• Sarah (8/5): Great location. - Great location, undercover parking, room was clean and tidy and great kitchen utensils supplied for use. Walking distance to Woolies supermarket and great view of the park across the road. Close to restaurants as well. We were travelling with kids and the selection of kids books and games was a great hit with keeping our kids entertained while it was pouring with rain outside. Did have some traffic noise, but ear plugs were supplied in all bedrooms.
• Kara (10/5): I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you :) - I liked everything about this property. It was comfy. We slept really well. Only 20 minute walk to Queen street mall. There were shops close by for food. I even really liked the small things like providing washing powder to wash clothes. Usually you have to take your own so this was great.

• Eliza (8/5): Such a cool apartment and had everything we needed! - We loved this apartment! It was spacious and homely, we loved the balcony and view. It had great amenities. And the pool area was awesome! The bathrooms had a little weird smell in them, but they were clean.

• JULIE (10/5): City centered, relaxing and comfy apartment. - The facilities (jacuzzi and swimming pool) are really nice. The appartement is comfy with a nice view on the city. The night could be a little noisy depending on the traffic outside.
• Lisa (10/5): Excellent stay :D - The outlook from the apartment was great and all beds very comfy. We attended a concert at the music hall and was less the a km away with great restaurants and China town :) It was all good :D

• Richard (6/5): We did not like the dark decor at all. - Kitchen was pretty well equipped and water pressure in the bathrooms was good. The balcony is pleasant, but basically unusable because of the noise from the road below. While the apartment is a good size, it is in need of updating in terms of decor and furnishings. A lighter, modern look would suit the apartment better and be more in keeping with Brisbane's sunny climate. Unfortunately, there were very few decent places to eat out in the vicinity of the apartment and there was a lot of noise from the surrounding sing streets from early morning onwards.

Un peu bruyant la nuit et le matin avec les voitures car le logement semble mal isolé !

• Hayley (9/5): Truly a great experience and will definitely go back! - The location was great. Central to what we were doing and walking distance to venues. Getting the keys was amazing, straight forward and no hassles. Everyone was thought of and provided. It’s not a dislike but the door to the main bedroom is stuck and had me a couple of times panicked I was locked in.
• Susan (4/5): 3 star standard at best. Lucky it's in a prime location. - Very close to the Valley Restaurants. Comfortable bed No Aircon in bedrooms. Pedestal fans only. Latch on 2 windows were broken, and windows couldn't close properly. It let in city noise and cold air at night. Furniture appeared cheap and worn. Bar stools broken.

• Suvonkar (7/5): Overall ok stay but needs deep cleaning to make it comfortable for guest to stay. - Access to the property was straightforward, and the host provided clear and detailed instructions. We truly appreciated their kindness in allowing us to store our luggage at the property for a few hours, as we had a late evening flight. The couch, carpets, and several pieces of furniture and other items were moist & dusty. As we had kids with us, they started sneezing and experiencing itching due to the dust. This might be because pets are kept in the house when it is not rented, but it definitely requires a deep cleaning. The shower heads in the bathroom are defective and should be replaced with a hand shower for the convenience of future guests.
• Cris (4/5): Over priced and Very Dated. - Location Dated with poor decorations. Dust and dirt that’s been overlooked. Shower head in ensuite was very loose, I had to hold it up while showering. Bedside table drawer fell apart as opened it. Pool area also run down.

• Orla (7/5): Good - Nice apartment, provided with requirements needed for a stay away from home, including salt, pepper, cooking oil cooking equipment etc. & beach towels. Excellent location, near the bus, train. Can get a train to the airport. Parking space provided with the apartment. It was nice to be able to go for a swim & Jacuzzi up to 10 pm. Only one fob provided for our stay - 3 persons ( normally 2 are provided) & one needed the fob to go anywhere on the premises, meant the others were apartment bound. - we were just unfortunate, 2nd fob was not returned by previous tenants. Difficult to sleep in the front bedroom due to traffic on the main road outside.

• Briony_b (8/5): Central location, great weekend spot to stay - Great spot to stay and explore The Valley at night. Not much around during the day that's open for breakfast, but it's not far to walk to find coffee. Comfy lounge room, comfortable beds. Smart TV was great to have for the downtime between having a swim in the complex to going out to dinner. Hosts were extremely easy to message and provided thorough information on accessing the apartment, including being able to drop some bags off earlier than check-in. The shower in the ensuite bathroom is very pokey and the shower head broken. The window in the front bedroom doesn't close so there was noise from the street we couldn't block out.

