• Sabine (2/5): Beschwerde ! - Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung gut geschnitten mit einem wunderschönen Balkon. Ich möchte mich hiermit beschweren und bitte um Teilerstattung des von mir gezahlten Betrages! Die Wohnung, vorallem der Boden, war sehr schmutzig. Im Haus wurde renoviert. Baumaterial im Treppenhaus gelagert, der Flur total verdreckt. Baulärm am Samstag bis 19.30 Uhr! Sonntag früh ab 9.30 Uhr! Es gab keine Pflegemittel im Bad, nicht mal eine Handseife!!!! Ein angenehmer, erholsamer Aufenthalt ist definitiv was anderes.

Appartamento su due piani scomodi, letti piccoli in stanze piccole, mal illuminate o senza finestre, aredamento minimale e esteticamente scadente, bagni piccocoli ma decenti. Pulizia: tutto impolverato. Il pavimento del soggiorno aveva una piastrella rotta anche in modo forse pericoloso. Appartamento adatto a studenti spartani.

Ubytování poskytlo late check-out, za což jsme byli velmi rádi, protože jsme mohli ještě celý den strávit ve městě.

Las camas muy cómodas y en líneas generales btt bien. Cuando entramos el primer día por primera vez, había alguna que otra suciedad , como motas de polvo detrás de la puerta del baño con pelos y por las escaleras arriba pero tamp muucha cosa , detalles pequeños…

• Amanda (10/5): Fantastic. Would definately stay here again - Great location, apartment had everything we needed to make breakfast and was clean, comfortable and spacious. We booked the 3 bed duplex and the private balcony was great for a view of the city and relaxing in the sun. Coffee machine was great and pods provided along with washing up liquid and a cloth. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Honestly, I can't fault the apartment and it was excellent value for money. 5 minute walk to start of the historic centre and large supermarket and indoor market with local independant sellers of food produce a few minutues walk. Only negative is could have done with a tea towel for drying dishes.

Zapach. Nasz apartament był ewidentnie użytkowany wcześniej przez palacza. Smród był niesamowity, na szczęście wietrzenie pomogło ale nieprzyjemne wrażenie pozostało.

• Floor (7/5): - Ligging en mooie dakterras Het complex had erg dunne muren en was daardoor erg gehorig. En de 2 persoonsbedden zijn erg smal voor West Europeanen, 1 meter 30 of 1 meter 40 breed kan echt niet.

Niedaleko przystanek autobusowy, którym dotrzesz do portu, centrum i na dworce kolejowe. Sam apartament urządzony komfortowo. Z tarasu piękny widok na miasto. Szkoda nie zmywarka do naczyń nie działa.
• Monica (7/5): Ich würde die Unterkunft nochmal buchen. - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Strand, und alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit sehr gut.
• BEATRIZ (6/5): Bien para una escapada - La ubicación es cercana al centro, aunque la zona es regular (mal ambiente e inseguro). Las camas comodisimas, y la terraza fenomenal. El duplex tiene lo justo para pasar un finde en Malaga. Nos gustó. La chica de recepcion encantadora, y super amables. Tiene parking en el mismo edificio y son petfriendly. Algunos detalles, como la limpieza...que era regular...habia restos de "cosas" por el apartamento y algunos insectos. Convendría fregar y desinfectar un poquito mas (ojo no estaba sucio, pero se notaba que tampoco estaba limpiado a fondo, incluso habia ropa sucia en un cajón... detalles como que no habia nada para limpiar la vajilla.. ni jabón ni estropajos..). La escalera que tiene el duplex es muy peligrosa. Escalones en el aire (es de hierro) y muy estrechos, nos daba bastante miedo sobre todo por el peque que no podia bajar ni subir solo.

Un par de cosillas que no estaban bien: la puerta de una de las duchas no tenia la apertura suficiente para que una persona de tamaño normal entrara y saliera comodamente. Tenia que hacerlo de perfil. Y soy pequeñita y entraba pero no comodamente. La puerta del baño un poco desencajada y la de la terraza tambien

• Monroy Pinzón (10/5): Recomendado - Es un lugar bastante bonito y acogedor, la limpieza impecable, tiene sus detalles por que se ve que es un poco antiguo, pero nada que incomode, el anfitrión se mantuvo al tanto de todo. La terraza que teníamos tenía una vista linda, es un buen lugar, la verdad volvería. La verdad cuando escogí el lugar buscaba algo económico, cuando lo pre reservé me aparecía un precio mucho menor que el que realmente se me cobró, en la letra pequeña se cobran unos costos adicionales de limpieza o algo así. Fue lo único que me molestó.

