• HEIDI (5/5): Not worth my time. - I liked that it had an elevator and the front door to the building locked. The kitchen was small but nice. I like the bathroom tile design. I rented this flat because it advertised having a washer and dryer, but about 1 week before my arrival I was told it only had a washer, and I would need to hang my clothes to dry. Unfortunately, I was not able to dry my clothes as suggested because the wall heaters would not turn on so I had to find a laundromat. This added an additional cost I should not have had to pay since I paid for it when I rented the flat. The beds were not comfortable. One bed was a spring mattress that caused me to roll to the center. The others were like sleeping on a board. The shower was so small I had to open the door when I dropped the soap. There was on place or room in the shower to place my soap and shampoo. There was no top sheet on any of the beds, the blankets were thin and there weren't enough extra blankets. The bath towels were old and scratchy. Picking up the keys felt shady going to a small convenient store and giving a passcode to the cashier to get them. Then, on the day of my arrival, I was given a "laundry list" of mostly "don'ts" to follow that had I known beforehand I would not have rented this flat. I do not think you should be renting a flat if you expect the renters to not where heels or loud shoes and to keep quiet because the other tenants are not happy that you rent it out.
• robert (9/5): Perfect location for a London vacation. - Great location, very close to the tube station, shopping, dining and pubs. Great communication from owner with detailed instructions on everything from key pickup to garbage disposal. Only 1 bathroom, although the toilet had a separate door which was great. Kitchen was very small and cramped for 4 people.

• Bennett (10/5): Amazing stay - Amazing location. I'm still laid in bed listening to the birds with the window open. Its so quiet to say it's central kennington. Such a grand cozy apartment My only downfall of the property was no tv. After walking miles. It would have been nice to sit back and watch some tv. But instead we did a music quiz with the kids , so in hindsight it was an actual win.
• Thomas (10/5): Excellent séjour dans un quartier idéal. - Situation centrale, joli quartier, très proche du métro (Circle line). Environnement très calme. Logement bien entretenu, propre, en bon état dans une maison ancienne de plusieurs appartements. Idéal pour 4 personnes, potentiellement max 6 personnes (sur 3 chambres à coucher + séjour). Ascenseur + lave-linge/sèche-linge. Contacts (online) très réactifs et agréables avec le loueur. Wifi un peu faible. Cuisine de taille modeste (4 personnes idéal). Equipements limités. La vue limitée (ne vous attendez pas à voir Notting Hill depuis le logement) Quelques marches pour accéder au bâtiment donc mal adapté aux personnes avec des difficultés pour se déplacer.

• Marion (10/5): Appartement familial chaleureux et très bien placé - Le logement est très bien placé, très bon point de départ pour visiter Londres. L'arrivée nous a pris 5 minutes entre la reception des clés et l'arrivée dans l'appartement. L'appartement a tout le charme de l'ancien avec une jolie vue sur les arbres et toits. Réglage du chauffage très pratique. Quelques jeux pour les jeunes enfants en bonus! A noter pour les personnes allergiques qu'il y a de la moquette dans les chambres.

• Layla (10/5): Great communication, great space, great stay. - Location was absolutely amazing, sweet little shops nearby and so close to restaurants and transportation. No issues!
• Mei Ling (8/5): Good not Great - The location and proximity to convenient shops, transportation etc . Key Pick up location (shop) is not far and the shop keeper was efficient. 1) The owner sent me a list of Dos and Donts - we felt like lodgers not guests eg “NO HIGH HEELS” because they make holes; “Please be quiet and quick when check in and checking out” etc etc 2) There is no TV although the internet in the living room was good. It meant all of us were on our individual devices instead of watching a movie or programme as a family. 3) The bathroom is not completely modernised - basin taps and shower controls are somewhat traditional.

• Lee-Anne (8/5): Loved the space and location - The building and surrounds were beautiful, and location is exceptional being close to transport and local shops. The apartment had much more space than we expected and was very comfortable. No flexibility given with regards to our luggage either on check in day or check out day, which was very inconvenient and costly. Something to consider if someone is flying in or out later in the day. The tone of the guidance notes made us feel a bit unwelcome in the apartment block.

• Fatmanur (4/5): Lovely flat in great location, but our stay was stressful due to repeated disturbances from owner. - The flat itself is lovely, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Unfortunately, our stay was far from relaxing due to repeated disturbances from the owner. First, she asked to arrange a viewing for other people while we were still staying there. Then, the cleaner unexpectedly knocked on our door and accidentally locked us inside the flat, which was quite distressing since the locks work differently from inside and outside, and we only had the outside key. Lastly, she booked a plumber without consulting us, insisting there was no hot water, even though we had perfectly fine hot water throughout our stay. What should have been a calm family visit turned into a stressful experience, as we were not given the privacy or peace we expected. Sadly, the way these situations were handled made us feel that our comfort and boundaries as guests were not respected, even after we had clearly said no and she had agreed to cancel the viewing and the plumber.

