• Jana (8/5): - Pokoj, sociální zařízení i kuchyňka byly čisté, postel pohodlná. Kuchyňka dobře vybavená. Pokoj prostorný. Dostupnost dopravou dobrá. Přístup domem byl velmi úzký a výstup k pokoji po úzkých točitých schodech, takže s větším zavazadlem asi dost obtížné, ale s menším zavazadlem se to dá.

• prokesrobert (8/5): - Ubytovanie bolo v pohode. Pani super ochotná,milá. Je tam zavedená parkovacia zóna,ale pani mi ponúkla státie pred garážov,tak to bolo zadarmo,inak za 10hod/300kč. Trošku tie schody,ale vtedy sa tak stavalo,to už človek nezmení. Pre starších ľudí by to mohol byť problém.

• Falijy (9/5): Worth it - Absolutely lovely host, allowed me to check in a bit earlier. Fair way from the city centre but easily connected with trams and buses which wasnt a problem. There was a shopping centre not too far away. Was very comfortable and clean and was able to sleep very well. Not too hot, not too cold. Also has a kitchen. Honestly nothing to complain about. Entrance is in the alley way and up a spiral staircase.
• Katerina (7/5): na přespání dostačující, pro skromné lidi ideál. - Ubytování pár minut od univerzitního kampusu, kde probíhalo školení. Jinak dostačující, potřebovala jsem jen přespat. Paní domácí moc příjemná, vyšla vstříc i s pozdním check inem, doporučila obchody v okolí. Dle fotek odpovídalo, jen dost tenké stěny, byl slyšet jakýkoliv zvuk z koupelny, kuchyně, vedlejšího pokoje. Dohromady má ubytování 4pokoje, pokud se chcete vyspat a mít klid doporučuji zjistit obsazenost v dobu pobytu.

• Renáta (9/5): - Ubytování je čisté a na přespání zcela dostačující a k dispozici (kromě fénu) je vše, co by mohl člověk potřebovat. Skvělý poměr cena/ výkon a výborná poloha blízko kampusu. Kupkovi jsou úžasní a moc milí! Velmi tenké stěny. Z vedlejšího pokoje bylo slyšet každé slovo.

Room and bed were comfortable and clean, shower and bathroom well kept. Managed to get a very good deal since it was booked last minute, only €22 for private room in Brno is a steal. Staff was polite and professional. Great experience!

• Karel (7/5): A good overnight stay for little money - Good accommodation in a quiet location with excellent access to the city center by public transport at an unbeatable price. For the price of a bed in a hostel, you get a separate room here. Guests from 4 single to triple rooms share one toilet and two bathrooms with shower. There is a kitchenette with a dining table, fridge, kettle and tea (not coffee). The room has a bed, table, chair, wardrobe with plenty of hangers, and TV. It is clean there, the hosts clean it every day. Parking is available on the street opposite the house. I was surprised by the steep, narrow, prefabricated spiral staircase from the first to the third floor. There is no mention of it in the accommodation description or in the photos. I was also surprised by the request for cash payment, and after we had agreed to pay at check-out, I was surprised for the third time by a late evening phone call requesting immediate payment by bank transfer. The host couple was otherwise nice, but this mini-drama in two acts was not pleasant.

Owner was happy to wait for me to get cash to pay Access is via a narrow spiral staircase at the back of the property to the top floor.
