• Claudia (8/5): Eccellente - La struttura era molto carina e pulita. Ottima posizione, buona la qualità/prezzo. Al nostro arrivo c’era della spazzatura davanti alla porta. E come prodotti da bagno c’erano shampoo e balsamo, ma non il bagnoschiuma.

Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade pra conseguir entrar no apartamento. Tudo on-line. Mas o anfitrião sempre disponível. Facilitou a comunicação por WhatsApp.
• Shachar (7/5): ענה על הציפיות שלנו, מומלץ לבן אדם אחד / זוג שרוב היום מחוץ לדירה. - הדירה יפה ומחולקת כמו שצריך. יותר קטנה מהתמונות אבל ניצלו באופן מקסימלי את המקום. מאובזרת: תנור, גז, כלים וכו׳. מרגישים שהושקע הרבה כסף בעיצוב, ולא חסכו על חומרי הגלם. המקלחת וואו. מוארת. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש. הגענו לאחר יום וחצי בשדה, ביקשנו כניסה מוקדמת ובמקום זה נתקענו מחוץ לדלת מעל שעתיים כי הדייר לפנינו שכח את המפתח בפנים וצריך היה להזמין מנעולן. בעל הדירה אמר שיפצה אותנו, ולמרות שבדקנו אופציה להאריך לעוד כמה לילות (כי התבטלה לנו הטיסה) לא נתן הצעת מחיר יותר טובה ממה ששילמנו. הדירה מאובזרת עד הפרטים הקטנים (אפילו מסחטת תפוזים), אבל הדברים הבסיסיים חסרים - סבון כלים וסקוץ׳, סבון ידיים, טבלית למדיח, נייר טואלט...
• F (9/5): A retenir le logement est très bien pour profiter de Madrid. - Logement très bien équipé. Bien situé un super marché à l’angle de la rue. L’accès à posé problème, le lien d’ouverture de la porte de l’immeuble n’a jamais fonctionné pour notre première entrée il nous a fallu attendre l’entrée d’un résident puis la clé que nous avions pour l’ouvrir accrochait dans la serrure. ensuite le code de la porte de l’appartement n’a jamais fonctionné non plus, il nous a fallu appeler pour que nous puissions récupérer une clé de secours caché qui nous a enfin permis d’ouvrir. Dommage car le logement est très bien.

• Nick (5/5): Average 5 night stay - Modern studio in a great location. Lovely neighbourhood with lots of food choices. Good soundproofing from outside. The free 001/002 bus nearby goes to most “must see” attractions. Very cramped- badly designed studio Undersized bed & pillows Awkward check in & 3 door entry codes. No towel or sheet changes even on a 5 night stay. Paper thin walls - We could hear everything next door with shower / toilet only 2 mtrs away from our bed head.

• Marco (8/5): Very good - It's new, it has AC and everything you could possibly need. Nice neighbourhood. Check-in is already late (at 16h), and the apartment was only available 15 minutes later, as it was still being cleaned at 16h. The apartment is really tiny, but pretty functional.

• Yoseph (10/5): Perfect stay in a cozy studio in Chamberi, Madrid - I needed to be in the area and Chamberi is a great location. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and transportation. The studio is brand new, modern, and spotlessly clean. It faces an inner courtyard. I stayed 6 nights and it was silent inside even on the weekend. The room is totally dark when the blinds are closed so it's perfect for light sleepers or if you eant to sleep in. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and kitchen are well equipped, the A/C and fan are great. My host Jose sent clear instructions re arrival and answered any questions immediately via whatsapp. In short a perfect stay for one person or a couple! Everyting was fine!
