• Rostislav (1/5): Hrozné ubytování, toto už nikdy. Majitel vůbec nereagoval na písemné stížnosti!!!!! - Nic Naprosto špatný přístup majitele. Zaplaceno pro 3 osoby, přichystáno povlečení,peřiny a podobně pouze pro 2 osoby. Na písemnou reklamaci nereagováno, naprostá ignorace. Už nikdy více!!!!!!
• Elisamaria (6/5): Struttura molto comoda nella posizione, da riguardare le pulizie - La posizione Le stoviglie non erano molto pulite, probabilmente gli ospiti primi si sono ritrovati nelle mie stesse condizioni e hanno sciacquato le stoviglie e basta; non c’era neanche un po di sapone per poterle lavare, avendo soggiornato solo due notti non ho comprato sapone per poi lasciarlo lì, ho direttamente mangiato sempre fuori. Sarebbe una buona cosa lasciare le cose basilari anche per le pulizie, detergenti per stoviglie e qualcosa da pulire se necessario. A parte una scopa non c’era altro…

• Sergiu (6/5): Decent but needs to be maintained properly. - The location and the total space of the accommodation are a plus. You can take tram 24 from the station nearby to city center (5-6 stops). You have a bedroom with a double bed and a couch and also a living room with a couch The place wasn’t too clean, there was dust on the floor, the bed sheets had stains, the cover of the couch in the living room had holes in it (made by cigarettes maybe). The heater in the living room wasn’t working (we were in Milano in January so it was quite cold). The tv remote was broken so we had to use the side buttons of the TV. All in all the house isn’t maintained as it should for the price asked.
• Jose Luis (3/5): Esta muy lejos de todo - La pieza matrimonial El baño era muy incomodo poco practico y no andaba el agua caliente, somos una familia de cuatro en el sillon no se puede dormir y la ubicación está muy lejos de todo hay que tomar dos transportes siempre.

• HAGOP (7/5): Lokasyon bizim aradığımız yerdi. Ev koşulları orta düzeydeydi. - kahvaltı yoktu. Hizmet konusunda çok yardımseverlerdi. İsteğimiz oldu bazı konularda, hızlı geri dönüş sağladılar. Evin temizliği yeteri kadar hassas ve özenli yapılmamıştı. Hatta yorgan kılıfı yıkanmamış olduğu için yenisini istemek zorunda kaldık.

• yann (9/5): - Logement grand et bien equipé pour 4 (pas pour faire de la grande cuisine😁). Très propre. Climatisation appréciable. Quartier calme avec des places de parking gratuites dans la rue. Arrêt de tram pour le centre ville à 2 min. Procédure d'entrée un peu compliquée : comme indiqué, nous avons sonné à plusieurs reprises sur le nom mentionné dans la procédure d'accueil mais pas moyen d'entrer dans le hall de l'immeuble. Heureusement qu'un résidente est arrivée à ce moment là et nous a ouvert.
• Lucia (9/5): - Úžasná lokalita, pokojná, s parkovaním zadarmo na ulici. Do centra sa dá pohodlne dostať pešo, síce to chvíľu trvá, ale človek cestou spoznáva mesto. V krátkej pešej vzdialenosti supermarket, reštaurácie, zastávka električky. V byte je ľahko ovládateľná klimatizácia v oboch izbách aj v kuchyni, čo bolo veľké plus.

• Morten (8/5): Very good - You need to know the system. You need an internet connection to click on a link and press a door call bottom to access the building. Impossible without an internet connection (data). Hot water, especially in the shower, is difficult to adjust.
• Linda (10/5): Family fun Milan - I liked that the public transport was a less than a 5 minute walk and I was able to get to the city center very quickly. All the information were written down and everything was very straightforward. The property manager responded quickly to all the question. The parking garage they suggested was about a 10min walk. I really like it because I have a big car and it fit perfectly there. It has a beautiful balcony. Many restaurants in the area very close by. Also things are open until late. That it was on the third floor. They do have an elevator. I'm just don't like riding them.

• Marcin_ch (9/5): I am very satysfing overall. - Looks better in realty then on photos. To set hot water under shower is difficult. To turn on old air conditioning unit it was not possible in kitchen and bedroom it was not possible. It leaving room it was working we’re well.

• Eva (8/5): Very good - The location was close to the city center, 10 minutes by tram. Very comfortable mattress for sleeping and beautiful balconies, nice bright apartment. Lots of cafes, restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Very basic kitchen equipment. No wine glasses, corkscrew, cutting board, knife etc., we had to borrow it.

• Alexandra (8/5): Very good - Good location, and proprietor was very nice and we gave a careful brief about everything. The door's bell is not good, and we had to ring, and first/second we can't ring.
• Милена (8/5): Very good - Lovely terrace, nice rooms with air conditioners. There was no subway nearby and unfortunately the bus line that took us to the center was not working at that time. There was a folder left with directions for using the apartment. Some of the stuff inside sounded threatening, first time I've come across such warnings. I understand that some customers can be very noisy and not careful with the furniture, but the fine warnings were more than enough for me.

• Arienne (9/5): Overall good stay. Recommend for a cheap stay. - The apartment was very nice. It’s far from the centre but you get what you pay. The AC wasn’t working in the room and the kitchen so it got uncomfortable in the evening. Opening the windows invited mosquitoes so that wasn’t a fix.
• Verma (1/5): Horrible - Absolutely nothing Entering the apartment was a hustle, finding a parking was terrible. Sofa cum bed was highly uncomfortable, No toilet paper in the washroom, not even the basic necessities were met, air conditioning remotes were hidden underground the flat was suffocating once we opened the door zillions of mosquitoes were waiting for us. we slept in discomfort all night. We managed to survive!!

We send a message to the host if we can go to the location to let our baggies there, and we got a response very fast that the apartment is free and we can go. We were happy about this because we were very tired after the flight and train. The apartment was very clean and nice with a big terrace.

• Merili (8/5): Nice place for citybreak - Location was good, if you traveled with public transport. Apartment was spacious and well equipped, bed was good for sleep and air con in all rooms. Getting into apartment was somewhat challenge but figured it out. Chairs in kitchen were broken by someone, having footprint on seating area. Hot water is also somewhat limited.
