• Leanne (9/5): Very happy with the accommodation. - Excellent position. Clean and tidy. No remote for the tv in the bedroom. Remote for the garage needs battery replacement as didn’t work all the time.
• Jesica (10/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The apartment had all the facilities and supplies that we required for our stay. Beautifully presented with amazing views of the bay. Nice and relaxing with the spa. Close proximity to the pool and short walking distance down to the beach. The pantry could do with a handle as it was hard to open being so close to the oven handle. The cutlery drawer kept opening on its own. Cooktop took a long time to cook on. The shower splashes water onto the bathroom ground while having a shower.

We were expecting both bedrooms to be air-conditioned, so we were a little surprised that wasn't the case. The pool also appeared to be in our backyard, we didn't realise it was a shared pool for the complex.
• Julie (8/5): Very good - I loved the location, right on beach front and walk to eateries. Really comfortable bed, and everything you need in kitchen. The only thing i didn't like was that the pool was in full sun all day so in December the water temp was too hot to enjoy.

Had to collect keys from someone’s house despite arriving within the 3 hour check in window, what if we didn’t have a car? The kitchen bin wasn’t emptied, there was stain on main bed sheets, light in ensuite doesn’t work, ensuite shower hose has a split and leaked over floor first use, told main bedroom tv remote was broken and is clearly not being replaced.

• John (9/5): Great location and lovely apartment - Urangan is probably the most central part of the Hervey bay area. The apartment is set overlooking the bay. You have a garage right behind the apartment and you can walk through its garden to the ground floor apartment. TV in bedroom no remote control which needs to be sorted out but I'm sure it will be by the time you get there. The taps were confusing and really need replacing. At this price point The details should be right but don't let this stop you going. You need to submit honest reviews which include the bad points and they will be solved
