tiene ascensor y está reformado. El personal fue amable y agradable. La limpieza puede mejorar. El interior de la puerta del frigorífico estaba manchado de tomate y el microondas tenía migas de pan, es decir, no se había limpiado.... Además la cafetera no la usamos porque tenía poso de suciedad y olía mal. Lo demás bien, pero ya que el precio incluye 45 euros de tasa de limpieza lo esperable es que esté perfecto.

- Diana Gabriela (8/5): Departamento céntrico con todo lo necesario. Amplio,cómodo y con buen gusto. - Departamento con todo lo necesario, muy agradable y cómodo. Nos hospedamos en planta baja a la calle y al estar la habitacion en el lado contrario, pudimos disfrutar de silencio absoluto para descansar. Cocina muy completa. Pudimos ver Netflix sin necesidad de introducir códigos. Muy lindo departamento, cerca de lugares de interés histórico. Si te gusta caminar, se llega luego de 10 cuadras o un poquito más,caminando por la Rambla, a la playa de San Miguel o el Zapillo. Es personal, hubiera preferido un balcón a la calle o patio, pero el depto está muy bien.

- Wandena (10/5): Aangenaam verblijf op een centrale plek. Veel op loopafstand. - Het was een aangename en centrale wijk. Ik vond de dames die daar werkten erg attent en heel aardig. Het appartement was verder erg ruim en goed geventileerd. Goed om te weten, het strand is ongeveer 20/30minuten lopen.

The street and environment was quiet even during the Fiestas. The kitchen was good equipped with some small issues. Bed was comfortable and there was space enough to feel well. Checkin process went smooth although there was only online contact. Would be nice to have a kettle in the kitchen.

- SARA (8/5): Consigliato - La cortesia dello staff, la posizione: in centro ma lontano dal mare. L' appartamento nuovo e pulito. Il personale di servizio sempre presente e disponibile Il parcheggio: purtroppo senza saperlo siamo capitati durante la "feria" e al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto girare un' ora e mezza per cercare parcheggio: erano tutti pieni anche quelli a pagamento. Spero non sia sempre così. Il pavimento: nonostante l'appartamento sia nuovo, il pavimento è completamente rovinato (probabilmente a causa dei frequenti lavaggi). Le assi sono sollevate in molti punti ed è pericoloso camminare scalzi.

Donc l odeur de la cuisine reste. La hotte n est pas suffisante, c est clair. Je pense qu Il faut mettre le meme rideau de la chambre a coucher, ce qui permettra d ouvrir la fenetre en gardant l intimite'. Question: Pourquoi, on nous a pas donne une chambre a l etage??? Alors que j ai reserve de loin presque un mois et demi avant de venir

- Diane (10/5): Peaceful little place for a rest. - Very quiet for a place in Spain. Nice and clean. Very friendly staff and helpful owners. Could have done with more than one wine glass. But I am sure that would have been rectified if I had been bothered or remembered to ask the staff when I saw them as they were only too pleased to help with any problems.
