- Dochko (5/5): Можеше и по-добре. - Локацията беше добра. Закуската не беше хубава, голям избор на разядки и млечни салати, почти никакви яйца, колбаси, сирена и хляб. Стаята не беше добре почистена. Имаше много счупени и зле поддържани неща. Единия прозорец не можеше да се затвори, в банята беше разлепена поставката за хавлии, когато включихме климатиците миришеше на мухъл.

Close to main street and shopping centre. - it is not 3* hotel, it is between 1* and 2* hotel. - room was smelling of cigarettes, reported to reception but nothing has been done except that it was sprayed once with some air refresher but it didn't help much, cigarettes smell is in the window curtains and walls so spray would not help - no English TV channels, if there was one it was translated to Turkish language - broken shower head and toilet seat - reported to reception but it took hotel 24 hours to repair it - broken cupboard hinges - access to sauna it is big JOKE, you have 15min free access and then you have to pay but they advertise on Booking it is free access - sauna is not even switched on, you have to tell staff there to switch it on then you can use it 1.5hrs later - very, very DIRTY shower, mould on tiles, it is unhygienic and health hazard - please zoom bathroom pictures in to see mould in corners and inside shower between frame and floor - breakfast: every day the same, mostly cold, coffee machine not working properly, when reported to gentelman serving there he said "it finished today" and didn't bother to repair it. - plenty of stains on sofa, pillow, desk chair - it looks old and used, this needs extensive cleaning - see pictures taken

- Leyla (10/5): - Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Bakırköy, die Marmaray-Station Yenimahalle ist in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – perfekt für Ausflüge. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Zimmer sind großzügig und geräumig, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Allerdings hatte unser Zimmer ein Fenster zum Schacht, wodurch wir weder einen Blick nach draußen hatten noch frische Luft hereinbekamen – das war leider ein deutlicher Minuspunkt.

- MARIA (10/5): - Es ist zweites mal dass wir hier übernachten wieder war alles super, Personal sehr gut besonders Hr.Mehmet und die anderen. Frühstück ist Buffet man findet alles was man zum Frühstücken wünscht. Sehr sauber ich empfehle weiter. Maria
- Malgorzata (5/5): - The reception staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. It's awful that smoking is prohibited in the guest room, and it reeked of cigarettes so badly that I slept with the window open and had to buy air freshener! The bathroom had a lot of broken parts, no glass in the shower, and it was in need of renovation.

- Abdallah (9/5): It was very lovely and amazing. - The comfortability of the rooms and neatness. The noise of the cats on the daytime and night. It however makes you sleeplessness during time of resting.