• Richards (2/5): Nightmare host left us with no hot water or heating then screamed swore and shouted at my sister - The cleanliness Very cold no heating or hot water for a family of 5 we complained then we was threatened and swore at, no shower curtain on bath shower,and the other shower useless as all the water was cold for our one night stay, the front door lock is so rusty we had to let each other in as key was so hard to turn id like to say it was grea but it certainly wasnt just to add I was in London for my late daughters coroners trial and the host knew this a.d then proceeded to make our stay a nightmare I complained immediately this morning
• Bobbi (9/5): Superb - The host was great with communication, the location was amazing, and the accommodation of the flat were excellent. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were clean and comfy. The shower was a bit small, but that was the only downside. If we visit London again, I will definitely try to book this same space.

• Yuchen (1/5): Highly not recommended - If 0 stars was an option then that would be my choice, so the 1 star can be for the booking team who supported us through this ordeal. Where to start, we received no communication from the landlord until i rang them the day before and they said they hadn't seen any of our messages. Then we were given a long list of rules for the house. Some highlights were not to use the heating, and we need to give notice of when we want to use hot water otherwise she would be leaving it off. I asked if hot water could be available at all times but got no response. We checked in but the parking was too tight to get our VW transporter in, so we had to pay for parking the entire trip. 1 of the radiators was broken and the house was quite cold, our family were wearing coats inside the house. We called about the hot water and told her the heating in one room wasn't functioning. She proceeded to come into the house, shout loudly at everyone, tried to took our photos and saying she was unaware there was an issue, offered spare blankets that were stained to stay warm or said the affected rooms occupants could sleep on the sofa in the living room to stay warm. I tried to calm the situation and just asked her to turn the heating on and arrange a plumber for the following day, the only request was she would give us notice when she and the plumber would come. That's day 1 or about 6 hours of our stay. Day 2 starts with no hot water again, she says we didn't ask for it and that 7:30am isn't a normal time guests want hot water. During said phone call she shouts relentlessly and calls us "bad guests" and says "if we want all this we should just book a hotel". The water turns on and we go about our day, we return home to the heater not fixed but at this point we don't care, we can't think of much worse than another interaction with this landlord, then no hot water again again, fortunately a text is all it takes this time.

• Rachael (10/5): Great central stay. - Wonderful apartment. Lots of space and such a great location 2 minutes away from the main street and tube, yet so quiet and peaceful. We'd definitely stay here again. Wish our stay had been for longer! Very easy key collection process. Lovely little kitchen for morning coffees before exploring for the day. 5* The apartment was a little cold on arrival, but there's a heating dial on the wall, and it soon warmed up for us and stayed warm.
• Bronwyn (6/5): Great apartment and location, don’t be stingy with the heat in the middle of a UK winter - Great location and comfortable It was cold, the heater reverts back to 19 degrees every 2 hours. The owner contacted me to tell Me not to put the heating on in the night. I was up at 2am with jet lag and was cold. The hot water was lukewarm warm mostly - we had a few Luke warm showers.

• Rosa (1/5): Avoid this place! - We had a very disappointing stay at this bed and breakfast and would not recommend it to anyone. To begin with, the cleanliness was appalling. The bedsheets were dirty, the oven was filthy, and we found rotting fruit in the fruit basket — not exactly the warm welcome we had hoped for. The shower was clogged with hair from previous guests, and when we informed the owner, we were told to clean it ourselves! This lack of basic hygiene and responsibility was shocking. On top of that, there were several misleading aspects of the listing. The property advertises a tea and coffee maker, but there was no machine available — only a simple coffee press, which was disappointing given the advertised amenities. The WiFi was another letdown, as it only worked in the living room. For a group with children, this made things even more inconvenient. The hot water situation was also a major issue. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children, and by the time the last people wanted to shower, there was only cold water left. The atmosphere was anything but welcoming. The owner was not very friendly and showed little interest in addressing our concerns. We also received an enormous instruction manual filled with excessive rules and requirements, making the stay feel more like a chore than a relaxing getaway. To top it off, we received a noise complaint because our daughter cried for about 10 minutes. For a supposed "family-friendly" accommodation, this kind of intolerance was incredibly frustrating and made us feel very unwelcome. Overall, the combination of poor hygiene, lack of advertised amenities, unfriendly service, limited WiFi, and excessive rules made this stay truly unpleasant. Avoid this place if you’re looking for a stress-free and comfortable experience.
• David (10/5): I'll be back ! - Nice flat in Kensington, well decorated and very relaxing when back after a hard work day. Heating is easy. Kitchen where to eat if need be. Bed comfortable. Nice pub is a very calm street just at the corner. A bit noisy, you can hear the neighbors if they do not take care.

• Todor (9/5): Superb - Location is great and the main reason we booked the place. Just look at the map, I don't need to tell you anything more. The flat itself is on second (but not top) floor of a red brick building with sash windows but there is also a lift. The building is in a very quiet spot, so there is no street traffic noise. The flat is a bit bare, none of the usual useless but pretty things people put on display, but that's a matter of personal taste, and the place has its charm. There is everything you might need in the kitchen, there's a kettle and a French style cafetière. A set of towels was provided and the beds were made for us, so nothing to complain about. And you have three bedrooms plus a sofa bed, so you really can fit a large family if you can manage with one toilet :) Not much to complain, the shower is a bit tiny but you also have a bath tub if that's a concern.
