U kadi su mlaznice crne od nečistoće, užas. 3. Smrad iz ormara pokraj ulaznih vrata gdje stoji usisivač. 4.. Pokrivač/poplun za tijelo u manjoj sobi je imao krv na sebi. 5. Tanjuri u crnoj komodi su oštećeni. Apartman je na dobroj lokaciji ali održavanje i čistoća je užasna. Agencija treba poslati odgovornu osobu za kontrolu čistoće i sadržaja apartmana.
• Susanne Eckstein (10/5): Exklusiv und zentrumsnahe Designerwohnung - Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum. 10-15 min zu Fuß und man ist am Dom. Restaurants und Bars sind gleich um die Ecke, ebenso der Aussichtspunkt auf dem man über ganz Florenz blicken kann. Parkplätze sind ums Eck, kosten aber einiges. Wir haben für 2 Tage dort 35€ gezahlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, wir haben nicht gekocht, daher weiß ich nicht wie die Küche ausgestattet war. Die Betten waren königlich und super bequem und jeder hatte ein eigenes Bad mit WC. Alles sehr stylisch und hochwertig. Ein netter junger Mann hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Er stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist natürlich nicht gerade preiswert, aber Florenz ist eine absolute Touristen Hochburg und zu jeder Zeit schnell ausgebucht. Wir waren glücklich eine so zentrumsnahe und schöne Wohnung gefunden zu haben.(Osterferien)

• Skin Studio (7/5): - Good location. Great communication. Welcome agent super professional. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The second bathroom was spotless but had a sewer smell coming out the pipes that was unbearable. We were charged for the cleaning fee which is understandable but requested to put the garbage out before we left the apartment and had to walk like a block away to comply with the requirement.

• Wesley (9/5): Modern spacious apartment, ln a quiet location On the south side of the river. - The Apartment is very modern, with quality fittings. And very comfortable beds. Loved the two full bathrooms. The Apartment lift was out of order. Had to carry luggage up to 2nd floor location.

• Tony (4/5): Unenjoyable but beautiful city. - Great location. Not set up for travellers. No supplies to get you through first night. Basically just a bed and toilet rolls. Wifi didn’t work for majority of our 4 day stay we were just told to turn off n on which didn’t work. No Netflix working which we told them but no one came back to sort it. One towel each for which is not sufficient for a 4 day stay when there is no washing machine. Very noisy. Def not luxury accomodation and most overpriced and unsatisfactory of our trip.

• Wendy (5/5): Fabulous location— but amenities could use some help. - The location is fabulous. Close to lots of the things that you want to see and easy to get to with public transportation from the train station. Nice set up for sleeping. No air conditioning in the main living room (where one person sleeps) until the last night. No sense of urgency to fix. The kitchen is not stocked well with tools—like no good knives, horrible wine opener, no paper towels, no basic supplies like olive oil. These are simple things that wouldn’t cost much to fix but would make the stay much easier. Also not much toilet paper. The dining room chairs are falling apart— again— it wouldn’t cost much to fix.

Although it’s across the river it’s barely a 10 minute walk to the active/central area in Florence. We had a great time! A small negative was that both showers cannot be used simultaneously as the water pressure would become negligible in both. No issues otherwise!

• Chandan (10/5): Comfortable stay in a well equipped apartment - Spacious fully air-conditioned apartment and well located right on the Arno river. Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, utensils and useful accessories. Close to a couple of Forno outlets and to many restaurants situated near the area leading up to picturesque Piazzale Michelangelo. The Uffizi and the Duomo are a leisurely 10-15 minute walk across the river. 1. The opening door of the bathroom which is further inside opens awkwardly and one has to move around it to get inside. 2. It would be good to have soap stands near the basin & certainly in the shower cubicle in the bathroom. 3. Did not use the sofa bed but opened it to find it unclean with a few food crumbs, I guess. The rest of the apartment was, however, well cleaned.

• Charles (8/5): Good - Location was excellent. 20 minute walk to historic centre. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Piazzale Michelangelo for evening strolls and views. Whirlpool bath and walk shower were nice. No cleaners visited during our stay to replenish soap, toilet paper, empty bin or change towels. No washing machine, only dishwasher so hand washing needed unless you bring enough clothes for changes during your trip. You have to walk up 1.5 floors of stairs as the lift is for exclusive use of different apartments.

Nice bathrooms, VERY comfortable beds & pillows& linens, clean, well stocked with dishes, pans. Very quite location but close walking distance to shops, restaurants and site seeing activities. N/A
• Denise (8/5): A really comfortable, well equipped apartment in a nice area - We are two friends, renting the apartment, so we had a lovely big bedroom each (would be ideal for 2 couples too) it was very well equipped if you wanted to eat in. We chose to eat out. The bathrooms are well equipped, plenty of seating in the lounge area and free Wifi. There are a few really nice restaurants close by, a deli and cafe. Walking to the Uffizi only takes 15 minutes, along the river. Carrying our cases up a few flights of stairs.
• Roseanne (8/5): Good choice - The apartment was as described. We liked the neighborhood, away from the frenzy of central Florence. Out the front door to the left was a small shop where you could get coffee, meats, cheeses, wine, etc. There were 6 restaurants within two blocks and we enjoyed all of them. Public transportation was at the end of the street. It was quiet in the evenings, and we felt safe (the apartment was very secure). For inexperienced travelers, it was great to have been met at the apartment by a friendly person to show us the ins and outs. The overall lighting was poor. There was no light over the dining table, and kitchen poorly lit for cooking. If you wanted to read before retiring, forget it...only small dim bedside lamps. When I booked the apartment, I thought it said there was an elevator. Well, there is an elevator, but we could not use it (first told it was not working and then told it was private for the top floor). There were four flights of stairs to reach the apartment! The slate end of the stairs blended into the landing, making the stairs dangerous for older persons. But overall, it was a good choice.