• Andriette (3/5): Disappointing - Location The spa outside was not working and the pool was very dirty with bird poo all around. We specifically wanted a pool because we were travelling with our grandchild. No air con in rooms. Little toilet paper. Because our flight was canceled, we had to book for another night which was cheaper and much better. So we discovered that it was quite pricey for what we got.

A bit noisy but very comfortable. The pool area could have been cleaner with a few loungers. The shower could have been scrubbed better lots of pink mould .

• Randal (10/5): Couldn't have expected or asked for more. - Amazing, modern apartment on 19th floor with essentially no wear & tear to be seen. Fully functioning & stocked kitchen. Clever patio area that closes up to become inside dining room. Infinity pool + sauna + jacuzzi on the 5th floor were all very nice (even compared to similar modern apartment buildings on Brisbane). Internet speed was excellent and TV was already networked for immediate Netflix use. I prefer a bit more milk for my coffee than what was supplied, but this was a trivial 'miss'.
• Nicole (8/5): Amazing!!! We would definitely book again - Super comfy apartment. I absolutely loved how there was a coffee machine with pods 😀 everything was very clean and we really felt at home. Loved the balcony with the veiw of the city. Hands down one of the best apartments we have stayed at. The only thing I can say is it took me a while to work out how to use the door code, but I'm a little dopey and if there was no sugar for my coffee and tea. But other than those very small things everything was fantastic

Easy to find and great to have a designated car park loved having two bathrooms with 3 adults and two kids Maybe in summer bedrooms might be a bit warm with the aircon only in living area

• Tariah (8/5): Very good - The location is extremely convenient and easy to get to from the highway. It's central to alot of main attractions in the valley. The apartment was fantastic and definitely exceeded our expectations. The view was fantastic. The only thing that could've been better was the pool area *which is not at all fault of the apartment owners*

• Peter (10/5): Fabulous Arty Apartment in Brissy. Great Spot - Loved this apartment. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating and the information to check in was exceptional. Loved the feel, the view, the decor and it had everything you could need - even scrabble board!! Was a short walk to Felons Brewery under the Story Bridge at Howard Smith Wharves where we needed to be. Having the carpark is such a bonus.
• Catherine (8/5): APARTMENT CLOSE TO FORTITUDE VALLEY - The apartment was in a great location for a show we attended in Fortitude Valley. Loved sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine The bathroom needs a good clean around the bottom of the washing washing machine and the whole place was looking a little tired. In saying that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.
• Cameron (9/5): Heart of the CBD - We loved the location and the apartment set up. Very thoughtout with the furnishings and the extra bedding and sheets were all easily accessible and labelled. The pool area facilities need a couple of repairs; 2 of the 3 BBQs wouldn't turn on, and the bridge needed repair. But it was labled with scheduled repair. So the building is aware, plus it's off peak season, so that's when all the repairs happen.
• Jacob (10/5): Gorgeous - Lovely location and really easy to pick up keys. Called for info and received a call straight back and we were able to check in within a couple hours of booking. The sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable and it was folding up either side so was a bit hard to lie down on. This didn’t really bother us though because the rest of the apartment and beds were so nice.
• Rodger (10/5): Great Apartment, perfect location, highly recommended. - Getting access was easy, the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is fully kitted out, clean and tidy, and has a fabulous balcony. The location is excellent, we took the air train from Brisbane Airport to Fortitude Valley Train Station (a 15 minute ride) and walked the 10 minutes from the station to the apartment. We went to a concert at the Tivoli on Sunday night, and walked there and back, China Town is a 2 minute stroll, and South Bank was a 10 minute Uber, We moved on to the Gold Coast from Brisbane and that was easy with a few minutes walk back to the train station and a direct train from there. I highly recommend you consider this apartment if you are looking for accommodation in central Brisbane.

New pillows, whole apartment needs a good sugar soap clean walls, bathrooms bleach, carpet smelt in lounge (someone spewed previously?) needs carpet clean. Couch covers need clean, rugs need to be cleaned. Shower heads need replacing?

I like that there was no hanging around in a foyer with 3 kids in tow - following the easy step by step instructions we got straight into the property.
