- La (1/5): Bad host! - First of all we went and the host came after 5 min, she forgot the keys and went after 10 min and brought them. Then it is written in my booking that there will be a prepayment taken from my credit card and that the host takes credit card. Turns out the host only takes cash and I didn't carry cash. So she asked me to leave the apartment at 12 midnight with my two small kids. If your reservation says you take credit card, then it is not my fault. I had to take money out of an atm and it costed me 5 euro extra fee. Bad service and uncaring host.

- Svetislav (10/5): Exceptional - I booked this place for my parents and they have nothing but the best and kindest words for their host Sandra , she was super helpful and friendly and provided them with all kind of help and info during their stay. Place is very conveniently located close to the big shopping store/mall and very close to the centre of the city.Apartment was very cozy , clean and equipped with all the necessity for pleasant stay. We will definitely book again with Sofka Sole Apartments.
