• Michael (3/5): I would not recommend this facility regardless of the price. - Nothing Allowed smoking right outside the rooms. You could smell smoke in your room. No breakfast and even though I booked a room with two double beds I was required to pay an additional $20 dollars because the booking only showed 1 person. I explained I could not correct the number once I saw the discrepancy. No towels in the room , had to request them and wash cloths. No one was available at checkout. It was a very uncomfortable stay from beginning to end.

• Catherine (5/5): Sa fait la job. Mais rien d'exceptionnel - L'emplacement sur lundys est bien. Chambre ok rien d'exceptionnel mais ok... Nous avons pris la chambre 2 lit et divans/lit ( chambre avec cuisine intégrée. Les lit étais ok sauf les draps avec brûlure de cigarette. Le divan/ lit très inconfortables matelas environ 4pouces on sent tout les spring. Beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine.

• Reid (10/5): Great value good quiet stay - I stayed in the jacuzzi room and the jets and water temperature was absolutely perfect. Staff was very friendly. I will be returning everytime i need a night away . Everything is nice and close only a short drive to casino but far enough away to avoid hustle and bustle of the big city .

• Tammy (8/5): This is definitely a property that we will book again as we don’t sweat the small problems I carry my own universal plug - The property was fairly well maintained it was a pleasure that the staircase light was motion activated rather than glaring into the room all night we had a family room it was very large with all kitchen supplies needed except a plug for the sink. The bathroom as well was very nice sized the tub was nice and large but again no plug Check in was much different from other hotels we had attempted to enter and the door was locked at check in times I noticed a sign on the door to call a number for check in when they finally buzzed us into the building the office had a very overwhelming smell that made us rather nauseous

• V (1/5): - Nothing. Despite booking a king room, we were repeatedly told the only thing available was a queen. After much insisting, we were begrudgingly given the room we reserved while the manager tried to make us feel guilty by saying he would have to "disappoint other guests". The bathrooms were terribly unclean. The linens were scratchy. Infrequently used surfaces had a layer of sticky dusk. We were so uncomfortable we left at 5:30am to go home.

Nice quiet place,close by Fallsview Casino, where I went to see John Fogerty at OLG stage. Ample parking available, easy access to property. Was annoyed that complimentary breakfast not provided, even though it is listed on their website. Showed that on my phone to staff, but “we don’t have that, that’s not for us”. That needs to be deleted from their website! Was disappointed but didn’t get angry about it. One other thing is stairs leading to 2nd level needs some light late at night. The one I used anyway.

Beware you have been warned!! - Nothing The place is filthy, and in poor state of repair with buckets outside of rooms full of cigarette butts and needles. This is not a motel, it specalises in low cost living for long stays. This should not be listed on booking.com. We did not stay because it was not safe to do so. We had to check into the Hilton for 1 night at over $1000.

• Cynthia (1/5): Never again! - It didn't fall apart while we were there. Not sure where to start. 2 days prior I get a call from someone with very bad English skills telling me that they are overbooked and I can't habe the room I booked. Since they had another one, less equipped I was ok with that. No apology nothing. Upon arrival we found a room that was absolutely disgusting. We requested new bedding because the one we encountered was full of crumbs. Again no apology. Upon removing the sheets i almost threw up. The mattress was increasingly filthy. The bathroom had dirt everywhere and the toilet seat was broken. I told front desk but they didn't seem to care. I was glad to have left without any bedbug bites. Can't recommend it to anyone.

Мы прибыли на несколько часов позже указанного времени и нам сказали что номера отдали другим клиентам. Как по мне, могли бы хотябы связаться с нами чтоб уточнить приезжаем мы тли нет.
• Nathalie (7/5): - La chambre familiale est bien assez grande et équippée pour passer un beau séjour. Les lits sont très confortables et propres. La piscine est bien entretenue. La propreté de la pièce entière laisse à désirer..... Les murs et les armoires sont sales, certains verres et ustensiles aussi. J'ai dû laver le micro-ondes avant de l'utiliser. La cuisinière fait pitié, elle devrait être remplacée. Un bon lavage et de la nouvelle peinture s'imposent.
