• DeeDee (7/5): Nice Little Number - The apartment was nice, clean, and generally in a good location. The hot water was limited when showering, and the mobile checking was stressful. They gave me a key in the end.

Dopo aver confermato la prima sistemazione, hanno inviato una comunicazione dove spiegavano che non era piu' disponibile e che mi sarei dovuto spostare in una zona diversa. Il ceck in e' stato un vero incubo e gli errori e le mancanze sono continuate. Solo una ragazza ha salvato la situazione con cortesia, ma e' un'esperienza che non ripetero' mai piu'

• Jeanette (10/5): Eine Ruheoase inmitten des belebten Chinatown. Die Mitarbeitenden des Hotels sind absolut herzlich, hilfsbereit und imme - Die Unterkunft ist mitten in Chinatown aber vollkommen ruhig, da sie sich in der obersten Etage befindet. Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und man hat auf kleinem Raum alles was man braucht. Es ist zudem sehr sauber. Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.

• Stephen David Francis Tze Howe (10/5): Great experience here - Amazing location. Very accessible and close by to tons of eateries. Cleanliness was on point too. Despite being located in a shop house with restaurants downstairs, not once did I see a cockroach or any other insect in my room or within the premises. Crazy value too, especially in Chinatown and with the amount of space in the room. Not to mention the provided washer and dryer at each level, allowing those on longer stays to save on laundry. The 24/7 contactable digital concierge Xia, Mary and Dolly are also very responsive and will strive to resolve your issues ASAP. Great job!

• Jesse (9/5): Excellent location, comfortable room, most things provided, and the charm of a heritage building - They have their own app for key entry which uses you phone. It doesn't automatically approve your access even if its after when you can check in. That's not an issue, but I've always had to WhatApp message my host for them to approve my access. Just one thing I would have liked.... and this is going to seem trivial, but a glass to drink out of. Was provided a cup, but a glass would have been great.

Housekeeping came promptly, stay was clean and thoughtful of them to given laundry soap and dish washing soap with all kinds of cutlery. Location is perfect, a separate 5 star for that.

• Vu (10/5): - I consider location (& safety) the most important qualities for my stay when traveling to a new country - and Heritage on Smith checked off these points wonderfully! Could not ask for a better location - it is surrounded by food options and close to one of the best hawker centers (Maxwell). Also walkable to all the main MRT lines. Surprisingly minimal noise disturbance despite being in the heart of Chinatown. I also appreciate how convenient it is to carry a digital key. The only advice is to bring a power bank with you at all times and keep your phone charged when outside. The process of getting the key was a bit tedious, but the staff was kind and responsive to help guide me through the steps. Speaking of which, the staff were all wonderful. Eager to explain the process and answer all of my tourist's questions. We communicated mostly on Whatsapp, so make sure you download the app before hand. I would definitely recommend Heritage on Smith and personally would return on my next trip to Singapore. N/A
• Cameron (10/5): A comfortable stay in a great location. - The location is fantastic on a pedestrianised street in China town which means you are close to lots of cafes, restaurants, a Hawker centre and the MRT station whilst also being quiet in the evenings. The space is on the smaller side but has a lot packed in including wardrobe, kitchenette and desk. The bed is super comfortable with powerful aircon and good shower. Laundry facilities was a big plus with detergent provided. The fully online service was new to us but did work well. There was some noise in the building and no reception to tell anyone to sort it out.

• Ruggero (10/5): Your "operation base" in Singapore! - Posizione eccezionale, immersa in Chinatown (quartiere pieno di cose da fare/vedere e posticini in cui mangiare bene) e ad un passo dalla fermata della metropolitana, consentendo di raggiungere velocemente qualsiasi attrazione della città. Shannen, Mary, and Yani sono sempre a disposizione e pronti ad assecondare ogni richiesta. L'appartamento è comodo, pulito, e il servizio lavanderia consente anche di risparmiare spazio in valigia. Un ottimo posto per riposare dopo una giornata di esplorazione e pianificare le prossime tappe del viaggio.
• 祐愷 (10/5): - 在這裡居住了6個晚上之後我認為這裡非常適合商務需求的旅客居住，對於市中心以及金沙會議中心的交通非常方便，走路三分鐘即可到達棕線的maxwell站（可轉乘紅線到新加坡動物園）、chinatown站（可搭乘NE線到怡豐城接著到聖淘沙島、以及DT線到EXPO站再轉乘到機場以及到金沙海灣飯店等旅遊景點），另外往後走也有197號公車直接前往自然科學博物館；餐食部分因為位於中國城中所以可以考慮樓下的中國餐廳，但我更推薦到過一個街口左轉即到達的牛車水大廈二樓，以及Maxwell站旁邊的美食廣場去尋找更加道地的食物，而異國美食也可以考慮牛車水大廈對面轉角的印度餐廳Chinatown Teh Tarik及隔壁幾間的Ăn Là Ghiền- Cơm Gà Hội An都是不錯的正餐及宵夜去處 飯店內也有提供熨斗、洗衣機、烘衣機、熱水壺、電磁爐、平底鍋、鍋子、微波爐、甚至還有提供洗衣粉，對於我這次主要參加會議的行程幫助真的相當大，所以我也非常感謝這家飯店想的那麼周到

Room very spacious & the most comfortable bed. Staff absolutely amazing. Wasn’t a huge fan of the WhatsApp process (but totally a personal thing as never had to use this process to communicate with an establishment before).

• Ak (10/5): Experience at Heritage Collection on Smith Street - I came as a solo traveller and stayed here for first time and all the team especially Carms, Mary and Maica are very helpful and always available for help. Facility location is in China Town and everything from Shopping to grocery , souvenirs shops all are just outside the facility. Room is neat and equipped with all necessary items. Laundry also available within the facility. I choose this facility because of 10/10 rating in Singapore Straits and Booking.com and found it the same way. In Simple words it is best.
