• SOFOKLIS (10/5): Μία πολύ άνετη, ξεκούραστη και ευχάριστη διαμονή, σίγουρα θα το επισκευτούμε ξανά - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και μύριζε υπέροχα. Ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετο ( 2 ενήλικες και 2 μεγάλα παιδιά 15 και 13) και είχε ότι χριεαζόμασταν με το παραπάνω. Τα αστεράκια στην οροφή ήταν μια πολύ όμορφη λεπτομέρεια για την νύχτα. Φυσικά ή τοποθεσία του είναι ένα πολύ μεγάλο συν....ακριβώς στο κέντρο στοιχείο που μας βόλεψε πάρα πολύ και με πολύ όμορφη θέα. Σίγουρα θα το επισκευτούμε ξανά Μόνο η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας είναι κάπως τρομακτικά αλλά όταν μπαίνεις στο δωμάτιο τα ξεχνάς όλα

Vše krásné postel pohodlná spalo se fajn. Vychytávky super ve skříni světlo, koupelna zrcadlo ,strop , dobře vybavená kuchyň ,koupelna luxus servis kávy čaje super malá pozornost a voda děkujeme za krásný pobyt .🍀😘🇨🇿 Doporučujeme 💯

• Dilnaz (10/5): - Отель крайне понравился. Кровать была суперская, а именно матрас достаточно комфортный и большой а постельное белье комфортное и чистое. Вся квартира была чистой и аккуратной. Шумоизоляция была достаточно хорошей. Было комфортно находиться и спать. Обязательно советую посетить этот номер. Вы не пожалеете. В санузле не хватало места где можно повесить полотенца и туалетную бумагу. Это не критично но имеет маленький дискомфорт. Но если вы приезжаете на пару дней это идеальное место.

• Athanasios Kikidakis (5/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt!!! Schöne Aussicht. - Der Aufenthalt war ok. Besonders die schöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und die zufriedenstellende Größe des Raumes haben überzeugt. Enttäuschender Aufenthalt!!! Die Verständigung zur Schlüsselübergabe war unzureichend – nicht einmal auf Englisch möglich. Es gab keine eindeutige Beschreibung, welche Tür gemeint ist und wo sich das Apartment genau befindet. Nach langer Suche und dreimaliger Nachfrage im benachbarten Hotel hat uns schließlich zufällig eine ältere Nachbarin die Tür geöffnet und uns informiert, wo wir hinmüssen. Nur so konnten wir unser Zimmer finden. Telefonisch war ebenfalls niemand erreichbar. Ehrlich gesagt war ich kurz davor, wieder zurückzufahren oder mir eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Schrecklich organisiert. Die Isolierung ist ebenfalls nicht erwähnenswert – sehr schlecht. Im Bad funktionierte die Toilettenspülung nur mit Mühe, der Wasserdruck war nicht ausreichend, um das Toilettenpapier richtig wegzuspülen. Immerhin war ich froh, dass ich Koffer und Kinderwagen nur eine Etage hochtragen musste, da es leider keinen Aufzug gibt. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt ist die nicht vorhandene Parkmöglichkeit. Eine Parkgarage bzw. ein Stellplatz ist mindestens 17 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt zwar reservierte Parkplätze, diese werden jedoch von der Unterkunft nicht angeboten.

• Desmond (10/5): Lovely great value stay overlooking colonnade.. - Apartment was beautifuly finished. The location was centrally located, 1st floor overlooking the colonnade. Great value and had everything we needed for our stay. All good.
• Dominika (10/5): Kouzelný apartmán v srdci Karlových Varů - Ubytování v Karlových Varech nás naprosto nadchlo. Apartmán je krásně a moderně zařízený, s důrazem na detail a pohodlí. Největší předností je skvělá lokace – atmosféra je kouzelná a vše důležité je jen pár kroků od apartmánu. Rádi se sem znovu vrátíme. 🌸

• Anne (9/5): - Geweldige locatie en modern appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Lichtplan in het appartement heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen! Heel gaaf de sterrenhemel. Schoonmaak had iets beter gekund, maar misschien lag dat aan ons, omdat we eerder wilden inchecken en de schoonmaakster nog bezig was.

• Marie-eve (8/5): Very good - The appartment is very central, everything is walkable. It is renovated and well decorated. super clean. Contacts with host was easy et fast. As mentionned by many before me, the appartment lacks place to put your stuff in the bathroom. There is no towel holders so you have to dry them on chair in the living room etc. No toilet paper holder either so it sit on the counter which is already small. Only 2 hangers total for your clothes. No rack to dry the dishes. This make the appartment beautiful but non fonctionnal is you stay for more than one day.

• Jacques (9/5): Superb - We stayed here for a weekend as a family 2 + 2. The location was superb - in central Karlovy Vary and the apartment in general was excellent. Everything was fresh and clean and the apartment was nicely decorated and finished. The communication with the host was excellent and the check-in was nice and easy. Would really recommend it as an affordable place to stay and explore from. The headroom on the top mezzanine floor was a bit tight, but I'm being picky!

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything about this place exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful city!
• Κωστας (8/5): romantic Karlovy Vary - the location is perfect. beautiful modern style of the apartment. romantic view from the windows on the first floor. Big tv. Nice lighting in general,especially the night sky ceiling. I had a problem with the tv control and I text the owni. I had an fast reply and help over the matter. also helping us with the check in. the biggest problem we had was the natural light from outside during day hours and the light post lights in the night. the windows have blindfolds that cover 30% (approximately)of the light. then there are (or I should say aren't) the curtains. on the right wind it's just a very tiny curtain that does absolutely nothing. on the left window beside the bed we have a larger but still insufficient curtain to cover the lights form outside (I have uploaded some photos of them) so if you want dark environment to sleep and not to wake up from the first light of the day then I won't recommend. I see the same problem in other reviews of the apartment like 4-5 months ago and still they're not doing anything. also the problem stay's the same as in other reviews for the absence of towel holders on the bathroom,the absence of shampoo and body wash. I send a text the night before the check out asking if it is possible to check out an hour later. still waiting to be answered.