Le Camere da letto risultano troppo rumorose, affacciano sui motori dei climatizzatori ed è come avere un radiatore sul comodino, servono i tappi per le orecchie e sarebbe un bel gesto se la struttura ne fornisse monouso. 3. Fornitura di cialde caffè e carta igienica insufficiente per i giorni effettivi di soggiorno. 4. Stanza inferiore risulta un po' umida.

• Antonio Poyato Gómez (7/5): Buen precio - El espacio superior y el balcón solárium. Limpieza regular y entorno. Aunque de ubicación céntrica, la zona bastante deprimida y entorno social degradado.

Dobra kawka jak najbardziej na + Trochę uszkodzeń (drzwi w łazience brak możliwości zamknięcia drzwi w niektórych sypialniach, przeciekający prysznic) . Bardzo dużo formalności do ogarnięcia przed przyjazdem ( zgłoszenie wszystkich gości ( numery paszportów , adresy , telefony , mail) oraz konieczność podpisania umowy najmu lokalu .

• Jose Maria (6/5): Bien por el precio y ubicación, hace falta mejorar en general - Dúplex amplio, gran terraza a 5 minutos del centro, se puede aparcar por alrededores sin necesidad de meter en parking. Te piden que el duplex quede limpio y no existe ni una balleta, trapo, estropajo, lavavajillas, éramos 6 y no había vasos ni platos para todos. El colchón de la planta baja muy hundido por el centro, no he logrado descansar bien. No hay sabana encimera, te tapas con la colcha, se nota que lo gestiona una empresa y no un particular que está más en los detalles. La luz del salón no funciona, le hace falta una mano de pintura a todo el dúplex y el suelo está roto por cada zona que andas. La escalera de caracol hace un ruido impresionante y está suelta por los tornillos de arriba. Cuando los vecinos ponen el aire acondicionado de nota fuerte en la habitación el ruido. Sólo hay aire en el salón, los dormitorios tienen ventilador de techo.

• Benjamin (5/5): Good location! - Great location in the most intersteing par of Malaga! We received a fast response every time that we needed and the hosts were very friendly and respectful. The place wasn’t cozy. Even though it was clean, there was a weird odor. Its not that I dont recommend it but we were expecting a more nice place.

• Päivi (7/5): Varustetaso täysi pettymys - Sijainti oli erinomainen. Kattoterassi oli toimiva ja mukava lisä asuntoon, joka muuten puutteellinen. Huoneisto oli tarkoitettu kuudelle, mutta esim. ruokapöytä oli vain viidelle, lautasia, laseja ja mukeja oli ainoastaan 3-5 henkilölle. Keittiön muutkin varusteet olivat puutteellisia, leivänpaahdinta ei ollut, vedenkeitin oli lähes hengenvaarallinen - virta ei automaattisesti katkaistunut kun vesi kiehui vaan sähköjohto piti irrottaa itse seinästä ja siinä vaiheessa keittimen kahva oli saattanut kuumentua vaarallisen polttavaksi. Lattioista oli myös irronnut tiiliä, joten jouduimme varomaan ettemme saaneet haavoja jalkoihimme. Olisi myös ollut aiheellista kertoa etukäteen, että matkatavaroiden säilytys alakerran lokeroissa maksaa 2 euroa per lokero. Nyt jouduimme etsimään lähistöltä kaupan, jossa saimme vaihdettua 2 euron kolikoita. Olen myös tottunut siihen, että huoneistossa olisi ohjeita esim. roskien lajittelusta ja roskien poisviemisestä. Nyt jätimme mm tyhjät pullot ja bioroskat siivoojan hoidettavaksi.

L'accès au séjour depuis la chambre du dessous par un escalier en colimaçon. Terrasse du logement au dessus très bruyant et aboiements de chien la nuit dans la cour. Logement à rafraîchir , peinture , plusieurs carrelages fendus.
