Eine tolle Sauna im Apartment mit Bademantel und Saunatücher. Bequeme Betten. An allen Fenster Jalousien zum Verdunkeln Geräimiger Wohnbereich, großer Tisch und bequemes Sofa. Toller und großer Balkon mit schönen Ausblick. Stellplatz in geräumiger Tiefgarage Komfortabler Skiraum Skibus Haltestelle zum Skigebiet Zillertal Arena Es war perfekt. Nur Kleinigkeiten.

The place combines luxury, elegance, and the breathtaking beauty of nature in a peaceful and serene setting that’s hard to find anywhere else. The villa itself is beautifully furnished with high-end, tasteful décor. Every detail reflects comfort and sophistication. The cleanliness is simply outstanding — everything looked spotless and perfectly maintained. The location is ideal, nestled in the heart of the Zillertal Valley, surrounded by stunning natural scenery and complete tranquility. It feels incredibly safe and private, offering the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. Everything you could possibly need is available — from a fully equipped kitchen to all modern amenities — making it feel just like home. What impressed me most is that the photos on Booking are 100% accurate, and in fact, the reality is even better! The location is also excellent, perfectly positioned between some of Austria’s most beautiful cities: • Just a short drive to Zell am See and Kaprun, • Close to Salzburg and Innsbruck, • And easily accessible from Munich. A special mention to the lady in charge of the villa and her husband — they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They didn’t restrict us to the official checkout time and made everything easy and pleasant, which added a warm personal touch to our stay. I spent five unforgettable nights at Villa Himms — surrounded by beauty, comfort, and absolute peace. In short, Villa Himms is the perfect choice for anyone seeking luxury, tranquility, nature, and genuine hospitality in the heart of Austria. The host was very kind, giving us a small gift upon arrival and another one at departure, and she was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the apartment is very luxurious and looks brand new. • Leonie (9/5): Luxe appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfecte locatie om het Zillertal te ontdekken. - Zeer luxe modern appartement en smaakvol ingericht. Het is rustig gelegen, maar d.m.v. de brug over de Ziller sta je binnen enkele minuten lopen in het park met speeltuin, sportfaciliteiten en een openlucht zwembad. Bij de inrichting van het appartement is aan alle details gedacht. We voelden ons er thuis, met het comfort van een luxe hotel. De lokale bakker bezorgt broodjes aan de deur. De gastvrouw gaf ons een warm ontvangst, was goed bereikbaar en buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een absolute aanrader! Er ontbreekt echt helemaal niets in dit appartement.

The location is ideal: quiet yet central, with the ski bus stop right nearby and the train station just a short walk away. The balconies and terraces offer stunning mountain views, making mornings and evenings especially memorable. We also appreciated the sustainable approach of the villa, from the eco-friendly building materials to the solar panels and EV charging stations in the private garage. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Their kindness and care made our stay feel even more special. • Elina (10/5): A fantastic, modern, and spotless villa with a private sauna. - We had an amazing stay at Villa Himmlgassl Private Spa! Everything was perfect—from the modern, spotless property to the incredible private sauna, which was a real treat after long days of skiing. The villa is beautifully designed, with a lovely terrace offering stunning mountain views. The location is excellent: Zillertal Arena is just 5 minutes away by car, or you can take the ski bus that stops only 50 meters from the property. We also skied in Mayrhofen, which is a short 10-minute drive, and it's great to know that the Superskipass covers Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofen, and Hintertux Glacier. Parking near the lifts is free, making it super convenient if you're driving. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, which we did every day. Plus, Zell am Ziller town center is just a 5-minute walk away, so restaurants and shops are within easy reach. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—new, clean, well-located, and perfect for a ski holiday. Highly recommend!

Everything was just perfect and apartment is sooooo nice. Also the host was more than kind and helpful. The person who designed the building is a genius with the right feeling for details. The real picture fully corresponds with the proper - Flexible and extremely pleasant owner always available to help. Skibus stop right outside the property (this should be stressed out in property description; we only founded in one the reviews) Due to the specific modern heating with no radiators (or any other heating element) an alternative option to dry out wet ski clothes would be nice to have. In general, lot of state-of-the-art technologies are installed and sometimes would be helpful to have brief easy-to-follow user’s instruction such as pictograms etc.
