• Nicola (7/5): Lovely apartment but our stay was spoiled by building works - The apartment was small but perfect for a couple. Well equipped and very clean. Quieter area of the city but still within walking distance of most of the main landmarks. There was building work being carried out to convert apartments on the floor below which the concierge told us had been started a few months ago and would be continuing for several months yet. Every morning we were woken by heavy drilling and hammering. We were not made aware of any works prior to arriving and when I asked for a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill my request was ignored. We picked the property due to the quiet location but sadly the level of noise every morning spoiled our stay.

• Nicole (8/5): Beautiful apartment in best neighborhood in Rome. - Amazing location. Perfect! The apartment was spacious, updated, and fully equipped. Simona thought of everything and was really helpful. Perfect spot. The only thing was I specifically searched for a unit with air conditioning. And when I arrived, the air conditioning is controlled by the building and they haven’t turned it on yet. It was 90 degrees F in Rome already. Luckily Simona had a fan, but I think that would be important to know beforehand.

The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and plenty of fantastic restaurants. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing us with helpful tips about the city and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved coming back to the apartment after a long day of sightseeing—it felt like our perfect little oasis in the heart of Rome. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!
